Online Sales Specialist (Chat, DM & Phone) — Early Morning Shift, Long-Term

About us

Aquae Jewels is an online jewelry brand. Our customers reach out every day through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, our website chat, email , and phone — and we're looking for one sharp, personable salesperson to own those conversations and turn interest into sales. EXCELLENT COMMAND OF ENGLISH, BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN, IS REQUIRED.
This is a real sales role, not just support. You'll be the voice of the brand, guiding customers, answering questions, handling objections, and closing orders. Because it's commission-driven, the better you sell, the more you earn — and your commission is uncapped.

What you'll do

Respond quickly and warmly to customer messages across WhatsApp, Instagram DM, website live chat, email , and phone
Answer product questions, recommend pieces, handle objections, and close sales
Follow up with interested customers who haven't yet purchased
Keep conversations organized and log outcomes
Represent Aquae Jewels professionally in every interaction

Schedule

Approx. 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Manila time (this aligns with our Dubai hours, from 1:00 AM Dubai onward)
6 days per week
This is an early-morning shift — you must be a reliable early riser

Compensation

Base: $550/month, paid reliably
Commission: uncapped, tiered — 3% of the sales you handle up to your monthly target, and 5% on everything above it
13th-month bonus and performance incentives
Strong closers realistically earn $1,500–$2,500+/month total

What we're looking for

Proven experience in online/e-commerce sales or chat-based sales (WhatsApp, Instagram, or live chat)
Excellent written English — friendly, clear, and persuasive
Comfortable and confident on phone calls
A genuine closer: you enjoy selling and chasing targets, not just answering questions
Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection, plus a quiet place to work
Able to commit to the early-morning shift, 6 days a week, long-term
