I run a UK-based creative agency working with e-commerce brands spending millions per month on ads. I need a detail-oriented finance assistant to manage both my business finances and personal finances. You'll be the person who keeps track of every dollar coming in and going out, makes sure payments are processed on time, and gives me clear visibility on my financial position at all times. This role is part bookkeeper, part financial analyst, part personal finance manager. If you love spreadsheets, cashflow forecasting, and making sense of messy numbers — this is for you. What You'll Do: Business Finance: Track all agency income across multiple clients — retainers, percentage of spend invoices, and any other revenue Track all business expenses — editor payments, strategist payments, software subscriptions, tools, and operational costs Calculate monthly profit and loss per client and for the agency overall Process payments to editors, strategists, and contractors via Revolut Business (you will be added as a Team Member) Send client invoices via Revolut Business and track payment status Chase outstanding invoices and flag overdue payments Calculate monthly editor payroll based on output data provided by the operations team Maintain a clean, up-to-date financial dashboard in Google Sheets showing revenue, expenses, profit, and cash position Personal Finance: Track all personal income and spending across bank accounts and credit cards Categorise every personal transaction weekly — food, dining, travel, rent, subscriptions, entertainment, transport, clothing, health, etc. Create visual spending breakdowns — pie charts or bar charts showing where money is going each month Flag areas where spending is too high and recommend where to cut back Track personal net worth monthly — bank balances, investments, assets, debts Help set and monitor monthly personal budgets Cashflow & Forecasting: Maintain a rolling cashflow forecast — what's coming in over the next 30, 60, 90 days based on client contracts and expected payments Flag any upcoming cash crunches before they happen — e.g. if a big invoice hasn't been paid and payroll is due Forecast monthly income based on current client retainers and projected ad spend percentages Track progress towards financial targets and goals — I'll share my targets and you tell me if I'm on pace or falling behind Model scenarios — e.g. "if I sign 2 more clients at $10K, what does my monthly P&L look like after team costs?" Reporting: Send a weekly financial summary every Monday — total income, total expenses, net position, outstanding invoices, upcoming payments due Send a monthly financial report — full P&L, spending breakdown, personal vs business analysis, progress towards targets, cashflow forecast update All reports should be visual and easy to read — charts, colour coding, clear summaries. Not walls of numbers Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills — formulas, charts, pivot tables, conditional formatting, dashboards Experience with bookkeeping, financial tracking, or management accounting Excellent attention to detail — every number must be accurate, every transaction categorised correctly Reliable and consistent — the weekly report must arrive every Monday without being chased Good written English for clear communication Comfortable handling sensitive financial information with complete confidentiality Proactive — if you see a problem in the numbers, flag it immediately, don't wait for me to ask Comfortable learning new tools — you will be using Revolut Business to process payments and send invoices Strong Preference For: Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or small businesses managing multiple income streams Experience with Revolut Business, Stripe, Xero, or QuickBooks Experience with cashflow forecasting and financial modelling Experience managing multi-currency finances (USD, GBP, EUR) Ability to create clean, visual financial dashboards and reports Working Hours: Flexible, but must be available for a weekly 15-minute check-in call during UK business hours (9am-5pm GMT/BST). Weekly report due every Monday by 12pm UK time. Monthly report due by the 3rd of each month. How to Apply: Please reply with: A short intro — who you are, your background in finance or accounting, and why this role is a good fit for you Your highest qualification in accounting or finance Describe your experience tracking finances for a business or individual — what tools did you use and what did you report on? A link to or screenshot of any financial spreadsheet, dashboard, budget tracker, or P&L you have created (can be anonymised) Your experience with Revolut Business or similar payment platforms Your expected monthly salary in USD Your available working hours in UK time Shortlisted candidates will receive a paid test task ($15). I will send you a sample bank statement and business transaction data. You will need to categorise everything, build a spending breakdown with charts, calculate a basic P&L, and write a short analysis with recommendations.

D2C Jewelry · Remote · Independent Contractor · GMT+8 Overlap Required Who we are We are a fast-growing demi-fine jewelry brand creating earrings women can actually live in. Our hero product, the Stay Close Hoop, is a backless hoop designed for comfortable, uninterrupted wear. We've served 175,000+ customers across the US, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe, backed by 7,000+ five-star reviews. We're looking for a female video editor with exceptional taste in content made for women to join our creative team. The role You'll work alongside a Creative Strategist to turn briefs into high-performing Meta and TikTok ads. This role sits at the intersection of aesthetic taste and performance creative. You need to understand the visual world our female customer lives in — jewelry, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, GRWM and creator content — while also knowing how to make an ad hook, hold attention and convert. We're not looking for cinematic brand films. We're looking for beautiful ads that sell. What you'll do Edit paid social ads at volume. Turn structured creative briefs into compelling short-form ads using creator/UGC footage, product footage, testimonials, photography and other assets. Make jewelry desirable. Have a strong eye for product close-ups, ear stacks, styling, composition, typography, music and shot selection. You should instinctively know which shot makes someone think: I want those earrings. Create content native to women's feeds. Your work should feel at home alongside the jewelry, beauty, fashion and lifestyle content women already consume on TikTok and Instagram — not like a traditional advertisement dropped into their feed. Build variants of winners. Create new hooks, openings, pacing, overlays, product reveals, testimonials and CTAs around proven concepts so we can systematically find what improves performance. Turn raw UGC into great ads. Find the strongest hooks, reactions, product moments and soundbites from creator footage and restructure them into ads that feel natural while still selling. Use AI where useful. AI isn't the focus of the role, but you should be comfortable using modern image/video and voice tools when they can efficiently fill a footage gap or improve an edit. Learn from performance. You'll see how your ads perform and should understand metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR and CPA well enough to form a point of view on what worked and what to test next. What we're looking for Exceptional female-focused aesthetic taste. Your portfolio must demonstrate strong TikTok or Instagram content created for female audiences. Jewelry, beauty, fashion and lifestyle experience is highly relevant. Paid social experience. You've edited performance ads for a D2C/e-commerce brand or performance agency and understand that creative ultimately gets judged by results. Strong short-form instincts. You understand hooks, retention, pacing, mobile-first typography, product reveals, UGC storytelling and direct-response structure. Speed. You can produce and iterate quickly without becoming sloppy. You know which details affect performance and which don't. Ownership. You don't blindly execute briefs. If a hook isn't working visually or the footage isn't supporting the concept, you flag it and propose a solution Organization. You're comfortable managing multiple concepts and variants with clean naming, version control and ClickUp handoffs. We're tool-agnostic — Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, CapCut or similar are all fine. Nice to have: jewelry/beauty/fashion experience, motion graphics, TikTok Spark Ads, AI-assisted production and localization experience. Who you'll work with You'll work inside an ARDANT creative pod, led by a Creative Strategist and potentially alongside other Video Editors. The strategist owns the audience, angle and persuasion strategy. You own making it visually compelling enough to stop someone and clear enough to sell. Who this isn't for This isn't the right role if your strongest work is long-form brand films, you don't regularly consume female-focused TikTok/Instagram content, you need weeks to finish an asset, or you dislike creating multiple iterations of the same concept. At ARDANT, creative gets tested quickly. We care less about defending an edit and more about finding the edit that wins. Logistics Engagement: Independent contractor Location: Fully remote Timezone: Meaningful GMT+8 overlap required Compensation: Monthly fee + performance bonus Tools: Required software/AI credits covered by ARDANT How to apply Keep it simple. Send us: 1. Your portfolio Show us your best TikTok/Instagram work, especially content created for female audiences in jewelry, beauty, fashion or lifestyle. 2. Your best 3 paid social ads For each, tell us in one or two sentences what you edited and, if available, how it performed. 3. One sentence: What's one thing most video editors get wrong when creating ads for women? That's it. Paid test Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid ARDANT editing test using a real brief, raw creator footage and product assets. We'll evaluate: Aesthetic Taste · Hook Execution · Product Presentation · Pacing · Performance Thinking · Speed We're not looking for the fanciest editor. We're looking for someone who can consistently turn an ARDANT brief into an ad women want to watch and buy from. Apply: ----------
