Junior Graphic Designer ( Fresh Graduate is welcome )

We are looking for a Junior Graphics Designer who is passionate about design and eager to grow. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a solid foundation in graphics and are open to using AI tools to enhance their creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create complete product image sets (6–10 images per SKU) following marketplace standards
• Design campaign banners, promotional graphics, and marketplace visuals
• Produce short product videos (15–60 seconds) for listings and marketing
• Ensure all designs meet platform-specific requirements (Amazon, Kogan, etc.)
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance product images, then perform manual refinements in Adobe Photoshop
• Retouch and correct AI-generated images (lighting, shadows, edges, proportions, colors)
• Maintain consistent branding, layout, and visual quality across all outputs
• Collaborate with listing and marketing teams to meet deadlines

Performance Expectations:

• Deliver high daily output across images, banners, and videos
• Ensure 100% completion of image sets for new listings
• Maintain a minimum 98% quality pass rate (QC standards)
• Meet strict deadlines and platform requirements
• Achieve monthly performance targets based on output points

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce graphic design (product images, banners, videos)
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
• Experience using AI design tools (background removal, enhancement, automation)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required) for editing, retouching, and final quality enhancement
• Experience combining AI-generated outputs with manual Photoshop editing
• Strong eye for detail, able to fix AI imperfections (distorted shapes, shadows, textures)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
