Hey there! I'm looking for ONE HIGHLY TEACHABLE (Willing to Learn) Agentic Operations Engineer with excellent written English to run and scale our Paperclip agent fleet. We run a workforce of AI agents in Paperclip. They have roles, reporting lines, goals, budgets, and assigned tasks, exactly like the human side of the company. They read our systems, classify what comes in, route work to the right person, and make low-risk decisions on their own inside hard guardrails. You will hire agents into that fleet, give them goals, set and defend their budgets, watch what they cost per task, pause the ones that drift, and close out budget i ---------- when a scope hard-stops. This is agentic operations, not prompt engineering. The prompts are the easy part. The job is owning a fleet that acts without supervision and making sure it never quietly does damage. One fixed part-time shift. It can grow into a full-time role where you own the entire agent fleet if you prove to be a great fit. Watch this video to learn more about how our agency works and to also see my personality and style: ---------- /share/b301319feb524d55acb8eacb631cb7c1?sid=b843a7e2-95d ---------- a0-51b42598f74f ABOUT YOU: Great communicator in writing Won't be easily offended Extremely reliable Positive, no-excuse attitude! Will stop and ask when something is unclear instead of guessing Deeply suspicious of confident output that nobody checked KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Real production debugging, meaning you have diagnosed and fixed things that were broken in live systems using logs, traces, and configuration checks, not only local development issues Hands-on with agentic systems, meaning you have run something that took actions on its own rather than only answering questions, and you have dealt with what happens when it takes the wrong one Working directly with LLM APIs and MCP tool surfaces in production, including tool call failures, retries, and bad output handling Designing guardrails: allow lists, hard stops, spend caps, kill switches, and audit trails, so an autonomous system cannot act outside its scope Cost control over agent runs, tracking spend per task against a budget and knowing why a number moved Python, ideally FastAPI or a similar API framework n8n, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting workflows, schedules, and integrations Proficient in Linux Bash commands Docker, building and troubleshooting container images, tags, runtime configuration, and application startup failures Database troubleshooting and writing SQL against a warehouse to verify what a system actually did, rather than trusting what it reported Kubernetes basics, diagnosing pod failures, deployments, and configuration problems Comfortable with Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted tools, while independently reviewing, validating, and correcting what they produce GoHighLevel APIs, OAuth credentials, and integration troubleshooting is a strong plus Familiarity with Ubuntu, ProxMox, and Git-based deployment workflows ABOUT ME (Alex): I'm a CEO with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way I'm very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect I ALWAYS give bonuses for doing a good job (if I make money, you should be rewarded for that) I run the company remotely and am located in Indonesia ABOUT THE POSITION: You own the agent fleet end to end. Day to day that means hiring agents into Paperclip and defining their roles and reporting lines, writing the goals they work toward, assigning and tracking their tasks, setting budgets and watching observed spend against them, resolving budget i ---------- when a scope hard-stops, and pausing an agent or a whole company when something goes wrong. Around that you build the plumbing: scheduled agents in n8n that read our internal systems and act on what they find, wired to model APIs, with the audit trail that proves what each one did and why. The part of this job I care about most is judgment, and in agentic work it matters more than anywhere else in the company. An agent that is confidently wrong is worse than an agent that does nothing, because it moves fast, it looks correct, and it keeps going. I need someone whose instinct is to go and check what the system actually did rather than trust what the output says it did. When a task is unclear, when there is a risk nobody has named, or when you are missing context you need, I want you to stop, lay out the options and their tradeoffs, and ask for direction. I do not want a confident guess that quietly breaks something a week later. Engineers who ask the right question at the right ---------- nt are worth far more to me than engineers who never ask anything. Schedule, one seat, four hours per shift, five days a week: Morning seat, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Manila time Evening seat, 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila time Tell me which one you want. ABOUT THE COMPENSATION: We offer DAILY PAYMENTS on a task-by-task basis through WISE, ensuring timely and efficient compensation for your work. We pay bonuses for great work. We reward results. This job is about providing value. 13th-month bonus for candidates who qualify for a full-time position, which includes ongoing monitoring and improvement of our systems. HOW TO APPLY: Send an email with the subject line: Awesome DevOps Engineer Include your resume Tell me which shift you want, morning or evening Tell me about an agentic or automated system you built that ran without you watching it, and what it did wrong before you caught it. I want the specific way you found out it was wrong, not the fix. Then tell me: if you were running a fleet of agents with real budgets and real access, what is the first thing you would refuse to let them do on their own, and why? Congratulations! You made it to the end, so what are you waiting for? Please email me at: ----------

Social Media Content VA — Pinterest, Instagram & Facebook We're a long-running sympathy gift brand (24+ years, national press coverage) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media VA to manage our Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook presence. This is a content-repurposing role more than a content-creation-from-scratch role — we have three years of written material already sitting in our email platform, and we need someone who can mine it for ideas and turn it into a consistent daily posting rhythm across three platforms. Responsibilities Pinterest 1. Schedule 5 fresh pins per day, spaced throughout the day (not batch-posted) 2. Write Pinterest-optimized titles and descriptions using basic Pinterest SEO 3. Organize pins into the right boards and keep boards consistent and well-maintained Research relevant keywords and seasonal Pinterest trends for our niche Instagram & Facebook 1. Post once daily to each platform, adapted appropriately for the platform (not just copy-pasted between the two) 2. Write captions in our brand voice (see note below) Content research & strategy 1. Review three years of our past email content (provided via our Klaviyo account) and identify material worth repurposing into pins and posts 2. Propose and maintain a content calendar so posting stays consistent and organized, not reactive 3. Track which pins/posts perform best and provide simple, regular reporting (a spreadsheet is fine) A note on brand voice We write about grief and loss with honesty, not toxic positivity — our approach acknowledges what people are going through rather than trying to "fix" it with generic uplifting language. Comfort with, and sensitivity to, this kind of content matters more here than in a typical social media role. We'll share brand voice examples during onboarding, but if breezy, hype-driven marketing copy is your default style, this may not be the right fit. Requirements: --Experience managing Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook accounts for a brand or business --Understanding of Pinterest SEO and keyword research --Comfortable researching and repurposing existing written content, not just creating from a blank page --Excellent written English --Strong attention to detail and consistency --Ability to work independently and stick to a posting schedule without close supervision --Experience with a scheduling tool (Tailwind, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar) is a plus Trial Period: The first 3–4 weeks are a paid trial with an approval step: instead of posting live, you'll log each draft — pin, caption, or description — in a shared Google Sheet ("Content Review Tracker") for review before it publishes. This lets us catch anything off-brand-voice early, before it's public. We'll track hours with TimeProof and give direct feedback quickly rather than letting small issues become patterns. Once we're both comfortable with how things are going, we'll shift you to posting directly on the agreed schedule, with lighter, spot-check review going forward. Our goal is to have a long term, reliable VA who understands our business and treats it like their own. To Apply Visit our website and social accounts: Website: ---------- Pinterest: ---------- Instagram: ---------- Facebook : ---------- -Tell us specifically how you would improve our Pinterest presence — be concrete, not generic. -Share Pinterest and/or Instagram accounts you have personally managed, improved, or grown. Links required. -Tell us what Pinterest strategy you'd use to grow our account specifically, given what you saw on our site and boards. -Your favorite scheduling tool. Applications that don't reference our actual site or accounts (#2 and #5) will not be considered — generic answers tell us nothing about how you'd actually approach this account. Please begin your application with the words: "I reviewed the website" so we know you read the full job post. Applications that don't start with this phrase will not be considered.

A credit/personal finance page 2. A health & wellness page These are two distinct pages with their own identity, tone, and audience — not one combined page. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent content presence on both, individually. This is a full-cycle role: you’ll come up with content ideas, write scripts, source or generate voiceover, and edit finished videos ready to post on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — for each page separately. Canva Product Designer I’m looking for a highly experienced Canva designer to help me create a large number of designs for one product. This is not a role for someone who only knows the basics of Canva. I need someone who is very comfortable with Canva, has a strong eye for design, pays attention to small details, and can independently research and make good creative decisions. You should also know how to use Higgsfield and be comfortable using it as an additional tool to help create and improve designs. What you’ll be doing I will provide you with templates, examples, instructions, and explain the entire process, so you will have a clear system to follow. The work is focused on one product, but there is a lot of room to scale the number of designs we create for it. Your work will include: Creating high-quality designs in Canva using the templates I provide Creating many different designs and variations for the same product Using Higgsfield when helpful to create visual elements and support the design process Using Pinterest, Google, and ChatGPT specifically for design research and design decisions Researching visual styles, layouts, color combinations, typography, design trends, inspiration, and other relevant design elements Comparing different design approaches and d ---------- which direction will work best Finding new design ideas and directions that allow us to keep scaling the number of designs for the product Thinking carefully about what will make the designs visually appealing and professional Checking your own work and making sure every detail is correct before considering a design finished Improving designs based on feedback and learning our system as we work together All research you do will be focused on making better design decisions. You will use Pinterest, Google, and ChatGPT to find inspiration, explore different visual directions, compare ideas, and determine the best design approach. Higgsfield will also be part of the design process, so I’m looking for someone who understands how to use it effectively alongside Canva. A complete design can take around 10 hours when done properly, depending on the work involved. Quality is much more important to me than simply finishing as quickly as possible. Who I’m looking for You should have a lot of experience with Canva and be able to show examples of previous work. Experience using Higgsfield is also important. More importantly, I need someone who can think independently and take ownership of their work. I don’t want to explain every tiny design decision. I will teach you the system and show you exactly what we are creating, but I expect you to research, think, compare options, and put real effort into producing the best possible result. This is a very important role for me. I want someone who will treat this product as if it were their own product and their own business. That means caring about quality, doing proper design research, constantly looking for ways to improve the designs, noticing mistakes, and not taking shortcuts. If you are looking to do the minimum amount of work possible, rush through designs, or simply wait for instructions for every small detail, please don’t apply. I don’t want to waste your time or mine. There is the potential to create a large volume of designs for this one product, so I need someone who can maintain a high standard of quality while continuing to come up with strong design directions and variations. Payment We will discuss and agree on compensation together based on your experience, skills, working arrangement, and the quality of your work. How to apply Please send: 1. A short introduction about yourself 2. Your experience with Canva 3. Your experience using Higgsfield 4. Examples/portfolio of designs you have created 5. How comfortable you are using Pinterest, Google, and ChatGPT for design research 6. Your general availability 7. Why you think you would be a good fit for this role Please start your application with the word “CANVA” so I know you read the entire job post. I’m looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, creative, and serious about doing excellent work. If that sounds like you, I’d like to hear from you.

Company: TDM Media LLC Initial Project: Roof Response Network Platform: DirectoryOS Work Arrangement: Remote Initial Compensation: $8–$15 USD/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated technical ability Initial Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with opportunity to increase Long-Term Opportunity: Salaried (eventually) / Full-Time Position About the Opportunity TDM Media LLC is building a portfolio of niche, data-driven directory websites designed to help consumers find and connect with local service providers. Our first project is Roof Response Network, a nationwide roofing contractor directory. However, we are not looking for someone simply to build one WordPress website. We are developing a reusable platform called DirectoryOS that will eventually power multiple directory businesses across different industries. We are looking for a WordPress developer who would like to grow with us long term. The position will begin on an hourly basis, including a paid test project. As the platform launches, revenue grows, and we establish a successful working relationship, our goal is to transition the right person into a stable salaried/full-time position. For us, quality matters more than simply finding the lowest hourly rate. We are looking for someone who can build things correctly, work efficiently, communicate well, and become a trusted long-term member of our team. What You'll Be Building Our initial project will use WordPress and Directorist to create a scalable directory platform. You will help us build and configure: WordPress Directorist Bricks Builder Structured contractor listings Custom listing fields Categories and taxonomies City/state/location structures Search and filtering Contractor profile pages Directory search-results pages Maps and location functionality CSV/data imports SEO-friendly directory architecture Lead-capture forms Mobile-responsive layouts Performance and security configuration We will also be working with structured business data collected and enriched through tools such as Apify, APIs, and other data sources. You do not need to be an Apify expert, but you should be comfortable working with structured data, CSV files, custom fields, imports, APIs, and WordPress databases. The Type of Developer We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands WordPress as a development platform—not simply someone who installs themes and page builders. You should be comfortable thinking through a workflow such as: Data Source → Structured Data → WordPress Fields → Directory Listings → Search/Filters → User Experience Strong candidates will have experience with several of the following: WordPress development Directorist or similar directory plugins Bricks Builder Custom post types and custom fields WordPress taxonomies WP All Import or similar import tools Large CSV imports APIs and JSON PHP JavaScript HTML/CSS Git/GitHub WordPress performance optimization Technical SEO/schema Cloudflare Cloudways or similar managed WordPress hosting Experience with Apify, web scraping, automation, or large directory websites is a major plus. You do not need to already know every tool in our technology stack. Strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and demonstrated ability to build reliable systems are more important to us than checking every box. Our Development Philosophy We want to build a platform that is maintainable and reusable. Our general approach is: Configure before customizing. Customize before custom coding. We don't want unnecessary custom code when WordPress or an established plugin already provides a reliable solution. At the same time, you should be capable of writing clean custom code when it is genuinely necessary. Everything we build should be designed with future directories in mind. We care about building things correctly the first time rather than choosing shortcuts that create technical problems later. First Project Your first project will be a paid assignment involving part of the DirectoryOS / Roof Response Network platform. Candidates who successfully complete the paid assignment may be selected to continue with the full project. The first development sprint will focus on establishing the WordPress environment, configuring the core directory platform, creating the initial listing structure, and producing a working prototype using sample contractor data. Detailed specifications and relevant training resources will be provided to the selected developer. Training & Documentation We have invested in specialized training covering the directory-building methods and tools we intend to use. The selected developer will receive access to the relevant portions of this training along with our own DirectoryOS documentation. You will not be expected to figure out the entire project from scratch. We have documented the product vision, technology stack, architecture, development backlog, and initial sprint. We want our developer spending time building, not guessing what we want. Communication & Working Hours TDM Media LLC is based in the United States and operates on U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Most development work can be completed asynchronously, and we do not expect you to work an entire U.S. overnight schedule. However, regular communication and some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time will be important. The company owner currently works another business role from approximately 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, so we would prefer a developer who can provide some availability after those hours. Ideally, you should be able to provide: -1–2 hours of overlap between approximately 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time on agreed weekdays when needed -Reasonable weekend availability for occasional project meetings, demonstrations, planning sessions, or troubleshooting -Regular written progress updates that can be reviewed asynchronously -Timely responses to questions or issues that could block development You will not necessarily be expected to attend a meeting every day. We want development time spent building rather than sitting in unnecessary meetings. Our goal is to establish a predictable communication schedule that works well for both sides. You should be comfortable: -Providing regular progress updates -Asking questions when requirements are unclear -Explaining technical decisions in plain English -Documenting important configuration and custom development -Demonstrating completed work -Receiving feedback and making revisions -Working from written requirements and acceptance criteria -Proactively identifying blockers rather than waiting until a deadline We value reliability and transparency more than pretending to know everything. If you encounter a problem, tell us. We would rather solve it together early than discover it weeks later. Long-Term Potential This is not intended to be a one-time website project. Our goal is to build multiple directory businesses using the DirectoryOS platform. As those businesses grow, there should be ongoing work involving: -New directory launches -New features -Data integrations -SEO/AEO improvements -Automation -Performance improvements -Maintenance -Testing -Platform improvements We would love to find someone who eventually knows DirectoryOS extremely well and becomes a key long-term member of TDM Media LLC. The position will initially be hourly at approximately 15–25 hours per week while we complete the first project and establish a successful working relationship. Hours can increase as development needs grow. As the company generates revenue and the relationship proves successful, our intention is to transition the right person into a stable salaried/full-time role with TDM Media LLC. We are looking for someone interested in the opportunity to grow with the company rather than simply complete a single website project. Confidentiality & Ownership Because you will be working with proprietary business processes, software configurations, data structures, development methods, and other intellectual property, the selected developer will be required to sign a Confidentiality/Nondisclosure and Intellectual Property Agreement before receiving access to proprietary materials and production systems. All work product created for TDM Media LLC as part of the engagement will be owned by TDM Media LLC according to the terms of that agreement. How to Apply Please answer all of the following questions in your application. 1. How many years have you worked with WordPress? 2. Have you built a directory, marketplace, classified, real-estate, job-board, or other database-driven WordPress website? Please provide examples and explain specifically what you built. 3. Have you used Directorist? If yes, describe your experience. If not, which similar directory plugins have you used? 4. Have you worked with Bricks Builder? If yes, describe your experience. 5. Tell us about the largest CSV or dataset you have imported into WordPress. What tools did you use, and how did you handle duplicates or errors? 6. What experience do you have working with APIs, JSON, custom fields, custom post types, or WordPress taxonomies? 7. Have you used Apify or other web-scraping/data-collection tools? If yes, please explain. 8. How comfortable are you with Git and GitHub? 9. When would you choose custom PHP/JavaScript instead of using an existing WordPress plugin? 10. If you were given 50,000 business records containing business name, address, phone number, website, categories, latitude/longitude, and service areas, briefly explain how you would approach importing those records into a WordPress directory. 11. What city/country and time zone are you currently located in? 12. What are your normal working hours in your local time? 13. Are you able to provide 1–2 hours of working/meeting overlap between approximately 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time on agreed weekdays wh
