We’re looking for someone reliable and efficient to help us build high-quality product pages on Shopify. This is not a one-off project. We are constantly launching new products, usually in batches, and we’re looking for someone who can become part of our ongoing workflow and take on consistent work with us in the future. What the Role Involves: We have a complete SOP that walks you through exactly how we build each product page. For every product, we will provide you with: All relevant product/context files A pre-made Shopify theme/page structure A detailed SOP The exact ChatGPT prompts to use for each section of the page The workflow is very streamlined. You will generally upload the provided product context into ChatGPT, follow our prompts for each section, review the output, make any necessary improvements, and then add the final copy into the Shopify page using the pre-made theme we provide. A large portion of the process is already automated, so much of the work involves efficiently using ChatGPT, reviewing its output with good judgement, and putting everything together correctly inside Shopify. Once familiar with our workflow, each product page should usually take around 1–1.5 hours to complete. What We’re Looking For The main skills we require are: Shopify experience — you should be comfortable editing and building product pages inside Shopify. Good copywriting judgement — you do not need to write everything from scratch, but you need to understand good copy well enough to judge ChatGPT's output, improve it where necessary, and re-prompt when the output is not strong enough. Strong ChatGPT / AI workflow skills — you should be comfortable following prompts, providing context to ChatGPT, and getting high-quality outputs efficiently. Efficiency — once you understand the workflow, you should be able to complete each product page within approximately 1–1.5 hours without sacrificing quality. Attention to detail — pages should be properly formatted, polished, consistent, and ready to launch. Reliability — because we launch products regularly and often in batches, we need someone who can consistently take on ongoing work. Ongoing Opportunity We are specifically looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship, rather than somebody looking for a single project. If you perform well, there will be ongoing Shopify product page work available as we continue launching new products. How to Apply If you're interested and believe you fit the criteria above, please send through: A brief introduction about your experience Examples of Shopify stores or product pages you have worked on previously For each example you provide, please tell us: The website/product page URL Exactly which parts of the page you personally worked on Whether you worked on the Shopify page build, copy, design, images, theme customisation, apps, or other areas Which Shopify theme/page builder/apps were used Any relevant experience with copywriting and/or using ChatGPT for ecommerce work Looking forward to hearing from you!

Google Ads Specialist — Project-Based (US Fence Company) K&C Fence Company is a fence installation company in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, in business since 2008. We already have a Filipino marketing coordinator on the team. We are hiring one Google Ads specialist to rebuild our account, then refresh it every quarter. Not daily management — our coordinator handles the in-between. Type: Project-based, long-term. Phase 1 is about 20–30 hours in the first month. After that, roughly 6–10 hours per quarter. Pay: Fixed price per phase — propose yours. Paid via [Wise / PayPal / your method]. Hours: Your own schedule, except one 45-minute call per quarter during Nashville business hours (CST). Phase 1 — Audit and rebuild (first 30 days) Audit our Google Ads and Local Services Ads accounts Rebuild the structure: residential and commercial split; ad groups by fence type (privacy, aluminum, chain link, vinyl, gates, repair); geo-targeted to our ten target cities Set bidding strategy and budgets against a target cost per qualified lead Set up conversion tracking end to end — forms, calls, click-to-call — and prove it fires Every ad points to a matched landing page, never the home page Write a plain-English handoff for our coordinator: what she maintains, what she never touches Phase 2 — Quarterly refresh (4x per year) Review performance, search terms, conversions, cost per lead Adjust bids, budgets, structure, audiences, geo-targeting Read the coordinator's brief (best/worst pages and keywords, new photos, new offers) and implement Update the handoff notes; one call with the owner Our coordinator does (not you): search terms and negatives, ad creative from new job photos, landing page edits, pausing obvious waste, weekly numbers. She never touches bidding, budgets, structure, or targeting. Requirements 3+ years running Google Ads for US home-service businesses — fence, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, remodeling Google Ads certification, current You have personally set up conversion tracking including call tracking Strong written English — the handoff document is part of the deliverable To apply, answer these three. Applications without all three are not read. 1. A US home-services account you ran: screenshots showing cost per lead before and after your work, with dates. 2. Role Overview The Head of Acquisitions owns the entire cold calling operation the systems, the management layer, and the people. This is not a working-manager seat: it is for an operator who has already scaled an outbound calling floor past 30 agents and knows one person cannot review calls and train at that scale so they build team leads, QA systems, and accountability infrastructure that make performance visible without them in the room. Adrian, our current Director of Acquisitions, reports to this role. Core Responsibilities Systems and process architecture Design and document the full operating system for the calling floor: lead flow, batch assignment, dispositions, follow-up cadence, QA scorecards, schedules, and escalation paths Build the management layer: team leads and QA reviewers over pods of callers, so call review and training stay efficient as headcount grows and no single manager becomes the bottleneck. Accountability — no one games the system Monitor Aloware dashboards daily: dials per hour, talk time, occupancy, and schedule adherence per caller. Detect and shut down time theft: idle gaps, ghost dialing, padded dispositions, and off-schedule work. Callers are on the right schedules for the markets they dial — verified in the data, not assumed. Quality and training at scale Run a calibrated QA program: standardized scorecards, minimum review coverage per caller per week, and weekly calibration sessions with team leads. Own the training system: onboarding classes, ramp targets, and continuous retraining whenever the script or process changes. A-players only Own the hiring engine: sourcing pipelines, mock-call auditions, and hiring in classes so churn never leaves seats empty. Enforce a tight performance bar: short improvement plans, fast exits. The roster holds only proven performers at every stage of scale. Leadership and reporting Manage and develop the Director of Acquisitions (Adrian) and the team lead layer. Deliver a weekly operating report to the founder: activity, quality, pipeline, deals closed, and roster moves. Ideal Candidate Profile 2+ years leading outbound call center or BPO operations, including scaling a telecom or similar cold calling operation past 30 agents. Has personally built the systems, not just used them: QA programs, workforce management and schedule adherence, activity dashboards, and anti-time-theft controls. Click here to apply : ----------

TYPE OF WORK Full-time, remote, Philippines-based. Hours are set to US Eastern time — this is a hard requirement, not a preference, because the job is chasing US-based nurses who are reachable during US working hours. PAY $1,200 USD per month, flat. This is engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee. To be direct about what that means: there is no HMO, no 13th-month pay, and no referral bonus. None of those are part of this role, at any point. We're saying that plainly up front so nobody spends time applying under the wrong impression. REPORTS TO The HR Director. ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE ROLE Home Heart Florida is a pediatric home health company. Our nurses go into the homes of medically complex children — kids with feeding tubes, ventilators, tracheostomies — and take care of them there instead of in a hospital. That only works if we have enough nurses cleared and ready to work, which is where this role comes in. You own the entire stretch between "we offered this nurse the job" and "this nurse is cleared to see their first patient." Concretely, that means: Chasing offers that haven't been signed yet Collecting and checking every required credential: nursing license, CPR certification, TB test, background check — and catching it when something doesn't add up (a license that expired, a date on one form that contradicts another) Scheduling the clinical skills check-off with our nursing team Keeping every nurse's personnel file complete and ready for an audit at any time Running 30-day and 90-day check-ins with newly started nurses What this role is not: you are not evaluating anyone's clinical skill. A licensed nurse on our team does that. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks administratively before and after that happens. WHO FITS THIS ROLE Two things, both required: 1. You're a chaser. You will follow up with the same person for the fourth time this week and not think twice about it. Ghosting doesn't put you off — it makes you follow up again. 2. You're a detective. You notice when a date on page four of a document doesn't match page one. Small inconsistencies bother you until you've resolved them. Backgrounds that transfer well: HR, recruitment coordination, onboarding, staffing, or healthcare back-office work. It's a strong bonus — not a requirement — if you've recruited, onboarded, or credentialed nurses or caregivers for a US employer before. You do not need to know anything about US home health or Medicaid rules going in. We'll teach you everything specific to how we operate. HOW TO APPLY — READ CAREFULLY, THIS IS HOW WE SCREEN We only accept applications through our own job board — not through OnlineJobs.ph messaging. Applying the wrong way means we will never see your application, because it won't land in our system. 1. Apply here: ---------- 2. Include the word COMPASS somewhere in your application. 3. Attach your CV. 4. In your cover letter, answer this in under 200 words: You are responsible for 50 nurses who each owe you a different set of documents with different deadlines. How would you track them, and how would you know each morning who to chase first? 5. State the hours you can reliably work in US Eastern time. Applications that skip any of these steps will not be considered — this is intentional, since attention to detail is the actual job.
