CRO & A/B Testing Specialist ((E-commerce / DTC)

We’re looking for an experienced CRO & A/B Testing Specialist to help us systematically improve the conversion rates of our DTC e-commerce stores.

You’ll be responsible for identifying conversion opportunities, developing testing hypotheses, launching A/B tests, analyzing results, and turning insights into actionable improvements across our landing pages, product pages, offers, bundles, and checkout funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze website and funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.
Develop a structured CRO roadmap and A/B testing strategy.
Build, launch, and manage A/B tests using Intelligems or similar experimentation platforms.
Test elements such as:
Pricing and offers
Bundles and quantity breaks
Subscription vs. one-time purchase offers
Product page layouts
Headlines, copy, CTAs, and creative
Upsells and cross-sells
Landing page structures
Determine appropriate test duration, sample size, and statistical significance.
Analyze test results beyond just CVR, including AOV, RPV, revenue, subscription take rate, and profitability.
Document learnings and recommend which winning tests should be rolled out.
Work closely with our media buying, creative, and development teams.
Continuously develop new testing hypotheses based on customer behavior and performance data.

Requirements
Proven experience in CRO and A/B testing for DTC/e-commerce brands.
Hands-on experience with Intelligems or similar tools.
Strong understanding of Shopify conversion funnels.
Experience testing pricing, bundles, subscriptions, PDPs, and landing pages.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistical significance.
Comfortable interpreting data and translating it into clear actions.
Able to show examples of previous tests and measurable improvements.
