This role NEEDS to have experience in DM setting, handling conversations with active listening and intuition, building rapport, handling money, time and I'm not ready objections and knowing when to let go and move on. Booking appointments and converting leads on instagram is the goal so ONLY apply of you have experience in this and are ready to share references.

We're looking for a heart-led DM Setter to join a growing relationship coaching and healing mentorship brand helping women break cycles and step into healthy, lasting love.

This role is for you if:

You lead with empathy — not a script

You can hold a real conversation, ask the right questions, and actually listen

You understand someone's goals, obstacles, and gaps without making them feel sold to

You bounce back from rejection quickly and don't take a "not now" personally

You can confidently handle objections like "I don't have the money," "I'm too busy," or "I need to check with my partner"

You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced DM environment

You're passionate about personal development, healing, and relationships

You have experience with ManyChat, Kajabi, and integration platforms

You're comfortable managing and switching between two Instagram accounts simultaneously

You can provide references from similar industries (coaching, wellness, sales, etc.)

You have a track record of booking sales or clarity calls and can show references.

What you'll do:

Manage DMs across two Instagram accounts with warmth and intention (both inbound leads and outreach)

Qualify leads by understanding where they are, what they want, and what's in the way

Nurture conversations and guide leads toward booking a clarity call

Use ManyChat automations and Kajabi integrations to support the lead flow

Represent this brand with integrity, care, and consistency
