We are an Australian fitness company preparing to launch a new premium gym and wellness concept in Sydney. We are looking for a senior Performance Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to take ownership of our paid customer acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is not a VA role, social media posting role or junior media-buyer position. We are looking for someone who understands the entire paid acquisition process: Strategy β campaign β creative testing β landing page β lead β CRM β paying member β CAC You will work directly with the business owners. We already have professional Australian partners handling our branding, website, high-end photography/video production and ongoing social/content creation. You will not be expected to create all of the content yourself. Your job is to determine how we use paid media to acquire members efficiently, identify what is and isn't working, and tell our creative team what additional ads/assets should be produced based on performance. Your responsibilities You will own our Google Ads and Meta Ads performance. Google Ads You should be highly experienced with: Google Search campaigns Keyword research and search-intent analysis Competitor research Negative keyword management Match-type strategy Campaign/ad-group structure Ad copy and testing Bidding strategy Budget allocation Conversion tracking Remarketing Local customer acquisition Google Business Profile/local considerations Ongoing search-term analysis and optimisation We do not want someone who simply creates campaigns and checks them once per week. We expect active optimisation and strategic recommendations. Meta Ads You should be highly experienced with: Facebook and Instagram advertising Lead-generation and conversion campaigns Prospecting Retargeting Audience testing Creative testing Hooks, angles and messaging Lead forms vs landing pages Campaign structure Budget optimisation Pixel + Conversions API Creative performance analysis You should be able to look at campaign data and tell our content team: βWe need three more variations of this concept.β or: βThis message is converting significantly better. Let's produce more content around this angle.β You don't need to personally film or professionally design the content. Strategy We are specifically looking for someone who can think beyond Ads Manager. We want your input on: Customer/audience segmentation Competitor advertising Membership acquisition offers Pre-opening campaigns Foundation-member campaigns Launch campaigns Lead-generation funnels Landing pages Retargeting strategy Channel budget allocation Creative testing strategy Conversion-rate optimisation Lead quality Cost per lead Cost per appointment/tour Cost per paying member Customer acquisition cost (CAC) If you only report impressions, clicks, CTR and CPL, this position is probably not suitable. Our primary goal is profitable paying members, not cheap leads. Tracking & attribution Strong experience with the following is highly desirable: Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Google Ads conversion tracking Enhanced Conversions Meta Pixel Meta Conversions API CRM conversion tracking Offline conversion tracking Looker Studio/reporting Our membership-management platform is GymMaster. We want to build attribution as far through the funnel as reasonably possible so we can understand: Ad β Lead β Tour/Trial β Paid Membership Experience connecting advertising platforms with CRMs or membership-management systems is highly desirable. You do not necessarily need previous GymMaster experience if you have strong experience implementing similar CRM/offline conversion tracking. Experience we're looking for Ideally you have: 5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience Strong Google Ads experience Strong Meta Ads experience Experience with Australian businesses/consumers Local lead-generation experience Experience managing campaigns yourself, not only supervising junior staff Experience with GA4/GTM/tracking Experience analysing landing pages/funnels Excellent written and spoken English Strong analytical skills Experience working for an Australian digital/performance marketing agency would be particularly valuable. Experience with any of the following industries is also highly desirable: Gyms, fitness studios, Pilates, wellness, health clubs, allied health, membership businesses or multi-location businesses. Former Google/Meta agency or platform experience is also welcome, but demonstrable results matter more to us than job titles. Our initial advertising budget Initial paid media budget will likely be approximately: A$3,000βA$5000+ per month across Google and Meta. This can increase substantially if we establish a profitable and scalable member acquisition model. We are not looking to artificially restrict advertising spend. If campaigns demonstrate an acceptable cost per acquired member, we are prepared to scale. This will initially be for one Sydney location, with the possibility of additional locations in the future. Working arrangement We are open to either: Part-time ongoing employment or a fixed monthly retainer for the right senior candidate. We are not looking for a full-service agency. We want a skilled individual who can work directly with us and become our long-term paid acquisition specialist. You will have access to the required advertising and analytics accounts through appropriate user permissions. Our company will retain ownership of all accounts, data and advertising assets. How to apply Please do NOT send a generic ChatGPT-generated cover letter. Start your application with the words: SYDNEY FITNESS so we know you have read the entire job description. Then answer the following: 1. How many years have you personally managed Google Ads? 2. How many years have you personally managed Meta Ads? 3. Have you managed campaigns targeting Australian customers? Give examples. 4. Have you worked for an Australian marketing agency? If yes, which type of clients did you manage? 5. Have you managed advertising for a gym, fitness studio, Pilates studio, wellness business or membership business? Please explain. 6. What is the approximate largest monthly advertising budget you have personally managed? 7. Give us one example of a lead-generation campaign where you can provide actual results. Include spend, leads/conversions and CPA/CAC where possible. 8. Explain your experience with GA4, GTM, Google conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and CAPI. 9. Have you implemented offline/CRM conversion tracking so Google or Meta can optimise toward actual customers rather than just leads? 10. Imagine we are opening a premium gym in Sydney in approximately 8 weeks. We have a professional website, high-quality photo/video assets and a A$6,000/month paid-media budget. In a few paragraphs, explain how you would approach the launch across Google and Meta. Please also provide: Your OnlineJobs.ph profile CV/resume Relevant case studies Your expected monthly compensation/retainer Hours available per week Current number of clients/employers Earliest available start date We are looking for someone interested in a long-term relationship, not simply someone to set up campaigns. If you're excellent at performance marketing but don't personally create videos or graphic design, that's completely fine. We already have professional creative resources. What we need from you is the ability to determine: Who should we target? What should we advertise? Where should we spend? Which creative is working? Why is it working? What should we test next? Which channel produces actual paying members? How can we reduce member acquisition cost and scale? If that's how you think about performance marketing, we'd like to hear from you.

Appointment Setter / Phone Caller (US Home Remodeling): Base + Commission, Path to Full Time We're a US marketing agency that runs Facebook and Google ads for home remodeling companies (kitchens, bathrooms, full renovations). Our ads bring in homeowners who want a quote. Your job is to call them fast, qualify them, and book them for an in-home estimate with our client. This is a phone job. You will be talking to American homeowners all day, so your accent and how you sound are the #1 thing we hire for. Our operations manager handles all the backend work (building systems, client accounts, software). She will train you and manage you day to day. Your only job is the phone. What You'll Be Doing Calling new homeowner leads within minutes of when they come in (they just filled out a form asking for a quote) Asking a short list of qualifying questions: what project, budget, timeline, are they the homeowner Booking qualified homeowners onto our client's calendar for an in-home estimate Making a short recorded confirmation call so the homeowner says "yes, I'll be there" Following our script word for word, including the call-recording disclosure at the start of every call Logging every call and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel). If it isn't logged, it didn't happen. Following up with no-answers based on our follow-up schedule Following US calling-hour rules on every single call (see below) You'll be working from our exact script and real example calls. We'll share recordings so you can hear: The tone we want (friendly, confident, never pushy) How fast a call should move What a "qualified" homeowner sounds like and what a bad fit sounds like Calling Hours (Very Important) We have clients all over the US, from the East Coast to the West Coast, so our homeowners live in different time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, and Arizona, which doesn't change its clocks). You have to check every homeowner's time zone before you dial, and be ready for your schedule to shift as we add clients in new parts of the country. US law limits when businesses can call people. Our rule is stricter than the law so we never get in trouble: Only call between 9am and 8pm in the HOMEOWNER'S local time. Not your time, not Eastern time. A homeowner in Arizona or California is 2β3 hours behind New York. If a lead comes in after 8pm their time, do not call. Call them first thing the next day, as close to 9am their time as you can. Sundays: only call between 12pm and 8pm their time. The best time to reach most homeowners is 5pmβ8pm their time, right after work. Expect to make a lot of calls in that window. Breaking this rule even once is grounds for being let go. No exceptions. Requirements Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that is easy for Americans to understand. This is non-negotiable. Phone experience: appointment setting, call center, customer service, or sales calls Available during US afternoon and evening hours, roughly 2pmβ11pm US Eastern (2amβ11am Philippine time). Homeowners work 9-to-5, so the best time to reach them is after 5β6pm in their own time zone. As we add West Coast clients, the shift will run later (8pm Pacific = 11pm Eastern), so you need to be flexible with your hours. Quiet place to work, a good headset, and stable internet with a backup (mobile data or a second connection) Follows a script exactly and takes feedback without getting defensive Honest. We review recorded calls every week. If you fake a booking or pressure someone into one, you're done. Bonus (not required, but a big plus): Experience calling US homeowners (home services, solar, roofing, HVAC, real estate, insurance) Experience with GoHighLevel or any CRM dialer Have done "speed to lead" calling on inbound leads before Compensation & Growth Base salary: $300/month, paid weekly (about $69 every Friday) Commission: $10 for every confirmed appointment, paid monthly. That means the homeowner is booked on the calendar and said yes on our recorded confirmation call. Uncapped. Paid trial: The first 2 weeks are a paid trial. You get paid the same as the job itself: your weekly base (about $69/week) plus $10 for every confirmed appointment. At the end of the 2 weeks, either side can d ---------- it's not a fit, no hard feelings. Raise: Once you're full-time and hitting your numbers, your base goes up. Growth: As we add clients, you get more leads, which means more commission. Our top performer moves to full-time with a higher base. We're hiring 1 person now and will add more callers under whoever proves themselves first. Example: 20 confirmed appointments in a month = $300 + $200 = $500. 40 confirmed = $700. More clients means more leads, so that number goes up. We pay for confirmed appointments only, not dials, not hours on the phone, not bookings that never get confirmed. If a confirmation turns out to be fake, it's taken back. We want people who book real homeowners who actually show up. How To Apply: Applications that don't follow these steps will not be read. Record a Loom video (2β4 minutes) with your camera ON where you: Introduce yourself Tell us your phone experience: what kind of calls, who you called, how many per day Read the script below out loud like you're on a real call with an American homeowner Then answer this objection out loud, in your own words: "Can you just give me a price over the phone?" Send us: Your Loom link (make sure it's set to "anyone with the link can view") Your availability in US Eastern Time (which hours, which days) Your internet speed (screenshot of a speedtest.net result) Start your application with the words "Remodix Caller" so we know you read this far The script to read in your Loom: "Hi, is this Sarah? Hey Sarah, this is [your name] calling from the remodeling team. Just a heads up, this call is recorded for quality. You filled out a form a few minutes ago about redoing your bathroom, is that right? Perfect. I've just got a couple quick questions so we send the right person out. Are you the homeowner? Great. And are you looking to get this started in the next few months, or is it more down the road? Got it. What we do next is have one of our project managers come out, look at the space, and give you an exact price, no guesswork. I've got Tuesday at 10am or Wednesday at 4pm. Which one works better for you?" If you sound like someone an American homeowner would happily stay on the phone with, and you want to earn more as we grow, we want to hear from you. P.S. We are a small, fast-growing team. We care about results and honesty more than anything. Show up, follow the system, book real appointments, and you'll grow with us.

IMPORTANT I am looking for a professional, not someone who simply enjoys singing or has casual experience. Professional voice coaching, vocal training, singing instruction, speech/voice training, or related professional experience is strongly preferred. Remote / Zoom | Part-Time / Sessions | Integrative & Experiential Approaches I am looking for an experienced holistic wellness, mind-body, or therapeutic practitioner who has broad knowledge of different approaches to emotional well-being, personal transformation, mind-body work, and deeper patterns of the mind. I am specifically NOT looking only for traditional talk therapy or CBT. I am interested in working with someone who understands approaches that go beyond simply discussing thoughts and can work with emotions, the body, nervous system, subconscious patterns, internal parts, beliefs, and deeper experiential processes. MODALITIES I AM INTERESTED IN You do NOT need to practice every modality below. However, I am particularly interested in applicants with professional training or substantial experience in several of these areas: Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work Somatic approaches / body-based work Mind-body approaches Inner-child work Emotional processing Nervous-system regulation Breathwork Meditation and mindfulness Guided visualization Subconscious beliefs and patterns Trauma-informed approaches Attachment-oriented approaches Emotional-release techniques Integrative or holistic psychology Hypnotherapy, where appropriately trained Yoga / yoga-based therapeutic practices Acupuncture / Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge Energy-oriented practices or energy healing Other legitimate holistic or complementary wellness modalities I am also interested in practitioners familiar with ideas surrounding meditation, consciousness, the mind-body connection, visualization, emotional states, and personal transformation, including some of the themes discussed in the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza and other mind-body/consciousness teachers. However, I am not looking for someone who simply follows one teacher or repeats spiritual ideas. I want someone with real training, experience, critical thinking, and a broad understanding of different modalities. WHAT I WANT TO LEARN AND EXPERIENCE Part of my goal is educational. I want someone who can help me understand: What different modalities exist? How do they work? What is each one designed to address? What happens during a session? How are they different from conventional talk therapy? Where appropriate to your qualifications and scope of practice, I would also like to experience and practice different techniques through Zoom sessions, rather than only hearing about them theoretically. I am interested in discovering approaches that work with the person on multiple levels β mind, emotions, body, internal patterns, habits, beliefs, awareness, and overall well-being. WHO I AM LOOKING FOR The ideal person might be a: Holistic wellness practitioner Mind-body practitioner Integrative therapist or counselor IFS-informed/trained practitioner Somatic practitioner Trauma-informed practitioner Breathwork practitioner Meditation/mindfulness teacher Hypnotherapist Holistic coach with substantial professional training Acupuncture/TCM professional with mind-body knowledge Integrative wellness practitioner Or someone professionally trained across several related modalities You should be able to clearly distinguish which modalities you are formally trained/certified/licensed in, which you have practical experience with, and which you are simply knowledgeable about. IMPORTANT I value open-mindedness, but I also value professionalism and honesty. Please do not claim that a particular technique can cure a medical or psychological condition unless that claim is within your professional scope and supported appropriately. If you are not a licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, acupuncturist, or other licensed healthcare professional, that is okay β just clearly state your actual qualifications and professional scope. I am looking for someone who knows what they know and what they do not know. ZOOM SESSIONS Sessions will primarily take place remotely through Zoom. You should be comfortable: Teaching and explaining different modalities Guiding appropriate exercises remotely Giving personalized practices between sessions Discussing what we observed during an exercise Recommending which approaches may be worth exploring further Explaining when something should instead be handled by an appropriately licensed or in-person professional If a modality genuinely requires in-person treatment β for example, acupuncture β I can work with an appropriate local professional. You can still help educate me about the modality and how it fits into the larger mind-body picture. APPLICATION Please answer the following: 1. What is your professional background, education, training, licenses, and certifications? 2. Which holistic, therapeutic, somatic, mind-body, or complementary modalities are you professionally trained in? 3. Do you have experience with IFS/parts work, somatic work, inner-child work, nervous-system regulation, breathwork, meditation, or subconscious-pattern work? Please explain. 4. What other modalities do you know that I did not mention in this job post? 5. How do you view the relationship between the mind, emotions, nervous system, body, and behavior? 6. Are you familiar with Dr. Joe Dispenza or similar mind-body/consciousness approaches? If yes, please explain your perspective and experience. 7. If we worked together, how would you structure our first few Zoom sessions? 8. Which techniques can you personally guide through Zoom, and which would require an in-person practitioner? 9. Please state your HOURLY RATE or SESSION RATE and the normal length of your sessions. YOUR RATE MUST BE INCLUDED. HOW TO CONTACT ME Primary application: Please apply through OnlineJobs.ph. Alternative: You may also contact me directly on WhatsApp at: WhatsApp: ---------- If contacting me through WhatsApp, please introduce yourself, briefly explain your professional background and the modalities you specialize in, and include your hourly/session rate. I am especially interested in finding someone who has studied multiple approaches, is deeply curious about the mind-body connection, and can help me explore this field in a professional, grounded, individualized, and experiential way. Looking for Someone Who Understands the Mind, Subconscious & Mind-Body Connection Remote | One-on-One | Zoom I am looking for an excellent psychologist, therapist, mental-health coach, holistic life coach, or integrative wellness practitioner who has deep knowledge of personal transformation, subconscious patterns, emotional conditioning, behavior change, and mind-body approaches. I am currently healthy and am not looking for treatment of a mental-health disorder or diagnosis. My goal is personal growth and meaningful change. I want to become more motivated, improve how I represent myself, develop better habits and behaviors, overcome patterns that may be holding me back, and become the best version of myself. WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION DIFFERENT I am looking for someone with a deep and broad understanding of different approaches to personal transformation, rather than someone who relies on only one standard therapeutic method. For example, I am very interested in approaches such as: Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work Somatic and body-based approaches Inner-child work Hypnotherapy EFT / Tapping EMDR, when appropriately trained Meditation and mindfulness Breathwork Nervous-system regulation Subconscious and emotional-pattern work Visualization Mind-body approaches Trauma-informed approaches Attachment and relational approaches Neuroplasticity and habit change Other experiential, integrative, holistic, or consciousness-based approaches These are examples, not a required checklist. If you know other powerful modalities or approaches that I have not mentioned, I want to hear about them. In fact, discovering approaches I don't already know about is part of what I am looking for. π§ DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE IS IMPORTANT I want someone who understands the deeper relationship between: thoughts β emotions β nervous system β brain β subconscious/implicit patterns β behavior β habits β identity β change Knowledge of areas such as the amygdala, subconscious processes, conditioning, neuroplasticity, habit formation, emotional learning, and behavior change is a strong advantage. I am also interested in the broader mind-body and consciousness field. If you are familiar with Dr. Joe Dispenza's work, meditation approaches, visualization, emotional-state work, or similar mind-body/consciousness teachings, that is a major plus. You do not need to follow any particular teacher or agree with every theory. I am looking for someone who can understand these ideas intelligently, explain them clearly, and distinguish established evidence from theories, interpretations, or spiritual concepts. π― I WANT AN ACTUAL PLAN The biggest thing I am looking for is someone who can take all this knowledge and turn it into practical personal development. I don't simply want to have conversations every week. I want someone who can help me: Identify the areas I want to change Understand the patterns behind them Determine which approaches may be useful Create a personalized plan Give me specific exercises and practices Set realistic goals Create weekly action steps Follow up on my progress Hold me accountable Evaluate what is working and what isn't Adjust the approach when necessary Help me actually implement the changes For example, if we identify a particular pattern or behavior I want to change, I want us to be able to say: What is the pattern? What may be contributing to it? What are we going to work on? What technique or exercise will we use? What am I going to practice this week? What will we review next session? I want the work to be structured, personalized, and results-oriented. π± THIS IS ABOUT GROWTH, NOT DIAGNOSIS I want to emphasize that I am currently healthy and seeking personal development, not treatment for a psychiatric or medical condition. I am looking for someone who can work with a healthy person who wants to: Grow personally Change behaviors and habits Improve motivation Build confidence Improve self-expression Understand themselves more deeply Develop greater awareness Become more consistent Improve their relationships and communication Break unwanted patterns Create meaningful positive change If you are a licensed psychologist or therapist, please state your credentials. If you are a coach or practitioner rather than a licensed mental-health professional, that is also fine β please clearly explain your actual training, certifications, experience, and scope of practice. π€ WHO I AM LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is someone who has studied multiple approaches and developed a broad professional toolbox. You might be: A psychologist with additional integrative training A therapist trained in multiple modalities An IFS or somatic practitioner A holistic/integrative therapist A highly trained life or wellness coach A hypnotherapist A mind-body practitioner A meditation or mindfulness professional Or another practitioner with substantial training in personal transformation The specific title is less important to me than the depth of your knowledge, quality of your training, and your ability to actually help someone create change. π APPLICATION QUESTIONS Please answer these carefully in your OnlineJobs.ph application. 1. Imagine that a healthy person tells you: βThere are certain things about myself that I want to change. I understand intellectually what I should do, but I repeatedly fall back into the same patterns.β How would you approach helping that person create lasting change? Please explain your actual approach rather than simply listing techniques. 2. What are the deeper or less commonly known modalities you have studied or practiced? Please tell me about approaches beyond standard CBT or general talk therapy that you believe can be useful for personal transformation. There is no requirement to know the specific modalities listed in this post. I am interested in discovering what YOU know. BONUS QUESTION What is your understanding of the relationship between the amygdala, subconscious/implicit patterns, repeated experiences, neuroplasticity, and behavior change?
