Online Education Platform Manager for Fast-Growing Property Investment Business

We're an Australian property investment business launching an online education platform in the property investment niche. We need someone who can build this from the ground up and then run it day-to-day — not follow an existing playbook, but create one. Starts part-time with a fast transition to full-time for the right person.

What you'll be doing

• Setting up the online education platform from scratch — systems, structure, and course infrastructure
• Getting the platform fully operational: content live, enrolment/sales process running, marketing set up
• Running the platform day-to-day once established
• Helping build out course content for the property investment education offering
• Managing any staff or contributors within the education venture
• Driving enrolments/sales and hitting targets
• Bringing a strategic, structured approach to growing the platform, while staying creative in how content and offers are built

What we're looking for

• Experience building or running an online education platform, course business, or membership/learning platform is a strong bonus
• Otherwise, experience in e-commerce, digital product launches, or online business setup is highly regarded
• Strong sales or marketing experience — comfortable driving enrollments, not just producing content
• A strategic thinker who is also creative but structured in execution
• Highly detail-oriented
• Someone who can set up a business from zero and also run it well once live — both halves matter equally

What success looks like in the first 90 days

• The platform is set up and fully systemised
• Initial course content is live
• Enrollment/sales activity is underway and being tracked
• Marketing and outreach are set up and running

Hours & schedule

• Starts part-time, with a fast transition to full-time for the right candidate. Philippines-based candidates only.
