We’re a US-based church marketing company looking for one sharp, creative Social Media Specialist to help run social media for the churches we serve. This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who can handle a little bit of everything: posts, captions, simple graphics, short videos, scheduling, and engagement. You won’t be boxed into one task. You’ll touch all of it. The basics: Full-time and long-term. This is not a short project or a gig. Salary: $800 USD per month. Paid in USD, reviewed at 90 days. Schedule: flexible. (We’ll set your hours together, and at least part of your shift will fall during Philippine daytime. This is not the full graveyard shift most US-hours roles demand. Once we agree on your hours, you’re reliably at your desk during them, every workday. 100% remote. What you’ll own: Creating and scheduling social media posts for multiple churches every week Writing captions that sound like each church, not like a template Building simple graphics in Canva that follow each church’s brand Cutting sermon clips and short videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok (we train you on our tools and workflow) Replying to comments and messages on church pages with warmth and good judgment Pulling monthly numbers so churches can see what’s working Jumping in wherever our social media team needs a hand. You’ll work alongside our social media manager, video editors, and graphic designer, and they’ll count on you You will not make phone calls to clients. This is behind-the-scenes creative and production work. Who we’re looking for: This is a faith-based role. You must be a born-again Christian who is passionate about helping churches reach more people and grow. We are especially looking for people who are active leaders in their own local church. At least two years of real social media experience managing pages for a business, a church, or an agency, not just posting on your personal accounts. Captions live or die on it, and yours will be read by thousands of people every week Comfortable in Canva and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). You don’t need to be a pro editor. You need to be dangerous in all of it Organized enough to juggle several churches, each with its own voice, brand, and weekly deadlines, without dropping anything A generalist at heart. You like variety, you learn tools fast, and “that’s not my job” isn’t in your vocabulary Rock-solid reliability. You show up every day, on time, and you do not need to be managed This job is NOT for you if You can’t commit to a set schedule. Your hours are flexible until we agree on them, then they’re fixed You only want to do one thing. If you’re a designer who won’t touch video, or an editor who won’t write captions, this role will frustrate you You need step-by-step instructions for every task and a manager checking your work daily You’re planning to keep freelance clients on the side. We’re hiring your full attention You’re not a believer, or you’d rather not spend every workday on church content. Our whole business is churches. There’s no version of this job that isn’t Your internet or power situation is shaky and you have no backup plan. Deadlines don’t wait for brownouts If any of those describe you, no hard feelings. Save us both the time and skip this one. About us: REACHRIGHT is a US-based church marketing agency, 10 years old, with team members across the US and the Philippines. We already have 11 Filipino teammates. We are an openly Christian company, and everyone on our team shares one mission: helping churches reach more people. We serve pastors and churches every single day. How to apply 1. Start your application with the word “Aloha” so we know you actually read this posting. 2. Show us your results, not just your portfolio. Send links to 2 or 3 real social media accounts you have personally managed. For each one, tell us: 1. What the account looked like when you started (followers, reach, engagement) 2. What you specifically did 3. Where the account is now 4. Include screenshots of the analytics if you have them. Numbers with proof beat pretty graphics every time. 5. Tell us how you are involved in your local church today. 6. Include a resume and a link to a short video (2 to 3 minutes) introducing yourself. 7. If an account grew because of a team, tell us honestly which part was yours. We’d rather see a small account you genuinely grew than a big account you barely touched. Long-Form YouTube Video Editor (Faceless Channels) We're looking for a video editor to join us long-term editing faceless, long-form YouTube content. Our videos cover war and military history, documentaries, explainers, mystery and unsolved stories — narrated content with no on-camera presenter. This is not short-form work. We are not looking for someone who edits TikToks and Reels. Our videos range from 12 minutes to full-length documentaries of up to an hour, and they live or die on whether the viewer stays past the first minute. What you'll be doing Editing narrated long-form videos from a script and a voiceover track Sourcing and cutting archival footage, stock clips, maps, photos and B-roll that match the narration beat by beat Building retention: strong hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing changes, and cuts that never let the video sit still Sound design — this matters a lot to us. Ambience, impacts, risers, subtle SFX under the narration, and music that shifts with the story Simple motion graphics: text overlays, lower thirds, map animations, highlights and callouts Color and audio cleanup so the final file is ready to upload Our stance on AI We use AI sparingly, mostly for filler or transitional shots when no real footage exists. The backbone of every video should be real archival and stock material. If your reel is mostly AI-generated clips stitched together, we're not the right fit. What we need from you Proven experience editing long-form faceless YouTube content (please show it) Strong command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. CapCut is fine for quick turnarounds, but it cannot be your only tool A real feel for pacing and audience retention — you understand why a cut happens where it happens, not just how Good taste in sound design and music selection Comfortable finding your own footage and reference material Reliable communication in written English Able to hit deadlines consistently Nice to have Motion graphics and map animation skills Interest in history, geopolitics or documentary storytelling Details Volume: 2 to 3 videos per week, depending on length and complexity Pay: $600 per month, paid monthly Full time, 40 hours per week Long-term position — we want someone who grows with the channel, not a one-off gig You'll get scripts, voiceovers and a style guide. We'll give clear feedback and revisions How to apply Start your application with the word BLACKBOX so we know you read this. Then send us: Links to 2–3 long-form faceless videos you edited. Tell us exactly what you did on each one. Pick one of those videos and explain, in a few sentences, one specific editing decision you made to keep viewers watching — and why it worked. Your available hours per week and your rate. Applications without the codeword or without work samples will not be reviewed.

ABOUT US We are a chartered accounting firm in New Zealand. We are a small team looking after several hundred business clients, nearly all of them owner-operated. We run on Xero for accounting, Xero Practice Manager (XPM) for practice management, and FYI Docs for document management. That experience is the first filter for this role. We are looking for someone who has worked inside an accounting firm and used Xero and a practice management system as part of their normal working day, rather than someone who has simply seen them in passing. If that is your background, you should find your feet here quickly. We are not short of systems. We already have workflow templates, checklists, naming conventions and reporting packs. They are written, they work, and the bones of the system are already there. What we do not have is one person who owns the admin engine and makes sure everything actually gets finished. Almost everything here gets prepared and then waits for a human to close the loop: The job with nobody assigned to it. The annual return that is one signature away from being filed. The invoice that never went out after the work was marked complete. The client email that was drafted three days ago but never sent. That is the role. You are the person at the end of those pipes. You keep things moving, follow them through, and make sure the last 10 percent actually gets done. We would rather hire one capable person properly than spread this work across four people who each do a little bit of it. We are a small and friendly team. People help each other here, the work is varied, and you will be trusted with real responsibility early on. WHO YOU WORK WITH You will work closely with our administrator in New Zealand, who handles everything that needs to happen physically at this end. Together, you will build and run the administrative systems the firm needs. They know how the work runs today. You bring the discipline to turn that knowledge into something written down, repeatable and difficult to drop. Expect plenty of back and forth during your first few months while you work out how each process should run, document it properly, and then hand the routine parts to the right person. You will also work directly with our director and our accountants. You can ask any of us anything. THE WORK There are six main areas. You will not be expected to pick them all up at once. In your first month, expect to focus mainly on client take-on, filing and follow-up. The remaining areas will come across as you are ready for them. 1. NEW CLIENT AND ENTITY TAKE-ON Set up new clients and entities in XPM and FYI correctly the first time, including group structures, entity relationships, balance dates, IRD numbers, contact records and job templates. Run the onboarding checklist from beginning to end and hold responsibility for it until every box is closed. Collect and follow up identity and verification documents. You gather and record the information. A New Zealand accountant assesses it. Prepare engagement paperwork from our templates and send it for signature. Request records from the client's previous accountant and follow up until they arrive. 2. COMPANIES OFFICE AND ENTITY ADMINISTRATION New Zealand has a public companies register that every client company needs to keep current. The work is deadline-driven, administrative and important. It is also exactly the sort of work that gets forgotten until something becomes late if nobody owns it. You will handle: Annual returns, run as a monthly cycle so nothing falls past its filing month. Company incorporations, name reservations and the associated paperwork. Trustee company set-ups. Director, shareholder and share allocation changes. Registered office, address for service and address for communication updates. Company name changes and wind-ups. You prepare them, track them, and make sure nothing sits half-finished. Following up directors for the consents and confirmations required for filings. Reconciling our internal entity register against the public register and fixing any gaps. You do not need to have used the New Zealand Companies Office register before. You do need to be the sort of person who can read the rules once, turn them into a process, and then make sure a due date is never missed. 3. JOB AND WORKFLOW ADMINISTRATION XPM is our practice management system. It controls our jobs, due dates, workflows and timesheets. You will: Run a standing weekly exception sweep covering jobs with nobody assigned, jobs sitting in the same state for more than 14 days, anything past its due date, and recurring templates that have stopped assigning correctly. Produce one short action list from that sweep, not a long report. Keep recurring job templates, due dates and job states accurate. Manage annual accounts intake as client documents arrive, renaming and filing them according to our conventions by group, entity, financial year and category. Update production sheets from XPM at the beginning of each week. Maintain client and system data hygiene across XPM, FYI and our other systems. Systems drift over time. Somebody needs to be the person who notices and cares. 4. DOCUMENTS, SIGNING AND CORRESPONDENCE You will: Build and send signature bundles, then follow them up until they come back. Send final accounts and reports with the appropriate covering correspondence and file the completed documents. Draft routine client correspondence in our voice, using templates, for approval before it is sent. Run batch email s where the same communication needs to go to a group of clients. We already have a working process for this. You populate it and run it. Keep the document management system tidy and consistently named. If something is filed properly the first time, nobody should need to go looking for it twice. 5. CHASING AND FOLLOW-UP This is the part that makes everything else work. If something has been asked for and has not been delivered, you own the follow-up until it is resolved or escalated. You will: Maintain one follow-up register covering what we owe clients, what clients owe us, and what members of the team owe each other. Put a date against every item. Follow everything up politely, repeatedly and without needing to be reminded. Follow up our own team for reviews, billing decisions and completed drafts that have not yet been sent. Follow up clients for documents, signatures and consents. Follow up timesheet completion and send a short weekly summary. This is a polite nudge about getting the work done, not a management conversation. 6. BILLING SUPPORT You will: Assemble the monthly work in progress workbook from XPM and follow up managers for their billing decisions. Identify and follow up completed jobs that have not turned into an invoice. Run the first three stages of debtor follow-up from a written script, with a clear escalation point where responsibility passes to somebody else. Keep the monthly billing archive tidy and complete. AND THROUGHOUT: WRITE IT DOWN We are saying this openly because we have been burned by it before. Too much of this work currently lives in people's heads. As you learn each task, you and our New Zealand administrator will document the process together in plain English so the next person does not have to start from nothing. That is part of the role, not an extra task. Building a reliable administrative system around the firm will be one of the things we judge the success of this role on. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR These are genuine requirements rather than a wish list, so it is worth checking them before you apply. You need: At least three years' experience working inside an accounting or bookkeeping firm in practice administration, corporate administration or client onboarding. This is different from a general office administration role. Please tell us the firm, the country, and roughly how many clients it looked after. Hands-on Xero experience at a day-to-day working level. We are not looking for someone who has simply completed a certificate. You should be comfortable opening a messy client file and knowing where to start. Daily experience using Xero Practice Manager (XPM). XPM runs every job, due date, workflow and timesheet in our firm, so genuine XPM experience puts you well ahead of the field. If you have instead used Karbon, WorkflowMax or a close equivalent properly, tell us what you used and for how long. We are not in a position to teach practice management from scratch. Daily experience using a document management system. We use FYI Docs, but a comparable system counts if you genuinely used it as part of your normal working day. Experience running deadline-driven work, in any country, where being late has a consequence. Confidence working with spreadsheets. You do not need to build financial models, but you should be able to build and maintain a useful working register. Excellent written English. You will be drafting email s that clients read and that go out under our names. Discretion. You will handle client identity documents and financial information every day. This is a condition of the role, not a preference. Reliable internet and a quiet home office. NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT REQUIRED Experience working for an Australian or New Zealand accounting firm. Exposure to New Zealand GST or payroll. Experience with a public companies register, trusts, client take-on or verification requirements. Bookkeeping or billing administration experience. Experience documenting a procedure for work that was originally handed to you informally. WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS TO US You do not miss a fixed date. Several parts of this role have deadlines set by law and they do not move. You raise your hand when something looks wrong instead of processing it anyway. You are comfortable chasing people politely and repeatedly, including people more senior than you. You can hold a long list without dropping the quiet items on it. You fi

The role will be conducted during Australian business hours. We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own paid acquisition end to end — strategy, build, optimisation, and reporting — across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll work alongside our SEO, web/funnel, creative, and development specialists to ship full-funnel campaigns that actually convert. What you'll do Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook /Instagram, Advantage+), and LinkedIn (Lead Gen Forms, ABM, sponsored content) Design and run remarketing and retargeting funnels across all platforms (prospecting ? re-engagement ? conversion) Manage budgets across multiple clients, markets, and currencies — allocating spend for efficiency and scale Own the metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPL, MER, lead quality, and pipeline impact — and improve them Build and structure conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking; partner with our developer where deeper implementation is needed Run structured creative testing in partnership with the creative team (audiences, hooks, formats, offers) -Produce clear, client-ready reporting (Looker Studio or similar) that ties spend to outcomes, not vanity metrics Collaborate with SEO, funnel, and dev to keep landing pages and tracking aligned with campaign goals Stay current on platform changes and bring proactive recommendations, not just execution What we're looking for 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing live budgets (agency or in-house) Proven, demonstrable results across both Google and Meta — dual-platform expertise is essential, not a bonus Working experience with LinkedIn Ads, especially lead gen and B2B targeting Strong command of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution Comfortable managing multiple accounts and markets simultaneously, with the organisation to keep them all on track Data-driven and commercially minded — you optimise toward revenue and lead quality, not just clicks Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication (you'll be client-facing and async-heavy) Able to work hours that overlap with our client markets (see Hours below) Nice to have TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic experience Experience with e-commerce (Advantage+ Shopping, catalog/DPA) and lead-gen funnels Familiarity with CRO and landing-page optimisation Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications Experience with server-side tracking, Triple Whale, or similar attribution tooling Exposure to multi-language markets (e.g. Dutch-language campaigns) Hours & setup Remote, full-time Mainly AU business hours Reports to Global head of digital marketing Works closely with the SEO, web/funnel, creative, content, and development tea ---------- mbers Compensation Starting salary: USD 1,700 / month, with scope for increases based on performance and results How to apply Please send: Proof of results (required) — case studies or account screenshots from real campaigns showing measurable outcomes (ROAS / CPA / CPL, before and after). Redact client-sensitive details, but the numbers must be real and you must be able to speak to them in detail. A short write-up of your most successful paid campaign — the goal, what you did, and the result Your portfolio showing Google and Meta work (LinkedIn a plus) Which coverage hours you can commit to (UK/EU or ANZ) Confirmation that the starting rate of USD 1,300 /month works for you Applications without specific, verifiable results won't move forward. We hire on proven outcomes — not platforms you've "touched." Hiring process We run a structured process so it's a strong fit on both sides: Application review — we screen for real, verifiable results. No proof, no progress. Screening call (~30 min) — intro, background, and a check on your coverage hours. Skills interview (~60 min) — you'll walk us through a past campaign in detail and talk through how you'd approach a sample brief or account audit. Practical task (short, paid) — a real-world exercise, e.g. auditing a sample account or outlining a campaign structure, so we can see how you actually think and work. Final interview — with [the founder / Head of Performance] to align on expectations and ways of working. Offer & onboarding.
