Senior Technical Support Specialist (Tech Lead Track)

Confidential employer

We're a small Canadian streaming TV company — not a BPO. You'll work directly with the owner and a team of six. We're hiring one experienced tech support person to grow into our Tech Lead. Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday. You'll work an 8-hour shift within our 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Pacific Time coverage window. Your exact shift is agreed with you at offer stage. Extra hours: Optional and paid. Some of our team pick up a 6th day or additional shifts. If you want more hours, they're available. If you don't, 40 is 40. Pay: $1200 – $1400 CAD/month to start, based on experience. Formal performance review at 6 months, with a path into the Tech Lead role. What you'll do in the first months: Handle escalated tickets and calls — Android boxes, Firesticks, smart TVs, apps, buffering, playback and login issues Be the person the rest of the team brings the hard ones to Fix recurring problems at the root, not just ticket by ticket Write the troubleshooting documentation we're missing Where it goes: Own the support queue and its quality Coach the team, review calls and tickets, run the daily handoff You're a fit if you have: 4+ years hands-on technical support with real customers — phone and ticket, not chat scripts Deep familiarity with streaming devices and apps. You've troubleshot a buffering Android box on a bad ISP connection and you know where to start Clear, calm English, written and spoken Experience with a ticketing system (we use Freshdesk) and a phone system Enough judgment to make a call on your own, and enough sense to know when to ask Perks: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. To apply: Start your message with the word BUFFER. Then answer in your own words — no AI-generated answers, we can tell: Describe the hardest technical issue you've solved for a customer. What was the actual root cause? A customer says "it worked yesterday, now it's frozen." What are your first three questions? Applications without the keyword won't be read.

Meta Ads Rockstar | E-commerce Media Buyer (Shopify) — Long-Term

Confidential employer

About the Role Aurionwear, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is looking for a Meta Ads rockstar, a genuine top talent who lives and breathes Facebook & Instagram advertising and can run our paid campaigns independently, from strategy to scaling. This is NOT an entry-level or task-based position. We want someone with a proven track record of building and scaling profitable Meta Ads campaigns, who can take full ownership from day one and doesn't need hand-holding. Meta Ads is the heart of this role, because it's what drives our sales. Alongside that, you'll help run the day-to-day e-commerce operation. If you're the kind of person who gets excited by a winning campaign, digs into the data, and fixes what's not working before anyone asks, we want to hear from you. What Makes You a Fit (most important first) Meta Ads mastery; this is our #1 requirement. You have hands-on experience setting up and running campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager: structuring campaigns, choosing and testing audiences, managing budgets, testing creatives, and scaling winning ad sets. You understand the numbers (CPC, CTR, cost per purchase) and know exactly when to scale and when to kill a campaign. You can point to real results. Truly independent. You can own the ads and the daily operation without being told every step. You spot problems and solve them proactively. Creatives. You can produce simple, effective ad creatives yourself (e.g. in Canva) and adapt what's working in the market. A top performer. You don't just complete tasks, you take responsibility for outcomes and want to be the best at what you do. Also Part of the Role (operations) Product listing in Shopify (via the Poki Chrome extension) based on Google Sheet input Customer service: handling inbound emails, inquiries and disputes professionally Order & supply chain management: tracking orders, flagging issues, coordinating with suppliers Supplier communication in English Proactively building templates and SOPs where none exist yet Reporting via structured check-ins on Monday (week start) and Friday (week close) Growth Path Now: full ownership of the ads and the daily operation. Performance-driven: as you prove yourself, your responsibility, hours, and pay grow with the business. No fixed timeline, growth is earned through results. The business is built to grow fast, and the right person grows with it, into more responsibility and, over time, an Operations Manager role. Position Details Remote, long-term role Part-time to start, expanding based on performance Weekly check-ins: Monday and Friday A stable, reliable internet connection is required How to Apply Send a short introduction in English. Most importantly: tell me specifically about your Meta Ads experience — which stores you ran campaigns for, how you structured and scaled them, and what results you achieved. General "I can do everything" applications, or ones without concrete, hands-on Meta Ads experience, will not be considered. Show me you're the real deal.

PAID MEDIA MANAGER

Confidential employer

JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST Compensation: $8–10/hour, DOE ROLE OVERVIEW Responsible for driving leads to clients through planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ads paid search campaigns, while owning local SEO, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy across multiple client accounts — working closely with the project manager and web development team to keep everything connected. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Paid Media Strategy & Execution Ensure access to all required advertising and analytics accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Website backend). Audit client's existing Google Ads campaigns and overall paid search efforts. Audit client websites to identify keyword opportunities. Develop keyword strategies around brand, services, locations, and competitor analysis. Plan and build campaigns across Search and Performance Max — including broad, phrase, and exact match targeting, retargeting, seasonal, and testing campaigns. Continuously optimize keywords, add negatives, refine bids, adjust budgets, and test ads. Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns when required. Attribution, Conversion Tracking & Lead Quality Ensure access to the attribution/call tracking system and confirm it's properly connected to Google Ads. Set up and maintain conversion and goal tracking between Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and the client website — working with the web development team (or independently, with working knowledge of the backend and GTM) to make sure tracking code is implemented correctly for retargeting and conversions. Review daily lead quality and performance through the attribution system. Flag conversion or tracking issues early, before they affect reporting accuracy or client results. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Collaboration Not responsible for web development — but works directly with the web development team and partners to identify and implement CRO opportunities on landing pages and lead forms. Ensures keyword messaging stays consistent between ad campaigns and landing page content. Performance Cadence & PM Collaboration This role does not send client reports directly — the project manager owns report delivery. Maintain constant, proactive communication with the project manager to keep them informed and confirm accuracy before anything goes to a client. Prepare PPC, SEO/GBP, and attribution performance data on a consistent cadence (bi-weekly check-ins, monthly reporting cycle) for the project manager to compile and send. Write clear, outcome-driven performance summaries and next-step recommendations for each account — not just raw data. Log all account activity and PM communication in ClickUp. Local SEO, GBP & Organic Search Conduct organic keyword research and on-page SEO recommendations to support local search visibility. Ensure access to GBP and manage verification steps, including 72-hour approval requests. Manage client Google Business Profiles through our preferred SEO tracking software (setup, integrations, updates, posts, services, weekly photo uploads). Local directory listing and citation management — currently owned by the SEO team, with room to grow into this over time. Collaborate with the content/SEO team on keyword intent, copy, and on-page strategy. Quality Assurance Review all data and insights for accuracy before handing off to the project manager. Identify red flags (low conversions, poor lead quality, tracking issues) early and raise them proactively — before they become client-facing problems. REQUIREMENTS Required: Google Ads experience with local service-based businesses — not ecommerce. Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Experience managing an attribution/call tracking system and setting up conversion/goal tracking through Google Tag Manager. Comfortable navigating a website backend and Google Tag Manager — not web development, but enough technical fluency to implement and troubleshoot tracking code alongside a developer. Strong keyword research and SEO experience, ideally with a local/brick-and-mortar focus. Demonstrated conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience — able to spot opportunities and collaborate with a developer to implement them. Strong writing skills — able to turn data into clear, outcome-driven performance summaries, not just numbers. Strong written and verbal English communication. Proactive communicator — comfortable working directly with the project manager, team, and leadership without heavy oversight. Comfortable in a small, fast-moving agency that's actively building out its systems and SOPs — willing to help spot gaps and improve processes rather than wait to be told. Preferred (Not Required): Meta Ads or other paid advertising platform experience — room to grow into broader agency-level ad work. Fitness studio or gym industry experience. Personal interest in health and fitness — helps build understanding of our clients and the mission behind the work. TOOLS USED Google Ads · Google Analytics · Google Tag Manager · CallRail · Google Workspace · ClickUp · SEO tracking software · Meta Ads (a plus)

Accommodation Coordinator — Close Deals Across Europe

Confidential employer

We are a fast-growing corporate housing broker placing employees from global companies into furnished apartments across Europe — Stockholm, Frankfurt, Aarhus, Rostock, Antwerp, and 50+ cities. We get more live cases than we can close. That's why we're hiring. This is not a call-center role. You will own real deals end-to-end and be treated like an operator, not a seat. If you're hungry and you can close, this is the fastest path we know to build a real career in European real estate and sales — from your laptop. What you'll actually do Talk to real clients (HR leads, relocation managers, CEOs) and understand what they need Reach out to property owners across Europe — calls, WhatsApp, listings Negotiate and lock in a suitable apartment within 24–48 hours Become the expert on every property you present — know the exact number of rooms, square meters, floor, furniture, amenities, neighborhood, transit links, what's included, what's not. If a client asks "does it have a dishwasher?" you answer in 10 seconds without looking it up. Collect photos, details, publish the listing on our site Coordinate the booking through to check-in Own 10–15 live cases at any given time How you get paid $40/week base ($160/month) to cover your time $15 commission per confirmed booking — uncapped Paid weekly, every Friday Our active coordinators close 5–10 bookings/month The growth path is real Month 1: onboarding with our head coordinator. You shadow, then close supervised cases. Month 2–3: you run your own case load solo. After 15+ closed cases: promotion to Senior Coordinator — higher base, bigger commission, first pick of incoming cases. Top performers become Team Leads, managing new hires and earning on their closes too. We already have three coordinators who started exactly where you would. One of them now leads the team. You will fit if You like the phone and don't get nervous negotiating You can juggle 10–15 live cases without dropping balls You take initiative — we don't babysit Fluent, confident English You're hungry, ambitious, and want to get good at sales fast Big plus: experience in real estate, travel, hospitality, sales, or B2B coordination. What we give you A modern CRM built for this work AI assistants for research, outreach, and property matching A shared Slack team that actually helps each other close Direct access to the founder — no middle managers, no politics Clear career ladder, real ownership, real responsibility How to apply Send: 1. Short intro — who you are, where you are 2. Any experience with sales, calls, negotiation, or coordination 3. Why you believe you can close deals — not just "I'm hardworking" Start your message with: READY TO CLOSE Applications without those three words will be ignored — we only want people who can follow instructions.
