WHAT YOU'LL DO

Edit short-form and long-form video ads — fast turnarounds, high volume.
Create talking-head edits, animated/cartoon-style videos, song-based ads, drama-style creatives — we test everything, you need range.
Use AI tools fluently in your workflow. Non-negotiable.
Nail pacing and rhythm — you know what holds attention and what kills it.
Work with our creative strategist to bring briefs to life, iterate based on data.

WHAT WE NEED

Experience editing video ads for DTC ecommerce — health/wellness/supplements is a big plus.
Versatile: animation, cartoon, drama, song, talking head — not just one trick.
AI-native. If you're not using AI in your editing process yet, this isn't for you.
Self-motivated, fast, remote-ready. No hand-holding.

COMPENSATION

$800/month starting for 1 month trial test— performance review after month one.
$1000/month From month 2 + bonuses
Bonuses on KPIs (ad performance) and turnaround speed.
Courses, training, and mentorship included.
Long-term role, not a gig.
