Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok / Instagram / LinkedIn – Founder Content)

I am a founder getting into content. I have a VA editor that i LOVE but she is busy for the next month so I need a 2nd hand.

I am looking to export 2-3 videos a week, with a turn around time of 24hrs from the time I give you the files -- these are all shorts for $5 each. I usually just ask for 1 edit, but it could be 2 if you are way off. I am Premiere video editor myself so I can speak the language - but just do not have time to edit.

I shoot on iphone vertical - usually a vlog style - and try to provide b-roll however, often you will need to create/find clips to tell the story and definitely use fonts, zooms, pans to make engaging shorts.

Process:
You will receive raw video files via WeTransfer.

Your job is to edit them into short, engaging videos (30–60 seconds).

Each video should include:

• clean audio cuts, color correction if needed
• subtitles / text overlays
• hook in first 1–2 seconds
• simple zooms or motion
• engaging storytelling flow
• music if no audio in the video (b-roll reel with texts)

Responsibilities

Edit 1–2 videos per day (depending on workload)

Add captions and text overlays
Cut out pauses and filler words
Highlight keywords or numbering if I am vloging a list of faves
Deliver ready-to-post vertical videos (9:16 format)

Pay
$5 per video (not negotiable)
