We're a fast-growing Australian Maths tutoring company, and we're hiring ONE standout Appointment Setter to join our team long-term. It starts part-time, with a plan to go full-time as we grow. THE ROLE
You'll be the first voice parents hear when they enquire about tutoring for their kids. These are warm leads: parents who filled in a form and asked us to call. No cold calling. Your mission: call fast, have a warm, genuine conversation about how their child is going, book them into a complimentary Maths Strategy Session with one of our education consultants, and make sure they show up.

YOUR SHIFT (Philippine time, ~26 hours/week)
Monday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (yes, an early start)
Sunday: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday to Friday OFF (for now)
These hours match peak enquiry times in Australia and follow Sydney time. When Australia's clocks change in April, your PH hours move one hour later.

PART-TIME NOW, FULL-TIME AS WE GROW
We plan to make this role full-time as we grow. Full-time adds Wednesday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM PHT (~35 hours/week) at PHP34,500/month base. There's no fixed date, so please only apply if you're free for those hours too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Call every new lead within 10 minutes of it arriving on your shift (plus SMS and email )
Have a real conversation: who the help is for, year level, what's been happening in maths
Book consultations into our calendar using HubSpot and Aircall and confirm both parents can attend
Send reminders and confirm attendance so booked calls actually show up
Follow up unresponsive leads over several days; reschedule no-shows quickly
Keep the CRM tidy and send a short end-of-shift report

WHAT WE PAY
PHP27,000/month base (part-time)
Uncapped performance bonus: PHP120 for every booked consult that shows up
PHP34,500/month base when the role moves to full-time
13th month pay + paid training period
Paid twice a month via Wise

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent spoken & written English: clear, warm, and calm on the phone
Experience in inbound sales / appointment setting / call center / customer service (inbound setting is a big plus)
Can guide a conversation to a booking without being pushy
Organised, self-disciplined, and genuinely coachable
Quiet work space, reliable internet (with a backup), and a good headset
Can commit to EVERY shift above, including Saturday 6:00 AM, for the long term
