Lead Generation / Lead Scraping VA

Atlas is looking for a Lead Generation VA to build high-quality prospect lists for our agency.

We work primarily with home service companies and general contractors throughout the United States.

You'll be given specific industries, locations, qualification requirements, tools, and SOPs. Your responsibility is to find businesses matching those requirements and organize their information into clean lead lists that our outreach team can use.

What you'll be doing:

Scrape home service and general contractor businesses
Follow the exact industries and locations provided in our SOPs
Find accurate business information
Collect company names, phone numbers, websites, locations, and other required information
Remove duplicates and obviously bad leads
Keep lead lists properly formatted
Meet daily lead-production requirements
Complete an End-of-Day report every working day
Communicate with the Atlas team through Slack
Report problems with scraping tools or lead sources immediately
Daily Production Requirements

Minimum: 3,000 qualified leads/day

Target: 5,000 qualified leads/day

Quality matters just as much as volume. Sending 5,000 leads that don't match our criteria does not count as completing the target.

Your lists will be checked for:

Duplicates
Incorrect industries
Bad phone numbers
Businesses outside assigned locations
Missing information
Businesses that don't meet the SOP requirements
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can work quickly without getting sloppy.

You should:

Be extremely consistent
Be comfortable doing repetitive work
Pay attention to small details
Be able to follow written SOPs exactly
Understand Google Maps and basic lead-generation research
Be comfortable working with Google Sheets
Be able to hit daily production goals
Submit EOD reports consistently
Communicate through Slack
Have reliable internet
Be coachable and able to correct mistakes quickly

Previous lead generation, list building, data scraping, or VA experience is preferred.

Training

You'll receive:

1–2 days of initial training
Full scraping SOPs
Target industry requirements
Lead qualification requirements
List formatting instructions
Slack access
Examples of approved lead lists

Once training is complete, you'll be expected to work independently and consistently hit your daily targets.
