Social Media Strategy & Growth Audit We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Strategist to come in on a project basis and audit our existing organic social media system. We already have an established content process. We are not looking for someone to simply create posts or build us another content calendar. The purpose of this project is to identify: What we are already doing well What we are missing What can be improved What opportunities we are not using What current platform features, strategies or systems we should know about What we should test next What We Already Do We currently: Have a structured content guide/planner with the purpose and direction of each piece of content Track and analyse best- and worst-performing content Rewrap successful content rather than constantly creating completely new ideas Revisit underperforming content to identify holes and test improved versions Analyse hooks, retention, watch time, reach, engagement, saves, shares, followers and other performance signals Review content by day and posting time Currently see stronger performance commonly around 4pm–7pm, while recognising that posting within this window does not automatically make content perform Use different content objectives and categories Use organic content alongside warm-ups/community engagement Research market language and audience problems Use content to support lead generation rather than chasing views alone Adapt and improve content based on analytics Have systems for scripting, captions, CTAs and content production What We Want You to Audit 1. Overall Social Media Strategy Review our complete organic social media system and identify anything important that is missing, unnecessary or could be improved. We want to know: Are we using each platform correctly? Are there opportunities or platform features we are not using? Is our current strategy aligned with how platforms currently distribute content? What would you change if you were managing this account? 2. Audience & Distribution Audit who our content is actually reaching. We want to understand: Are we reaching the right audience geographically? Are we reaching Melbourne / local prospects strongly enough? Why does some content get distributed internationally? What signals can help platforms understand who our intended audience is? Are there account, content or behavioural signals influencing the wrong audience? How can we improve the quality of reach, not just total reach? 3. Social SEO & Search Discovery Audit how discoverable our content and profiles are through search. Review: Profile/name/bio optimisation Keywords Captions On-screen text Spoken keywords/video content Titles/headlines Locations/geotags Search intent Platform-specific SEO Whether hashtags have any useful role for us How Instagram, Facebook and ---------- search should influence our content Give us a clear social-search system we can continue using. 4. Content Packaging Audit whether strong ideas are being packaged in the strongest possible way. Review: Hooks First frames Reel covers/thumbnails Titles Video length Pacing Editing Caption relationship to the content CTA placement Format choice Carousels vs Reels vs static content Talking-head vs demonstration vs client content Whether content is being structured appropriately for each platform 5. Content Rewrapping System Review our current process of reusing and improving existing ideas. We want to know: Are we rewrapping correctly? How many variations should we test before retiring an idea? What should actually change between versions? When should we change the hook versus the body versus the format? How do we distinguish a bad topic from bad execution? How do we avoid content becoming repetitive? Are there originality/distribution issues we need to consider? 6. Analytics & Testing Audit how we currently analyse content. Identify: Important metrics we are not tracking Metrics we are giving too much weight to Better ways to compare content fairly How to separate topic performance from posting-time performance How to test days and posting times properly How to test hooks, formats, length, thumbnails and CTAs What benchmarks we should establish internally How many posts or tests are required before making a decision We want a simple testing methodology our team can keep using. 7. Content-to-Lead Tracking We do not only want views. Audit how effectively social media contributes to: Profile visits DMs Comments/conversations Email leads Clarity Call enquiries Workshop enquiries Website visits Bookings Customers Show us how to better identify which content actually contributes to leads and customers. 8. Community & Engagement Strategy Review how we use: Comments DMs Replies Stories Community interaction Local groups/warm-ups Audience questions Client conversations Identify opportunities to turn engagement into meaningful conversations and leads without making the account feel overly promotional. 9. Competitor & Market Audit Review relevant: Melbourne businesses Movement/mobility/wellness creators Local service businesses High-performing accounts in adjacent industries We want to know: What they are doing that we aren't Formats they are using Topics they are winning with How they create local relevance What we should test without simply copying competitors 10. Profile & Conversion Audit Review the journey from someone discovering a piece of content to taking the next action. Audit: Content → Profile → Bio → CTA → Link → DM / Website / Booking Identify friction, missing information or opportunities to improve conversion. 11. Platform Features & Current Best Practices Teach us anything current that our team may not know. This should include relevant new or underused: Instagram features Facebook features TikTok features Analytics tools Testing tools Search tools Creator/business tools Recommendation/distribution features Collaboration opportunities Local discovery opportunities We specifically want someone who stays current with platform changes rather than repeating generic social-media advice. 12. Final Recommendations At the end of the audit, provide: Keep Doing What is already working and should remain unchanged. Improve What we are doing correctly but could execute better. Stop Anything unnecessary or hurting performance. Start Important things we are currently not doing. Test Specific experiments to run over the next 30–90 days. Teach Anything our team needs to understand or learn so we can execute it ourselves after the project finishes. Final Deliverable We want a concise audit that tells us: Where we are now What we are doing well What we are missing What needs improving What we should test What new opportunities exist What our team should learn What you would do next if this were your account We do not need generic advice. The goal is to bring in an experienced outside perspective, improve our existing system, teach us anything we are missing, and then give our internal team a clearer system to continue executing.

Help us build one of the leading kids health brands in Europe. Remote · Full-Time · Strong Base + UNCAPPED Performance Bonuses We're not looking for someone who just wants another e-commerce job. We're looking for one person who wants to become world-class at DTC e-commerce and wants their income to grow with their performance. Wunderwell is a fast-growing German DTC brand building health products specifically for children. But we're not here to build another supplement company. Our goal is to build the brand parents think of when it comes to supporting their children through the different stages and moments of growing up. And the way we sell our products, our funnels, PDPs, offers and customer journeys, is going to be one of the biggest reasons we get there. That's where you come in. THIS IS NOT A NORMAL DEVELOPER ROLE. We don't need someone who can just build a nice-looking Shopify page. We don't need someone waiting for a Figma file and a list of tickets. And we definitely don't need someone who thinks their job is finished when the page goes live. We need someone who understands why people buy. You should care about: Offers. Angles. Awareness stages. Customer psychology. Conversion rates. Funnels. PDPs. Direct response. Speed. AI. And ultimately: SALES. The funnels you build won't disappear into some client folder. They go live. We send real paid traffic to them. We see exactly what happens. If they lose, we learn. If they win, WE SCALE THEM. And when your funnels win, YOU WIN FINANCIALLY TOO. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO You'll work closely with our founders to build and continuously improve the e-commerce engine behind Wunderwell. At the beginning, a big part of your job will be execution: Building funnels. Building PDPs. Shipping fast. But we don't want someone who blindly copies pages. We want you to understand the marketing idea behind what you're building. Why does this funnel exist? Which customer are we sending there? What do they already know? What do they need to believe before they buy? What's the angle? What's the offer? Why should this page convert? That includes: Building high-converting Shopify PDPs and funnels Rebuilding winning funnels for new products and angles Creating landing pages, advertorials, listicles and other DTC funnel formats Understanding different awareness stages and building the right journey for each Translating marketing concepts into live pages, fast Studying our winners and understanding why they worked Iterating funnels based on real performance data Improving offers, structure, messaging and conversion Looking at what the best DTC brands in the world are doing and bringing those learnings into Wunderwell Constantly finding ways to build better and faster And there's one thing that's absolutely fundamental to this role: AI-FIRST. We believe the way e-commerce gets built has fundamentally changed. We're not interested in someone building the same way they did two years ago. We use AI for everything we can. Claude Code. Codex. ChatGPT. And whatever comes next. You should use AI to research faster, build faster, debug faster, iterate faster and ship things that previously would have taken days. You do NOT need to be a traditional developer. Knowing how to code is a plus. But being able to use AI to turn an idea into a working, high-converting experience is much more important to us. If something used to take three days and you can now ship it in three hours: THAT'S THE POINT. RAISE THE BAR. EVERY DAY. That's not just something we put on a wall. It's how we want to build this company. We want people who are OBSESSED with getting better. You should be the type of person who sees an incredible funnel and immediately wonders: "Why does this work?" Someone who studies winning brands. Saves great funnels. Tests new AI tools before being asked. Questions an offer if you think it could be stronger. Finds a better way to build something. Ships fast. Looks at the numbers. Learns. And comes back better the next time. We don't want someone waiting all day for their next task. If you see an opportunity, say it. If you think our funnel sucks, tell us. If you discover an AI workflow that makes us 5x faster, show us. If you have an idea that could make us more money: BUILD IT. YOU START BY BUILDING FUNNELS. But building funnels doesn't have to be your ceiling. This is important: We're not hiring you because we want someone building PDPs for us forever. We're hiring for the person you can become. You might start by taking our winning concepts and turning them into better funnels. Then you'll start developing your own hypotheses. Your own structures. Your own offers. Your own tests. You'll learn more about customer research, direct response, copywriting, CRO, paid acquisition, offer creation and performance analysis. And as you prove yourself, we'll keep giving you more ownership. THE PATH DTC Funnel Builder → E-Commerce Growth Manager → Head of E-Commerce How quickly you move through that path is largely up to you. Eventually, you could be the person who owns the entire e-commerce engine behind Wunderwell: Funnels. PDPs. Conversion. Offers. Testing. Shopify. Customer journeys. And ultimately: GROWTH. We don't want you pushing Shopify buttons for us for the next three years. We want you to become someone who can look at a market, understand the customer, develop the offer, build the funnel, launch the test, read the numbers and d ---------- what happens next. Someone who doesn't just build funnels. Someone who knows how to grow a DTC brand. And if you're good enough, there is no reason this can't become one of the most important roles at Wunderwell. AND WE REWARD PERFORMANCE. There will be a competitive monthly base salary depending on your skill and experience. But that's only the starting point. On top of your base, you'll earn: UNCAPPED PERFORMANCE BONUSES. We want incentives aligned. You build a funnel. We send traffic. It beats the control. We scale it. YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE UPSIDE. The better you become ↓ the better your funnels perform ↓ the more we scale ↓ the more responsibility you earn ↓ THE MORE MONEY YOU CAN MAKE. There is no artificial ceiling. If you become exceptional at this and consistently build winning funnels, FIVE-FIGURE MONTHS ARE POSSIBLE. Not because we hand out participation trophies. Because your work created measurable value. If you help Wunderwell make significantly more money, we want you to make significantly more money too. We would rather overpay one absolute A-player than underpay three average people. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You probably fit if: You've already built DTC / e-commerce funnels or PDPs You understand that a page's job is to sell, not win a design award You understand offers, customer psychology and direct response You think beyond individual pages and understand the entire customer journey You're Shopify-native You're extremely comfortable working with AI You already use tools like Claude Code, Codex or similar workflows, or learn new tools insanely fast You can turn an idea into something live without needing five people involved You're fast without becoming sloppy You care about performance after something goes live You study great DTC brands because you genuinely enjoy this stuff You take ownership instead of waiting to be managed You take direct feedback without ego You genuinely want to become exceptional at what you do Traditional development skills are a plus. Hunger, marketing brain, speed and ability matter more. DO NOT APPLY IF: You just want to build whatever is in the brief and move on. You need pixel-perfect Figma files before you can start. You think your responsibility ends when the page goes live. You care more about beautiful design than conversion. You've never thought about awareness stages, offers or customer psychology. You need someone to constantly tell you what to do. You take three days to build something AI could help you ship in three hours. You aren't interested in AI. You aren't interested in the numbers behind your work. You disappear when things get busy. You take direct feedback personally. Or you're looking to do the minimum required. There are easier jobs. This isn't one of them. WHY WUNDERWELL? Because you're joining early enough that your work can actually matter. We're ambitious. We're building quickly. We're constantly testing. And our standard is simple: RAISE THE BAR. EVERY DAY. You'll work directly with the people making the decisions. You'll see exactly what happens to the funnels you build. You'll learn from real traffic, real customers and real performance data. You'll get access to the AI tools you need. You'll be encouraged to experiment. You'll have room to take ownership far beyond building pages. And if you become one of the people who helps us turn Wunderwell into a major European brand, we want you to grow with it. We're not looking for someone to fill an e-commerce seat. We're looking for someone who wants to earn their seat at the table. HOW TO APPLY We're intentionally making the hiring process difficult. Application → Short Interview → Paid Test → Final Call We care much more about what you can actually do and how you think than what your CV says. One important thing: Start your application with the words: I'M ALL IN FOR WUNDERWELL Applications without it will NOT be considered. When applying, send us: 1. YOUR 3 BEST FUNNELS / PDPS Not the prettiest ones. Show us the three funnels or PDPs you've built that you believe performed best. For each one, briefly explain: WHY did it convert? We care more about your thinking than the tool you used to build it. 2. SHOW US ONE OFFER THAT MOVED PERFORMANCE Show us one offer you personally helped create or improve that measurably improved perfo
