Employment Type: Full-Time (40 Hrs/Week) Location: Remote — must work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours

Keyla Consulting & Co is an MWBE-certified, Harlem-based consulting firm working at the intersection of workforce development, entrepreneurship support, and community engagement. Our work spans public-sector consulting, grant writing, business filings, and content and video production — and we do it all in service of lifting up the communities we come from.

You'd be supporting a growing multi-brand ecosystem, including Keyla Consulting & Co, Lifting While Climbing, the Black Speakers Bureau, and Visionaries of Change. It's fast-moving, mission-driven work with real room to grow.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day voice and presence of our brands across platforms. You'll help us tell our story, grow our audience, and keep our communities engaged. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, a self-starter, and someone who genuinely cares about the work.

What You'll Do
Create and develop Reel ideas that reflect each brand's voice
Schedule and publish Reels and posts across our brand accounts
Engage with our community — commenting on and responding to posts
Track and grow social media engagement against our KPIs
Keep our content calendar organized and on schedule

What You Bring
Strong English speaking and writing skills — this is a must
Proven experience managing social media accounts (multiple brands a plus)
A creative eye for short-form content and current trends
Reliability, organization, and follow-through
