Partnerships Coordinator

UK luxury concierge. We arrange staffed villas, yachts, private jets, restaurants, clubs and venues. Villa stock for some destinations is already live. This role is soft first contact with new suppliers and venues, and first replies to client email s, then you flag the owner when a decision or a proper reply is needed.

What “soft first contact” means

You introduce us, ask the right questions, and log the conversation. You do not invent prices, confirm availability, or close a booking. If they ask for a rate, a contract, or a yes/no, you message the owner with a 5-line brief and wait.

You will cover (all of these, by email /WhatsApp)
Villas/chalets — operators and local agencies in destinations that are not yet stocked (e.g. Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Marbella, Courchevel, Bodrum)
Yachts — charter brokers and fleet desks (Med: St-Tropez, Monaco, Ibiza, Mykonos)
Jets / helicopters — charter brokers and operators (empty-leg and on-request)
Restaurants — hard-to-book rooms, membership desks, reservations managers
Venues — clubs, beach clubs, table programmes in cities already on our site

Day to day
Find the right person (partnerships, reservations, charter desk, table manager)
Send a short, professional first email or WhatsApp from our company name
Log every contact in a spreadsheet: type (villa / yacht / jet / restaurant / venue), name, status, next step
First-reply to client enquiries using our scripts (what they want, dates, party size). Then tag the owner
Once a week: a short list of content ideas from competitor accounts (you do not post live until we say so)

You must already have
Worked in at least one of: travel agency, DMC, villa reservations, yacht charter desk, private aviation broker assistant, hotel/restaurant reservations, or luxury concierge/partnerships. You must be used to email ing businesses, not only chatting to customers.

Excellent written English (UK/US/)
