iDrone Train is Australia's CASA-approved drone pilot training organisation. We deliver accredited Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) courses and compliance training to individuals and businesses across Australia.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage inbound enquiries and chase up leads for our training programs. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, working out of our CRM to keep our pipeline moving and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Responsibilities

Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email , and SMS
Follow up on all leads in GoHighLevel (GHL) on a structured cadence
Conduct outbound calls to warm leads from our marketing campaigns
Qualify prospects and explain our courses, pricing, and scheduling
Book and confirm student enrolments with accurate CRM records
Re-engage dormant leads and keep the pipeline clean and up to date

Requirements

Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — you'll be speaking with Australian clients daily
Confident, professional phone manner
Experience in sales, customer service, or a BPO/call centre environment
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM
Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and access to a phone
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own follow-up schedule
