Senior Full-Stack Dev (React/Node, Cloud) - AI-Native, Long-Term

I'm a senior developer / CTO running a small high-end dev agency. I only take on serious, high-stakes work: no WordPress, no throwaway projects.

This is full remote, building for clients all over the world. The role itself isn't customer-facing: you work directly with me, and I deal with the clients.

I'm not looking for a freelancer for a month or two. I want someone long-term who becomes part of the company and actually builds something interesting with me. Real work, done properly, never rushed or half-baked.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

• Fully AI-driven. Day to day is more about orchestrating AI agents (Claude, Codex, and similar), reading and reviewing their code, and holding the line on quality (including blocking a merge when the output isn't good enough) than hand-writing everything yourself.
• Building genuinely cool things and going deep on automation.
• Stacks are mostly React and Node, plus GCP and Cloudflare.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

• Strong engineering practices. You know what good code and good architecture look like.
• Real infra / cloud experience (GCP, Cloudflare, CI/CD, deployments).
• Comfortable driving AI agents daily, and rigorous about reviewing their output.
• Fluent English, reliable, autonomous.

SETUP

• Full remote, full time. Work whenever you want, as long as the work gets done.
• $2,000/month, plus I cover a Claude Code Max plan for you.
• You use your own machine for now (we can look at hardware later).
• Long-term, with room to grow and become part of the company.

HOW TO APPLY
