Type: Full-Time Contractor
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine Time
Industry: Digital Marketing / Meta Advertising
Role Type: Client-Facing / Onboarding / Marketing Strategy

Legacy Digital is looking for a confident, organised, and commercially minded Offer Onboarding Specialist to help prepare new clients for successful advertising campaigns.

This is not a basic admin or data-entry role.

You will be speaking directly with business owners on Zoom, reviewing their onboarding information, helping refine their marketing offer, confirming their target audience and creative direction, setting realistic advertising expectations, and making sure everything is ready before the campaign moves into production.

You do not need to be a Meta Ads media buyer, but you should understand basic digital marketing concepts and be comfortable discussing offers, leads, conversion rates, sales processes, and customer follow-up.

What You'll Be Doing

You will conduct structured 30-minute onboarding and offer creation calls with new clients.

Before every call, you'll review the client's onboarding form so you already understand approximately 80–90% of their business and campaign information.

Your job is to confirm and strengthen that information — not make the client repeat everything they have already submitted.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing client onboarding forms before calls

Conducting client onboarding calls over Zoom

Confirming the client's primary advertising offer

Helping clients strengthen unclear or weak offers

Making sure each campaign has one clear offer and one clear outcome

Confirming the client's ideal customer and target market

Reviewing websites, social media pages and existing marketing

Discussing creative direction for advertising campaigns

Identifying available photos, videos and marketing assets

Reviewing competitor ads and creative inspiration

Setting realistic expectations around advertising performance

Explaining basic marketing metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, CPA/CAC, LTV and ROI

Reviewing how clients currently follow up with new leads

Identifying weaknesses in speed-to-lead and sales follow-up

Discussing SMS, email , appointment reminders and nurture systems

Introducing our CRM/automation solution when appropriate

Booking clients into additional strategy or CRM calls

Booking clients into our Agency Masterclass

Writing clear and accurate notes for our campaign production team

Ensuring the client's account is fully prepared before being passed to the build team

What A Successful Call Looks Like

At the end of each onboarding call, we should have:

One clear advertising offer

A confirmed target market

A clear creative direction

Realistic expectations around campaign performance

A documented lead follow-up process

Any missing information collected

The client booked into required follow-up calls

Complete notes for our campaign production team

The account ready to move into production

You'll Need To Be Comfortable Saying Things Like:

"Why should somebody take action on this offer today?"

"What outcome does your ideal customer actually want?"

"Based on your onboarding form, we're targeting this market. Does that still sound like your ideal customer?"

"Our goal during the first few weeks isn't perfection. We're gathering data, identifying what's working and optimising from there."

"If leads are coming in but aren't converting, we need to look at follow-up speed, lead qualification and the sales process."

You must be comfortable leading the conversation, not simply reading questions from a checklist.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has excellent spoken and written English

Is confident speaking with Australian, US, UK and other international clients

Is comfortable being on camera during Zoom calls

Can confidently lead conversations with business owners

Understands basic marketing and sales concepts

Can quickly understand different businesses and industries

Has good commercial judgement

Can recognise when an offer is unclear or difficult to market

Is comfortable making recommendations

Can explain marketing concepts in simple language

Is highly organised and detail-oriented

Takes accurate notes

Can follow an SOP without sounding robotic

Can think independently when something doesn't make sense

Is comfortable working with CRMs and online systems

Can professionally manage difficult or uncertain clients

Has reliable internet, computer equipment and a professional working environment

Strongly Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following would be highly regarded:

Digital marketing agencies

Client onboarding

Account management

Customer success

Sales

Appointment setting

Marketing strategy

Meta/Facebook advertising

GoHighLevel

CRM systems

Lead generation

Offer creation

Sales funnels

Business consulting

You do not need to personally build or manage Facebook Ads, but you should understand how lead-generation campaigns work.

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You are uncomfortable speaking with clients on Zoom

You prefer roles where you can simply follow instructions without making decisions

You struggle to communicate confidently in English

You are afraid to challenge or clarify something a client says

You regularly join calls unprepared

You don't review information before meetings

You need a script for every possible situation

You struggle to understand basic sales or marketing concepts

You cannot maintain accurate client notes

You frequently miss appointments or deadlines

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can become the bridge between our client and our advertising production team.

You should be able to speak with a business owner, quickly understand what they're selling, identify the strongest angle for the campaign, confirm who we're targeting, identify potential issues, and leave the call with a clear plan the production team can execute.

You should be friendly and approachable while still being confident enough to control the conversation.

Clients should leave the call feeling:

"These people understand my business and know exactly what we're doing next."
