3D Rendering Specialist – Pool Construction & Remodel Designs (Dallas-Based U.S. Company)

We're a growing pool construction and remodeling company based in the Dallas, Texas area, and we're looking for a skilled 3D Rendering Specialist to join our team long-term. You'll be the visual storyteller who turns our clients' backyard dreams and remodel ideas into photorealistic renderings that help close deals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create high-quality 3D renderings of custom pools, spas, water features, and outdoor living spaces
• Produce remodel renderings (kitchens, bathrooms, exterior, full property remodels)
• Work from photos, measurements, sketches, and client notes we provide
• Make revisions quickly based on client feedback
• Communicate clearly about design progress and timelines
• Deliver clean, professional files ready to present to clients

Required Skills

• Proven experience with 3D rendering software – Pool Studio, Vip3D, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or Chief Architect
• Strong portfolio showing pool/outdoor or residential remodel work (please send samples)
• Ability to produce photorealistic lighting, textures, and landscaping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable internet and ability to overlap with Central Time (Dallas) hours

Bonus Points

• Experience specifically with Pool Studio or Vip3D
• Background in landscape architecture or residential design
• Ability to produce walkthrough animations or VR-ready files
• Familiarity with U.S. residential construction standards

• Starts as part-time / per-project (gig basis) with strong potential to grow into a full-time role
