3D Pool Rendering Designer

Cactus Pro Pool Solutions designs and sells custom swimming pools in Arizona. Licensed Arizona pool contractors build them. We need a 3D designer to turn each project's specs into photorealistic renderings that homeowners use to d ---------- on their pool.

What you'll do
For each project you'll receive:

the pool specs: shape, length, width, depths, steps, benches, spa, tanning ledge and water features;
the decking, coping and finish selections;
the house orientation and a site plan;
photos of the customer's actual backyard from several angles.

From that you create a set of 6 renders, typically:

Aerial / top-down view, drawn to scale
Eye-level view from the main back door or patio
View from the far corner of the yard
Close-up of the main feature (spa, waterfall, tanning ledge)
Dusk / night view with lighting
One additional angle requested for the project

Accuracy is the #1 requirement
These renders go into a customer's proposal and help them d ---------- on a $60,000+ project. The pool must match the specs exactly: dimensions, shape, depths, placement, distances from the house and fence, and orientation to the house. A beautiful render with the wrong dimensions is not usable. You must:

build to scale from the measurements provided;
place the pool in the real backyard using the customer's photos;
double-check every dimension before delivering;
flag anything unclear or contradictory in the specs before you render, never guess.

Requirements

Proven experience with pool or landscape 3D renders (please share your portfolio)
Skilled in tools such as Pool Studio / Structure Studios, SketchUp + Lumion/V-Ray, Twinmotion, Blender or similar
Able to work from dimensioned specs and site photos
24-hour turnaround per set once you have the files
Strong written English for questions and notes
Reliable, detail-obsessed and responsive

Pay

$25 per completed set of 6 renders
Ongoing work as projects come in
A set counts as complete when it matches the specs. Corrections for spec errors are included.
