Sales Development Representative

Confidential employer

Sales Development Representative (Sparkblaze Digital) Location: Remote (Work from Home) / Hybrid Salary: PHP 20,000 - PHP 60,000/month DOE (Depending on Experience) + Commission/Incentives Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Flexible - Monday to Friday About Sparkblaze Digital Sparkblaze Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to helping startups and growing businesses ignite growth with innovative, results-driven strategies. Our team builds and manages data-driven campaigns — from paid advertising and SEO to landing pages and conversion rate optimization — that generate measurable ROI for our clients. We work across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, finance, real estate, home services, and local businesses, helping each one scale smarter and grow faster with tailored strategies. We are a fully remote team transitioning to a hybrid set-up, and we are looking for experienced, high-performing talent to help accelerate our agency's growth. What You'll Do As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will own the top-of-funnel of Sparkblaze Digital's sales pipeline. Your primary focus is prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads, then booking well-prepped discovery calls for our closing team — setting them up to convert qualified prospects into long-term agency clients. You act as the critical bridge between our marketing/intake team and our sales closers. Your responsibilities may include: Prospecting and identifying potential clients who match our ideal buyer profile, primarily within the education, consulting, and other B2B service industries. Qualifying inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound outreach (calls, email , and messaging) to build a healthy pipeline. Researching each prospect's business and current online presence to understand their needs before outreach, so conversations are relevant and informed. Nurturing warm leads over time through consistent, personalized follow-up until they're ready for a deeper sales conversation. Booking discovery calls and qualified meetings for the closing team, and preparing clear handoff notes on each prospect's needs, budget, and goals. Accurately logging all prospect interactions, pipeline stages, and lead details in the CRM system to keep data current for the wider sales team. Collaborating closely with the marketing and intake teams to ensure lead quality, timely follow-through, and a smooth handoff process. Using CRM and AI-assisted tools to prioritize high-potential accounts and streamline outreach. Contributing insights from prospect conversations to help refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated. What Are We Looking For? We are looking for a driven top-of-funnel specialist with a genuine interest in digital marketing and paid media. You don't need to be a closer — you need to be excellent at opening doors, qualifying opportunities, and setting our sales team up to win. You should have: This role is also open to fresh graduates. Individuals who graduated a 4-year degree course with 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), appointment setter, business development representative (BDR), or similar prospecting and lead-qualification role — agency or digital marketing experience is a plus. Comfort with outbound prospecting (cold calling, email ing, and social outreach) as well as qualifying inbound leads. A working understanding of paid advertising concepts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and sales funnels) to speak credibly with prospects. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) for logging activity, tracking pipeline, and reporting. Strong research skills — able to review a prospect's online footprint and identify relevant marketing gaps ahead of a call. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for building rapport quickly and asking effective qualifying questions. Persistence and resilience — comfortable with rejection and consistent, disciplined follow-up. Familiarity with video conferencing and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) for booking and coordinating meetings. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for A-players — individuals who are hungry, curious, and take full ownership of their pipeline goals. A Proactive Prospector: Doesn't wait for leads to arrive — actively researches and reaches out to build a strong pipeline. A Skilled Qualifier: Asks the right questions to quickly determine fit and surface a prospect's real needs. Highly Self-Disciplined: Manages a daily outreach workflow independently, without requiring constant micro-management. Persistent & Resilient: Keeps picking up the phone and following up, even after rejection. Coachable: Takes feedback well and continuously refines their outreach and qualifying approach. Organized & Disciplined: Detail-oriented and highly reliable in logging pipeline data and tracking follow-ups. Curious & Growth-Oriented: Stays on top of industry trends and is eager to grow into a closing or leadership role over time. A Strong Collaborator: Works closely with marketing and closers alike to keep the pipeline moving smoothly. Why Join Sparkblaze Digital Remote Flexibility: Fully remote work setup with a fixed and consistent schedule. Competitive Pay: A competitive base salary paired with performance incentives. High-Performance Culture: Opportunity to work directly with a results-driven digital marketing team. Inbound Lead Support: Benefit from a dedicated intake and marketing framework that feeds your pipeline. Fast Career Growth: A clear pathway from SDR into closing or sales leadership roles as the department scales. Supportive Environment: A skill-focused, collaborative work setup built for high achievers. If you're an organized, persistent communicator who loves the hunt of prospecting and qualifying leads — and you're excited to grow your career in digital marketing sales — we'd love to hear from you. GoHighLevel Admin (VA) — Placed With Insurance Agency Clients | Must Know GHL

Confidential employer

About the Role We're a CRM agency serving life, health, and Medicare insurance agents on the GoHighLevel platform. We place skilled admins directly with our clients — you'd be responsible for the day-to-day admin tasks of a single GHL account on behalf of one client. This is hands-on account management. You're the person inside the platform getting things done: managing contacts, building funnels, setting up campaigns, answering calls, and keeping the account running smoothly. This is an Admin Role — not a developer/tech role. No advanced API work, custom code, or complex automation architecture. If that's what you're after, this isn't the fit. What You Must Know (GoHighLevel) You should be able to do all of the following confidently: Set up calendars and calendar integrations Perfect understanding of US timezones (this trips a lot of people up) Build forms, surveys, and funnels Manage users and data assignment Set up mass email s and text messages Use Google Sheets for data entry Load and export contacts correctly within the CRM (field mapping, etc.) Create custom fields and custom values Set up the phone system — and be able to answer calls Know the basics of workflows (not advanced): Set up an appointment reminder campaign Diagnose a contact stuck in the wrong workflow Build funnels/websites using GHL's new AI Studio Connect and manage integrations (Google, Facebook , email /domain) Build and send email /SMS broadcasts and templates Manage pipelines/opportunities and move deals through stages Build basic trigger links and manage tags Understand conversations/inbox management and reputation (reviews) basics BIG BONUS Insurance experience (life, health, Medicare) — this moves you to the top of the pile Prior VA/admin experience managing a client's account How to Apply Send a message with the Subject line: "I actually read this post" Applications without this exact subject line will be deleted. We read every one that has it. In your message, include: Subject line: I actually read this post A few sentences on your hands-on GHL experience — what have you actually built or managed? Whether you have any insurance experience Your English level and hours of overlap you can offer with US Eastern time We're looking for someone who genuinely knows the platform — not someone who watched a few tutorials. Tell us what you've actually done.

Social Media Coordinator

Confidential employer

Care Property Hub is a growing UK property matchmaking platform that connects care providers with suitable properties. We run monthly networking events and regular virtual sessions, bringing together landlords, care operators, and property professionals. We’re building a community, and we need someone who can take ownership of making sure our social media content hits the mark, every time, on time. About the Role This is not a “just schedule some posts” role. You will be the person who makes sure our entire content operation runs smoothly. The founder writes the content and sets the direction, your job is to make sure it gets published correctly, on time, and to the standard our audience expects. You’ll coordinate between tea ---------- mbers, chase deadlines, and be the quality gatekeeper for everything that goes out under the CPH brand. You’ll also work with Opus Clip and recorded meeting footage to create short-form video clips, coordinating with our video producer (Soban) to turn raw recordings into polished social content. The person scheduling posts will report to you, you’re responsible for making sure everything is posted, not doing all the posting yourself. LinkedIn is our primary channel, but you’ll also coordinate content across other platforms as we expand. What You’ll Do Quality-control all content before it goes live — copy, images, links in comments, hashtags, tagging. If it’s not right, it doesn’t go out. Chase and manage the scheduler — the person posting content reports to you. You confirm everything is scheduled, published on time, and correct. “Has it been posted?” is your daily question. Work with Opus Clip to produce short-form video clips from recorded meetings and events. You’ll create initial cuts and pass them to Soban (our video producer) for final production, then ensure the finished videos are scheduled and posted. Coordinate the content pipeline — the founder writes the content and gives you direction. You make sure it moves through the chain (writing ? video production ? scheduling ? posting) without delays or errors. Report weekly on what’s been posted, what’s scheduled, what’s late, and what’s missing. No surprises. Propose creative ideas to grow our social media presence — especially video content. We have raw material and a growing community. We need someone who can see what’s working in the UK market and suggest what we should be doing next. WHERE THIS ROLE CAN GO This starts at 3 hours per week, but it won’t stay there if you’re the right person. We reward initiative with more responsibility, more hours, and more earning potential. Video strategy — we have meeting recordings, event footage, and founder content that could become a full video programme. If you can design and lead that, this role grows fast. Campaign strategy — help us sell more event tickets and attract more property listings to the platform. Prove you can drive results and the budget follows. Community growth — we’re not just posting content; we’re building a community in the UK care property sector. If you can grow that community, you become indispensable. Full Social Media Manager — for the right person, this grows into owning the entire social media and content function for CPH. What We’re Looking For UK market knowledge — you know what’s working on social media in the UK right now, not just globally. You understand the UK audience, trends, and content formats that are actually getting results. Organised and relentless on deadlines — content schedules don’t manage themselves. You chase, you follow up, you don’t let things slip. Comfortable with video tools — experience with Opus Clip, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. You don’t need to be a professional editor, but you need to be able to produce clips from raw footage. Creative and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do. You research what’s working, propose ideas, and come to us with a plan. If you can pitch a new content project, we want to hear it. Comfortable with LinkedIn — you understand how professional B2B content works on LinkedIn, not just personal posting. Strong attention to detail — links in comments, correct hashtags, right images, no typos. Every post is checked before it goes out. Confident communicator — you’ll be coordinating between the founder, a video producer, and a scheduler. You need to be clear, direct, and not afraid to chase people. Pay & Trial Period Base salary + commission based on results. The more value you bring, the more you earn. We measure results, engagement growth, content consistency, video output, community growth, and your commission reflects what you deliver. 4-week paid trial. The first four weeks are a paid trial period. If you deliver what’s expected and show you can add value, this becomes an ongoing role with room to grow. If it’s not working, we’ll part ways, no hard feelings. Only apply if you genuinely know what you’re doing and can add value to the team. We’re a small, bootstrapped business, and every person matters. If you’re looking for a role where you can coast, this isn’t it. What Success Looks Like in Your First 4 Weeks Week 1: Understand the full content pipeline — who writes, who produces video, who schedules. Meet the team. Review all current social channels and content. Week 2: Take over QA and scheduling coordination. Every post is checked before publishing. Opus Clip workflow started with Soban. Week 3: All content going out on time with zero errors. Weekly reporting in place. At least one Opus Clip video has been published. Week 4: Propose one creative content idea or campaign based on what you’ve seen working in the UK market. Prove you’re not just coordinating; you’re thinking. The Practicalities Hours: 3 hours per week to start — flexible on when those hours fall. Scope to grow significantly. Location: Fully remote — UK-based or UK timezone required. Contract: Freelance/contract basis. Pay: Base salary + performance commission. Discussed during application. Tools: We’ll provide access to everything you need (Opus Clip, scheduling platform, content calendar, brand assets). Trial: 4-week paid trial period. About Care Property Hub CPH is a UK-based property matchmaking platform purpose-built for the care sector. We connect care providers who need properties with landlords and developers who have them. Our monthly networking events and regular virtual sessions have become a go-to meeting point for the sector, and our LinkedIn presence is growing fast. We’re a small, bootstrapped team that moves quickly and values people who take ownership. If you want to be part of building something from the ground up and actually see the impact of your work, this is that kind of role. How to Apply We don’t want a CV. We want to see effort. Fill out our short application questionnaire: ---------- . It takes about 20 minutes and includes a 60-second video introduction. If you can’t be bothered to complete it properly, this role isn’t for you.
