File Compliance Auditor - Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management

Our real estate brokerage uses paperless pipeline for file compliance and also we are trying to build our own too with AI.

Our main file reviewer is going on maternity leave, so the timing is right for us to get someone to help with our brokerages file compliance while also helping to train our AI file compliance tool. RIght now I am advertising this as a short term gig of a couple months, but if we can get the AI tool working we will need help on an ongoing basis.
