PERFORMANCE MARKETER — PAID TRIAL, THEN ONGOING

Confidential employer

We run a real estate education brand that teaches first-generation buyers how to purchase their first property. Our organic reach works. Our paid acquisition does not exist yet. Current state, stated plainly so you can d ---------- if this is your kind of problem: 14,000 organic views per week across Instagram and YouTube One email opt-in from that traffic in the last seven days A free weekly live session that converts well once people attend A four-tier membership from $47 to $997 per month A free lead magnet and a 30-day nurture sequence The gap is conversion, not attention. We do not need someone to make us go viral. We need someone who can turn attention into opt-ins, opt-ins into attendance, and attendance into paid members. --- WHAT YOU WOULD OWN Paid acquisition on Meta and YouTube, end to end Landing page and funnel conversion rate, not just click cost Creative testing against a defined belief, not random variations Weekly reporting on cost per opt-in, cost per room attendee, and cost per member --- HOW WE HIRE We do not hire from a portfolio. We hire from a paid trial. Step one. Send your three best results with real numbers. Spend, cost per acquisition, and what the business actually made. Screenshots from ad manager, not a case study PDF. If you cannot show numbers, we are not the right fit. Step two. Paid trial. We give you a defined budget, our creative library, and our offer. You build and run the campaign for two weeks. Step three. We hire whoever wins on this metric and only this metric: > Cost per booked conversation. Not impressions. Not reach. Not click-through rate. How many real people ended up in a real conversation, and what did each one cost. Whoever wins the trial gets the ongoing role. --- COMPENSATION Paid trial at a flat rate, agreed before you start. Ongoing role is base plus performance. For the right person who wins the trial and wants long-term upside, we are open to a profit share conversation. That conversation happens after the trial, in writing, with an attorney involved. We are not offering equity in a job post and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. --- WHO THIS IS NOT FOR Anyone whose case studies have no numbers in them Anyone who wants to rebuild the brand before running a single test Anyone who reports on reach and engagement instead of cost per acquisition Agencies subcontracting the work to someone we never speak to --- WHO THIS IS FOR Someone who has spent real money on someone else's behalf, kept a record of what it returned, and can tell me about a campaign that failed and what they learned from it. If that is you, lead your application with the number you are proudest of and the number you are least proud of. Applications only through this form. Do not message me directly: ----------

In-House Media Buyer - Meta, Medical Clinic Lead Gen (Head of Media Buying track)

Confidential employer

READ THIS BLOCK FIRST. IT SAVES US BOTH TIME. If any of these are untrue, close the tab. We will not make exceptions and we will not read the application. You have personally managed at least $500,000 in Meta ad spend. Not "worked on an account that spent that." You, in the account, making the calls You have run lead generation, not ecommerce. Appointments, consultations, calls booked. If your entire history is ROAS on a Shopify store, this is a different job than the one you know You have worked in medical, dental, aesthetics, or another high ticket service where a lead becomes a booked appointment and then a sale weeks later. Or a vertical close enough that you can explain why it is close enough You want to be in house, exclusively, for one company. Not a retainer client. Not a fractional seat alongside four other brands. Not your agency taking us on. One company, all of your attention That last one is not negotiable and it is the one people try to negotiate. If you run your own agency or freelance for other clients, we are not the right fit, no matter how good you are. WHO WE ARE Novaris Global. We run paid acquisition for private medical clinics, mostly plastic surgery and aesthetics. Our clients are in Singapore and we are expanding. Here is the part that changes everything about this job. We do not charge a flat retainer. We take a percentage of the revenue we generate for the clinic. If the ads produce nothing, we make nothing. So this is not a role where you optimize toward a dashboard number and file a report. Your decisions are directly, immediately, and painfully connected to whether this company makes money. Cost per lead is not the scoreboard. Cost per booked consultation is closer. Cost per surgery performed is the real one, and that is the number you will be judged on and paid on. Most media buyers have never been held to that. The ones who have tend to be very good, because there is nowhere to hide. THE ROLE You own paid acquisition. All of it, across every client. Strategy, structure, budget, and every decision inside the ad accounts Testing. What we try next, why, in what order, and what it would take to convince you that you were wrong Creative direction on the media buying side. You do not cut the videos, but you d ---------- what needs to exist, what the next 30 ads have to prove, and which angle died and why Tracking and attribution. Pixel, CAPI, offline conversions, UTMs, and the chain from an impression to a surgery that actually happened The whole funnel, not just the account. Landing page, form, speed to first contact, show rate, close rate. Half the wins in this business are downstream of the ad and most media buyers pretend that half is somebody else's problem Reporting that tells the truth, including when the truth is that this week was bad and here is why WHO THIS IS ACTUALLY FOR We are looking for a specific kind of person, and it is not the person with the best resume. It is the person who cannot leave a number alone. You know if this is you. You open the ads manager on a Sunday because something felt off on Friday and it has been sitting in your head since. You have built spreadsheets nobody asked for. You get genuinely irritated by an account you cannot explain. When a campaign works, your first reaction is not relief, it is "why," and you will not be satisfied until you can say exactly why, because a win you cannot explain is a win you cannot repeat. You have opinions about attribution windows. You have been in an argument about broad versus interest stacking. You have a view on where Meta is right now and it is your own view, formed from your own accounts, not something you absorbed from a YouTube video. You do not accept "the account is doing fine." Fine is an insult. There is always another test, another segment, another cut of the data, another thing that has been quietly wrong for three weeks that nobody looked at. If reading that felt like being described, keep going. If it felt exhausting, we are genuinely not the right place and no amount of money will fix that. THE THING WE WANT MOST We want someone better at this than the founder. I run media buying here now and I am good at it. I do not want a pair of hands to execute my ideas. I want someone who looks at how we do things and says "this is wrong, here is why, here is what we should do instead," and is right often enough that I stop arguing. You will have real authority over the accounts. You will also have to defend your calls with evidence, because you will be arguing with someone who knows the platform. That is the job. If you want a boss who does not understand what you do, we are the wrong company. If you have spent years being overruled by people who understood less than you did, this might be the best part of the offer. WHERE THIS GOES Head of Media Buying at Novaris Global. Right now that is one person, which is why we are hiring carefully. As we take on clinics, you stop running every account personally and start building the team that does, setting the standards, and training the buyers under you. In house, on the team, in the decisions, not a contractor we send a Slack message to when something breaks. WHAT WE PAY A base, plus a share of what your accounts generate. We are not going to post a number, because the number depends entirely on who you turn out to be, and the honest answer is that we will pay well above market for the right person and nothing at all for the wrong one. What we will tell you is the structure, because the structure is the point: we get paid on client revenue, so you get paid on client revenue. When you find something that works, you are not asking for a raise, you already got one. If you are excellent and you want a ceiling, we are the wrong company. If you are excellent and you have been annoyed for years that your results made someone else rich, read that paragraph again. WHAT WILL GET YOU REJECTED IMMEDIATELY An application that talks about strategy and never mentions a number Cost per lead presented as a result, with nothing about what happened to those leads afterward "I scaled a client from 5k to 50k a month" with no vertical, no timeframe, no cost per acquisition, and no mention of whether it stayed there Any suggestion that you would keep your other clients A generic application. We can tell within one line, and so can you HOW TO APPLY This application is long on purpose. We are not doing introductory calls with people who are not close, so everything we would ask on that call is below. Answer it well and the next conversation we have is a serious one. Start your message with the word ANDROMEDA. PART 1. YOUR NUMBERS. Total Meta spend you have personally managed, lifetime The most you have managed in a single month, and in which account Verticals, honestly, with the medical or high ticket service ones first For your best lead gen account: what it spent, over what period, cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, show rate, and cost per closed sale. If you do not have the downstream numbers, say so plainly and tell us why they were not available to you. That answer tells us a lot and a missing number is not automatically a problem. Making one up is Screenshots welcome. Blur the client name if you need to PART 2. FOUR QUESTIONS. SHORT ANSWERS ARE FINE. VAGUE ANSWERS ARE NOT. 1. An account is spending $300 a day. Last week cost per lead was $52. This week it is $31 and lead volume is up 40 percent. The clinic tells you they booked fewer consultations this week than last. Where do you look first, and what are the three most likely explanations in order of probability? 2. One ad set has been stable for three weeks at $200 a day with a $180 cost per booked consultation. You need it at $600 a day within a month. Walk us through exactly how you do it, and tell us what you expect to break first. 3. A campaign has 30 ads live. Two of them are taking 90 percent of the spend. The other 28 have spent almost nothing. The client wants to know why they paid for 28 ads that are not running. What do you tell them, and what do you do with those 28? 4. The clinic's front desk takes six hours to call a new lead. You have no authority over the front desk and the clinic owner is defensive about his staff. What is that costing, and what do you actually do about it? PART 3. YOUR READ ON THE PLATFORM. Two paragraphs on where Meta is right now and what it means for how accounts should be run in 2026. Your own opinion, from your own accounts. We are not looking for a correct answer, we are looking for a real one. If you agree with the consensus, say why. If you think the consensus is wrong, that is more interesting. PART 4. TEAR SOMETHING APART. Go to the Meta Ad Library. Find any plastic surgery or aesthetic clinic running ads right now, anywhere in the world. Look at what they are running. Tell us what you would change and why. Be specific and be harsh. This is the part we read most carefully, because it is the only part where we get to watch you think instead of watching you describe yourself. PART 5. OPTIONAL, AND IT COUNTS. A Loom, ten minutes or less, sharing your screen inside an account you actually run. Walk us through what you are looking at and what you would do next. Blur whatever you need to. Nothing else in this application is as convincing as this. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT We read every complete application. If it is strong, we get on a call, and that call is a working session on a real account of ours, not an interview about your strengths and weaknesses. If that goes well, a paid project on a live account before anyone commits to anything, because you should also get to find out whether we are worth working for.

Full- Time Senior Google Ads Strategist for Australian lead generation accounts

Confidential employer

Read this first This role is a strong fit only if all of the following apply to you: -You have independently led Google Ads strategy across five or more concurrent client accounts in a digital marketing agency. -You are highly capable in Google Search and Performance Max for lead generation, not primarily ecommerce. -You can independently audit and diagnose GA4 and Google Tag Manager conversion-tracking issues and coordinate technical fixes when required. -You are comfortable working with regulated sectors such as legal, healthcare and financial services. -You can overlap substantially with Australian Eastern Time. -You remain deeply hands-on. You personally implement and optimise campaigns rather than only directing others or reviewing reports. How to apply Start your application with the words BLUE PPC. Applications that do not begin with these words will not be considered, regardless of experience. Then complete our screening form here ---------- We will only review candidates who submit the completed screening form. An application message alone is not sufficient. Position overview We are a growing Melbourne-based digital marketing agency hiring a Senior Google Ads Strategist to lead strategy and take full operational ownership of nine active Australian client accounts. Our portfolio focuses on professional services and allied health, including psychologists, physiotherapists, lawyers, dentists, mortgage brokers, executive coaches and buyers advocates. These are lead-generation accounts where success means qualified calls, booked consultations, viable cases and new clients or patients, not traffic or vanity metrics. You will lead Google Ads strategy and execution across the portfolio from day one. You will independently determine how each account should be structured, optimised, measured and improved, then personally implement the work. Initially, the agency owner will retain primary responsibility for client relationships and lead client meetings. You will provide the strategic recommendations, account analysis and talking points that inform those conversations. As you demonstrate strong strategic judgement and communication, there is a genuine path into direct client leadership and a PPC Lead position. You will complete a structured handover covering each account’s objectives, campaign structure, budgets, conversion actions, performance history, active tests, known risks and immediate next actions. Why this role is worth your time You will step into an established portfolio with documented account history, clear client context and organised account notes. You will also receive: -A full-time, long-term remote position. -Complete strategic and operational ownership of nine active Australian accounts managing approximately US$12,500 per -month in combined ad spend. -Direct communication with the agency owner, with no unnecessary management layers. -Genuine autonomy to make and implement strategic decisions. -Clear performance expectations and accountability from day one. -All required tools and access from day one. -A formal performance and compensation review after 60 to 90 days. -A quarterly performance bonus tied to account retention, tracking integrity and lead-quality outcomes. Details will be discussed with the successful candidate. -A genuine progression path into client-facing leadership and broader paid-media team leadership. What you will own Strategy and account direction -Take full strategic and operational ownership of all nine Google Ads accounts. -Review each client’s commercial goals, services, locations, budgets, historical performance, lead quality and conversion journey. -Develop and document a clear strategy for each account, including what should be tested, why it matters and how success will be measured. -Translate commercial goals into campaign structures, targeting decisions, bidding approaches, budgets and testing priorities. -Challenge weak assumptions and recommend a different direction when the evidence supports it. -Identify where campaign structure, targeting, messaging, measurement or landing pages are limiting qualified-lead performance. -Prioritise qualified enquiries, calls, consultation bookings, viable cases and new clients or patients rather than lead volume alone. -Document major strategic decisions and the commercial reasoning behind them. Campaign management and optimisation -Personally build, manage and optimise Search, Performance Max, remarketing and relevant Display campaigns. -Structure Performance Max campaigns for lead generation, including asset groups, audience signals, search themes and appropriate budget separation. -Conduct ongoing search-term reviews and maintain accurate negative-keyword coverage. -Manage keywords, match types, audiences, locations, schedules, devices, creative assets and exclusions. -Apply smart bidding with independent judgement and understand when automation needs stronger controls or better data. -Monitor budget pacing across all nine accounts and identify overdelivery, underdelivery and performance anomalies before they become client problems. -Maintain strong account hygiene and document significant changes, tests and outcomes. Conversion tracking and data quality -Audit conversion tracking across Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, website forms, phone calls and call-tracking platforms where applicable. -Implement or validate enhanced conversions for leads where appropriate. -Confirm primary and secondary conversion actions are correctly configured. -Ensure bidding strategies optimise toward meaningful business outcomes rather than weak or misleading conversion actions. -Detect duplicate, missing, inflated or misleading conversion data. -Investigate tracking quality rather than assuming the data is correct because conversions appear in the account. -Explain measurement issues, their commercial impact and the correct resolution. -Coordinate technical implementation with developers or the agency owner when required. -You are not expected to be a full-time analytics engineer. You must be capable of independently diagnosing measurement problems and directing the right resolution. Lead quality and commercial performance -Evaluate performance beyond cost per lead by assessing lead relevance, intent and commercial value. -Identify campaigns, keywords, search terms, locations or offers generating poor-quality enquiries and act on them. -Recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, forms, landing pages and conversion definitions. -Understand that professional-services and allied-health leads behave differently. Consultations, appointments, viable legal cases and high-value enquiries require different strategies and qualification standards. -Connect campaign decisions to commercially relevant outcomes. -Escalate material risks early with a clear diagnosis and recommended response. Ad messaging and landing-page recommendations -Develop or coordinate clear, relevant advertising messages and assets aligned with each client’s services, audience and location. -Recognise advertising restrictions affecting legal, healthcare and financial-services clients, and flag potential compliance risks. -Identify landing-page problems affecting relevance, trust, conversion rate or lead quality. -Provide clear recommendations and coordinate improvements with the appropriate team member. -You will not be expected to design or build landing pages yourself. Reporting and communication -Build and maintain client-ready reports in Looker Studio or an equivalent platform. -Provide accurate data, plain-English analysis and commercially relevant recommendations. -Explain what changed, why it changed, what the result was and what should happen next. -Give the agency owner concise strategic talking points before client meetings. -Maintain clear updates on performance, budgets, risks, active tests and unresolved blockers. -Attend one internal weekly performance review, with other updates handled asynchronously. -Never produce reports that merely list platform metrics without interpretation or a recommended action. Portfolio and workload You will own nine active Australian client accounts across professional services and allied health, managing approximately US$12,500 per month in combined ad spend. The portfolio includes: Psychology and allied health Legal services Dentistry Physiotherapy Mortgage broking Executive and high-performance coaching Buyers advocacy These are lead-generation accounts. Performance is judged through qualified calls, enquiries, consultation bookings, appointments, viable cases and new clients or patients, not impressions, clicks or raw lead volume. Your first 14 days Within your first two weeks, you will be expected to complete: -An initial tracking audit across all nine accounts, with primary conversions confirmed and duplication, inflation or missing measurement identified. -An account triage summary covering current performance, known risks, budget pacing and immediate priorities for each account. -An initial 90-day strategy, testing and optimisation roadmap identifying the highest-priority improvements and measurement needs across the portfolio. -A budget-pacing overview confirming which accounts are on track and which require immediate action. -Clear documentation of unresolved issues that need technical support or agency-owner input. These deliverables are designed to assess your strategic judgement, ability to prioritise and working style. They are not a requirement to rebuild nine accounts within two weeks. What success looks like after 60 to 90 days -You independently lead strategy and manage day-to-day execution across all nine accounts without daily supervision. -Every account has clear commercial goals, a documented strategy, current performance status, active tests and known risks. -Strategic decisions are proactive and evidence-led rather than reactive or dependent on agency-owner instructions. -Budgets

VIDEO EDITOR — LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP

Confidential employer

???? VIDEO EDITOR — LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP | $8 PER REEL I'm looking for a reliable video editor to work with long-term. I run an online fitness coaching business for men 300lbs+ and regularly create short-form content and ads for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms: ---------- I'm NOT looking for someone to work 40 hours a week. I'm looking for an editing partner I can keep on standby and message whenever I have content that needs editing. Sometimes I'll need 1 video edited. Sometimes I'll send you 5–20 videos at once. Other times there may be nothing for a few days. The important thing is that when I send you an edit, you're reliable, responsive and can get it done quickly. ???? PAY $8 USD per reel Videos are typically 1–2 minutes maximum. I'm looking for someone I can build a long-term relationship with, not someone for a one-off project. ???? THE STYLE I'M LOOKING FOR I want someone who can create high-retention, modern short-form videos and ads similar to the style/content on: DFitz Academy: ---------- Biology Decoded: ---------- Instagram reference: ---------- The editing should feel: Fast-paced Clean Professional Premium High-retention Attention-grabbing Native to Instagram/Reels Not overly flashy or cheesy Strong subtitles/captions Good pacing and cuts Strategic zooms/punch-ins B-roll when appropriate Visual emphasis on important words/points Designed to keep someone watching I do NOT want generic CapCut-style edits with random effects thrown everywhere. I want someone who understands why an edit works, not someone who simply knows how to cut clips together. ???? AUDIO QUALITY — BIG BONUS Bonus points if you're genuinely good at audio editing. I want the final videos to sound clean, crisp and professional. Things like: Removing background noise Improving voice clarity Balancing audio levels Cleaning up echo/room noise Making speech sound more professional Adding subtle sound effects when appropriate Making sure music/B-roll doesn't overpower the voice You don't need to be a professional audio engineer. But if you know how to take average raw audio and make it sound significantly better, that's a BIG plus. Basically: Don't just make the video look good — make it sound good too. ???? ENGLISH IS IMPORTANT You must have good English. A big part of the job involves creating accurate subtitles, so you need to be able to understand what I'm saying and correctly subtitle the videos. You'll need to have: Good English comprehension Good spelling and grammar Accurate subtitle/captioning skills Good attention to detail Clear communication If your English is poor, please don't apply. ⚡ RELIABILITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT This is probably the most important part of the job. I don't need you available 24/7. But when I message you: "Hey, I've got 3 videos for you." I need to know that you'll actually respond and get them done. I'm looking for someone who: Responds reasonably quickly Meets deadlines Doesn't disappear Takes initiative Can work independently Pays attention to detail Is open to feedback Can follow instructions Wants to build a long-term working relationship Initially, I'll give you examples and feedback so you understand exactly how I want the videos edited. Once you understand my style, I want you to be able to take a raw video and run with it. ???? WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE I'll generally provide: Raw video footage The topic/script/context Examples of the editing style Any specific instructions You handle the editing and deliver the finished reel. I'm not expecting you to be available all day. I just need to know that when I send work through, you can communicate with me and get it done. ⭐ WHO I'M LOOKING FOR You'd be a great fit if you're: Experienced with short-form content Comfortable editing talking-head videos Experienced with Instagram Reels Good at editing ads Very good at subtitles/captions Good with pacing and retention Good with audio cleanup Detail-oriented Fast without sacrificing quality Fluent in English Reliable and responsive Comfortable receiving feedback Able to work independently Looking for a long-term client ???? PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING I'm not looking for someone who just wants another job where they clock in and clock out. I'm looking for a video editing partner I can rely on. If we work well together, there can be regular batches of content and ongoing work for the long term. I'm much more interested in finding one excellent editor I can trust than constantly hiring different freelancers. ???? HOW TO APPLY Please send me the following: 1. Your portfolio Send your best short-form video examples. Talking-head videos, fitness content, ads, direct-response content or similar styles are especially relevant. 2. Your experience Tell me how long you've been editing and what software you use. 3. Your turnaround time If I send you a 1–2 minute raw video, how quickly can you normally return the finished edit? 4. Your availability Tell me what hours you're generally available and how quickly you can respond to messages. I'm looking for someone who understands editing for retention, not just someone who knows how to use editing software. I'm looking for someone I can work with long-term, so take a little time with your application and show me what you can do.

Compliance & Document Assistant — US Homecare (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Confidential employer

WHO WE ARE We help small home care agencies in the Midwest stay compliant with state healthcare regulations. Most of these agencies are run by one to three people who are excellent at caring for clients and overwhelmed by the office Work. If they miss a signature, an expired document, or a required training record, they can lose their license. We are the back office that makes sure that never happens while saving them on hours and costs. The company is run by a former home care agency owner who grew a previous agency to over 90 members before starting this business. You will work directly with the owner, not through layers of management. THE ROLE This is a long-term, part-time position, not a short project and not a one-off gig. It start at around 20-25 hours per week. We are adding new agency clients on an ongoing basis, and this seat is expected to grow into full-time work as that happens. You are one of the first hires, and the role will grow with you. This is heavy document production work. You will be formatting e-signature templates, prefilling forms, organizing client files, and building/revising checklists. It is detailed, sometimes repetitive, and unforgiving of sloppiness. If you want variety and creativity from day one, this is not the role. What makes it interesting is what comes after. As you learn the regulations, you take over more of the thinking work: reading a rule, d ---------- what documents it requires, and building the system that produces them. You will write the SOPs for your own job as you go, to help these struggling Home care agencies. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build and format document templates in BoldSign (very similar to DocuSign): field placement, signer roles, naming conventions Prefill and prepare client and employee compliance documents from source files Organize and audit client and employee files in Dropbox against a compliance checklist Read state licensing rules from Department Human services for example provided to you, and learn how the system works Track expiring items: background checks, trainings, service agreements, certifications etc. Write and maintain the SOP for every process you touch Some claims and billing reviewing in a EHR system to make sure the agency is up to date. WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO No client contact. No client calls/emails. Everything routes through the owner. No sales, no lead generation, no social media, no cold outreach. SCHEDULE 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with room to grow into full-time if desired Hours are flexible within reason, but the role requires overlap with US Central Time business hours (roughly 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CDT). In Philippine time, that window is late night into early morning. Please be realistic about what you can sustain long-term. You may keep other clients, but not during your committed hours. $300 - $500 USD per month, depending on experience Paid twice per month Pay increases as you get faster, need less oversight, and take on more responsibilities, and increases again as hours grow toward full-time. This is not a vague promise; it is how the role is designed. Additional benefits are discussed after probation period. WHO I AM ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR No prior knowledge of specific US or Midwest healthcare regulation is required. I provide the source material and the detail. Most applicants have little to not experience with a state licensing rule, and that is fine. What I cannot train is this: I need someone who can be handed a regulation they have never seen and come back with a working checklist and a list of smart questions, without being walked through it step by step. Beyond that, I am looking for someone genuinely curious. This role has autonomy, and autonomy only works if you use it. That means: Asking questions when something does not make sense, instead of guessing or stalling Noticing when a process is inefficient and telling me, rather than doing it the slow way forever Bringing ideas and suggestions, not just completed tasks Learning on your own between tasks instead of waiting for the next instruction If you need every step explained twice, this will not work. If you enjoy taking something confusing and making it orderly, you will do well here. You also need: Excellent written English. You will write checklists and SOPs that will be relied on. Genuine attention to detail. One missing signature is a real problem for a real business. Reliability. If you say something is done, it is done and it is correct. BACKGROUNDS THAT TRANSLATE WELL Paralegal, audit, quality assurance, healthcare administration, medical billing, insurance, accounting, public health, or any office admin role where you managed compliance documents or licensing paperwork. Helpful but not mandatory: BoldSign, DocuSign, PandaDoc, JotForm, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Notion, any US EHR system, or previous work supporting a US home care or home health agency. CONFIDENTIALITY You will handle protected health information covered by US HIPAA regulations, and you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. This means a private, secure workspace, not a shared computer and not a public network. GROWTH We are adding new agency clients on an ongoing basis, and this seat is the foundation of the delivery team. The person in this role is expected to move into a senior position, owning processes, assisting new hires, and reviewing their work, as we grow. Hours and pay increase along the way. HOW TO APPLY Do not send a generic cover letter. Reply and answer all nine questions below, numbered, in the body of your application. Applications that skip questions will not be reviewed. Also Put the word "Compliance office assistant" in your subject line or application title 1. List the specific hours you can reliably work each weekday, stated in US Central Time. Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet space with no background noise for meetings, a good working computer, a good pair of headsets with a clear microphone is a required. 2. Describe the most complicated document, file, or process you have ever been responsible for organizing or cleaning up. What was messy about it, what did you do, and how did you know when it was right? 3. Have you ever had to read a policy, rule, contract, or manual and turn it into something usable, such as a checklist, template, summary, or process? Tell me what it was and how you approached it. 4. Tell me about a time you suggested a better way to do something at work, without being asked. What happened? 5. Which of these have you used, and how much: BoldSign, DocuSign, PandaDoc, JotForm, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Notion, any US EHR or billing system. 6. Are you currently working with other clients? How many hours per week, and doing what? 7. What is your expected monthly rate for 20-25 hours per week? 8. Best contact method and number, plus your availability for an interview in the next 12-48 hours. 9. Paste a link to your audio or video introduction. This is required. It does not need to be polished, a phone recording is fine. Answer two things: tell me about yourself, and tell me about a time you had to learn something difficult on your own, without anyone to teach you. Use any tool you like Vocaroo, Google Drive, Loom, YouTube unlisted, or Dropbox. Your resume is optional. Your answers matter more. First group of Interview requests go out starting within 6 to 12 hours of your application, so please make sure you list your preferred method of contact.
