Podcast & Social Media Editor Needed

My cohost and I are looking for an experienced editor to join our growing podcast as soon as possible. We are a two-woman team creating content focused on navigating spirituality in daily life, with episodes distributed across YouTube, Buzzsprout, and social media. We are still growing and are looking for someone who can grow with us.

We are looking for an editor who is professional, creative, organized, reliable, and has a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

What Else We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, fast internet connection
• Hardworking, efficient, and dependable
• Able to work quickly and meet strict deadlines
• Experienced with long-form podcast editing, especially for YouTube
• Experienced with short-form editing for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , and YouTube Shorts
• Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
• Knows how to create tasteful, polished intros, outros, and transitions
• Able to make creative editing decisions without needing constant direction
• Good eye for clean, modern, professional aesthetics
• Comfortable cleaning up audio, removing unnecessary pauses or mistakes, and creating a smooth audience experience
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work
• Communicates fluently in English

We are looking for someone who understands that great podcast editing goes beyond simply cutting footage together. We want an editor who can help shape each episode into polished, engaging content while still preserving the natural chemistry and conversation between the hosts.
