We’re hiring an experienced Meta Ads professional who can take a client’s goals, turn them into a clear advertising strategy, and remain accountable for performance.

This is not a junior campaign-launching role. You’ll be expected to understand the numbers, identify what is limiting growth, and d ---------- what should be tested next.

What You’ll Own
Advertising strategy across Facebook and Instagram
Campaign creation, optimization, and scaling
Daily performance and budget control
Lead quality, CPL, CPQL, CAC, and ROAS
Audience, offer, copy, creative, and funnel testing
Identification of tracking or conversion problems
New creative angles and briefs for our production team
Clear reporting across multiple client accounts
What We Expect

You should have proven experience managing performance-focused Meta campaigns and be comfortable making independent decisions.

Applicants with experience managing $2,000+ in daily ad spend will receive priority.

Experience with lead generation, real estate, high-ticket services, or agency accounts is especially valuable. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.
