Call Center Sales Representative - Near-Native American English

We are hiring experienced call center sales representatives for Junk Punks. This role is for reps who are excellent on the phone, confident with both inbound and outbound calls, and highly disciplined about following scripts.

The #1 requirement is spoken American English. We are only looking for candidates with near-native American English pronunciation, pacing, tone, and listening comprehension. Customers should feel like they are speaking with a US-based representative.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Follow scripts closely while still sounding natural and conversational
• Ask strong qualifying questions and guide customers toward booking or buying
• Keep accurate notes and follow the required call process
• Communicate clearly with the team and respond quickly during scheduled hours

Requirements:

• Extensive call center experience, especially sales calls
• Strong inbound and outbound phone experience
• Excellent script adherence
• Near-native American English speaking ability
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset, and camera
• Comfortable being evaluated on spoken English and call presence
