About us
Cactus Pro Pool Solutions designs and sells custom swimming pools in Arizona, USA. Licensed Arizona pool contractors build them. You'll be the person who keeps homeowners and contractors moving, from first contact to signed pool.

What you'll do

Call homeowners who request a pool estimate: confirm details, answer basic questions and make sure their visit is booked
Follow up with clients before and after visits and proposals
Coordinate contractors daily: assign visits, confirm schedules and keep jobs on track
Make daily calls to clients and contractors to make sure everything is on schedule
Recruit new contractors: find and contact Arizona pool contractors, check their license on the Arizona ROC website, and help get them onboarded
Keep our CRM and GoHighLevel up to date (training provided)

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English. You'll be on the phone with US homeowners all day, so you must be clear, warm and professional.
Confident on the phone, organized and proactive
Experience in customer service, appointment setting, sales support or construction/home services (a plus)
Comfortable learning CRM software (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and a good headset

Schedule

8 hours a day, 7 days a week, during Arizona business hours (Arizona time, MST, UTC-7)
For applicants in the Philippines this is a night shift

Pay

Base: $4/hour
Commission: 0.5% of the contract price of every pool sold
Example: an $80,000 pool = $400 commission
Commission is capped at $6,500 per month
