We are looking for a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED, FULL-TIME Viral Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone who understands how to create content that gets attention, increases engagement, generates leads, and helps grow a brand.

Responsibilities
Edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts & long-form videos
Turn raw footage into engaging, viral-style content
Create strong hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, etc.
Understand current social media trends and viral content styles
Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube
Help organize and maintain a consistent content schedule
Understand CRM systems, lead management and follow-ups
Help organize leads and customer information
Assist with social media DMs, comments and lead communication when needed
Work closely with our team and follow instructions quickly
Be available FULL-TIME during U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
REQUIREMENTS

You MUST have:

✅ Proven professional video-editing experience
✅ Social media management experience
✅ Understanding of viral short-form content
✅ Experience with CRM systems
✅ Reliable computer and high-speed internet
✅ Strong English communication
✅ Ability to work FULL-TIME on Eastern Time
✅ Ability to meet deadlines and communicate consistently
