Flexible Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to join my team.
I’m looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, loyal, flexible, and motivated to grow. This role will support multiple areas of my businesses, so I need someone who can handle a variety of responsibilities and take initiative.

Responsibilities include:
-Social media management, content creation & editing
-Content support for my hair care brand
-Real estate cold calling & lead follow-up
-Generating and qualifying seller leads
-Builder research and lead generation
-Administrative and day-to-day business support

I’m looking for someone who:
-Is reliable and consistent
-Takes initiative and can work independently
-Is comfortable making calls and communicating with leads
-Pays attention to detail
-Is flexible and willing to learn
-Wants a long-term working relationship

Compensation: $200–$500 per month base + performance bonuses

Please note: there are additional performance based incentives so there is an opportunity to earn well above the base salary depending on results.
