Short-Form Content Creator - TikTok / Reels / Shorts | Plix.GG

Plix.gg is a browser gaming platform with 72,000+ games and 300K+ monthly visitors.

We're looking for a creator who genuinely understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, what people are watching, what formats are trending, what sounds are being used and how to turn an idea into a video people actually want to finish.

This is NOT an editing-only role.

You will research trends, find ideas, choose games, record gameplay or real-world footage and edit finished short-form videos.

We handle uploading and posting. You do not need to manage our social accounts.

◆ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who actively uses TikTok, Reels and Shorts and pays attention to:

• Current content trends and formats
• Trending music and sounds
• Hooks that stop people scrolling
• Editing styles that are working right now
• Gaming and internet culture
• What other gaming creators are doing
• Why some videos perform and others don't

You should actively research what is currently working and develop concepts independently.
Most importantly, you need good creative judgment.
Not every browser game is interesting enough to carry a video by itself.
Sometimes gameplay is enough.
Sometimes the stronger video is built around a gaming setup, laptop, phone, IRL situation, meme, challenge, POV, trend or relatable idea.

If you have a good-looking gaming setup, desk, room, laptop or another visually interesting environment, we want you to use it.

→ Transition into the games

We want variety.

We do NOT want the same template repeated every day. But we can try good templates that did not work more times.

◆ WHAT YOU DO

• Research TikTok, Reels and Shorts for trends, formats, sounds and ideas
• Follow gaming creators and relevant competitors
• Find games on Plix.gg worth making content about
• Develop your own concepts and hooks
• D ---------- whether a video should be gameplay, IRL, setup-based, meme, POV, challenge, list, trend or another format
• Record clean gameplay
• Film attractive real-world or gaming-setup footage when needed
• Edit 10–40 second short-form videos
• Choose suitable music, trending sounds and SFX
• Add captions and on-screen text
• Test different opening hooks
• Use performance feedback from previous videos to improve future concepts

You do not need to show your face or use your own voice.

You can if you want to, but it is not required.

◆ OUTPUT

7–10 finished videos per week.
Videos can vary significantly in format and production effort.
Some can be simple gameplay videos.
Others may use several games, IRL footage, gaming setups, multiple locations or more complicated concepts.
We care about retention, creativity and views, not forcing every video into the same structure.
We handle publishing.

Your responsibility is delivering finished videos ready to post.

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and Shorts
• Strong short-form editing skills
• Good instinct for hooks and first 1–3 second retention
• Awareness of current trends, sounds, formats and editing styles
• Genuine interest in games and internet culture
• Ability to develop ideas independently
• Ability to research what is currently performing
• Ability to film good-looking real-world or gaming-setup footage
• Good sense of pacing, music, captions, SFX and visual composition

You need:

• PC or laptop capable of smoothly recording browser games
• Smartphone with a good camera
• Reliable internet
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or similar

• No fixed schedule
• No required timezone overlap
• No time tracking

Work whenever you want as long as the content is delivered on time.

Paid monthly via Wise.

Reasonable pre-approved expenses for outside shoots are reimbursed separately.

IDEA 1 — GAMEPLAY

One gameplay-focused concept. Name the specific game and paste its plix.gg URL.

IDEA 2 — IRL / GAMING SETUP

Concept using IRL footage, a gaming setup, laptop, phone, desk, room or another visually interesting environment.

For both ideas, explain:

• What happens in the first few seconds
• The main concept
• Why you think someone would keep watching

Do not just write:

"Show gameplay with text."

We want to understand how you think about hooks and short-form content.

We are not judging editing quality alone.

We also want to see:

• Your filming ability
• Your creative judgment
• Whether you understand what type of content has the best chance of performing
