Requirements Expert level in DaVinci Resolve Studio, including color grading and multiplatform export Proven experience editing short vertical formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), portfolio required Understanding of pacing for physical effort footage, not just fast cuts for the sake of energy Basic sound design: ambiance, music sync, discreet transitions Reliable internet connection, able to handle large 4K raw files Available for async communication and reasonable turnaround (48-72h per Reel) What we are NOT looking for Flashy transitions, generic animated text, aggressive filters Energetic "sports ad" style editing, Verticima's identity is calmer and more contemplative Responsibilities Receive organized raw footage per race event (Drive or Dropbox) Follow the provided storyboard and technical post-production sheet (timeline, shot choices, pacing notes, color and sound direction) Deliver a finished Reel ready for export across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok specs Take part in a first paid test edit on a single Reel before any ongoing arrangement How to apply Include the phrase "TRAIL CUT" somewhere in your application, this filters out generic copy-paste responses. 3D Artist — Low-Poly Stylized Melee Game (Remote, Contract) Project: SHIV (working title) — a multiplayer medieval melee game built in Godot, in active development by a solo developer. Third person sword fighting with real physics blocking, dismemberment, throwable everything, fishing, and very in depth 3D combat, all in a low-poly look. THE ART STYLE (READ THIS FIRST) SHIV is deliberately low poly. The game renders with cel shading and a screen-space ink outline over every object — like a moving illustration. That means: Chunky, readable silhouettes beat detail. A model that looks plain in Blender often looks perfect in-game once the outline and cel bands hit it. Flat-painted / hand-painted color, not PBR realism. Simple palettes, clean color blocking, opaque materials. No high-poly bakes, no normal-map detailing. Think Zelda: Wind Waker. Poly budgets are low — a weapon is a few dozen to hundreds of tris, not tens of thousands. If your portfolio has low-poly stylized work you're proud of, that's exactly what I'm hiring for. WHAT YOU'D MAKE Character armor and outfit sets: full-body looks built as separate named pieces on a provided reference body. No rigging, no weight painting ever. The game uses rigid segmented body pieces posed by code; you model the pieces in T-pose on the reference skeleton positions, name them per the guide, and the engine does the rest. Textures in a simple vector stylized art style. Weapons and tools: swords, hammers, shields, instruments, props. Environment design, modeling, and texturing: islands, arenas, buildings, furniture, and set dressing for hand-authored maps. This includes helping design the spaces, not just modeling to spec. Occasional creatures/props (we have a swordfish) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Strong in Blender (our whole pipeline is Blender -> glTF/GLB -> Godot). Comfortable following a written export guide: applied transforms (Ctrl+A -> All Transforms on everything, every time), correct origins, consistent object naming, opaque materials unless transparency is intended. Clean exports are a hard requirement — the game derives colliders, damage zones, and outline behavior from your file as-delivered. Texture painting in a simple or cartoon style. Able to iterate from screenshots and written feedback, async. Able to join on ---------- calls to discuss. Not required: animation, rigging, Godot experience, shader work. WORKING ARRANGEMENT Remote, async, flexible hours. Ongoing work: the game grows weekly, and every new weapon, outfit, and map needs art. You'll get a copy of the export guide and reference files, plus fast feedback — usually same-day. HOW TO APPLY Send a portfolio (or a few images) showing low-poly stylized work — characters, weapons, or environments. A sentence about your Blender workflow and your rate expectations helps. Bonus points if you include the lowest-poly thing you've ever been proud of.

We teach people how to build print-on-demand businesses on Etsy and Shopify. Our funnel runs on a free workshop/webinar — most of our content exists to drive registrations or build enough trust that people register later. We have a founder who records, and a video editor who cuts. What we're missing is the person who d ---------- what gets made. What you'll own YouTube: topic research and full scripts — hooks, structure, story beats, CTA placement. You script, our founder records. Instagram: carousel concepts and copy, reel concepts and hooks, static post ideas. Much of this should not require the founder on camera — carousels, text posts, screen recordings, results breakdowns, and reels cut from existing footage. Direct our video editor: which moments to clip, what hook to open with, what the payoff is Build and maintain a content calendar tied to our workshop registration goals Basic design execution in Canva for carousels and static posts (clean and on-brand, not award-winning) Our niche Etsy print-on-demand, Shopify, product research, design tools, ad-driven store building. You don't need to be an expert in it, but you need to be able to research a niche and speak its language credibly. Familiarity with the creator-education space is more important than POD specifically. You're a fit if You've written YouTube scripts that performed, and you can show me the videos You understand hook writing as a discipline, not a vibe You've created content for an offer-driven business where content had a job beyond engagement You can work in Canva Native or near-native written English — you're writing in our founder's voice How to apply Record a Loom (10 minutes max) doing the following: Pull up 2–3 Instagram profiles of creators in the ecommerce/Etsy/Shopify education space. Walk me through what content of theirs is working and why — be specific about hooks and structure, not just "this looks good." Give me 3 hooks you'd write for a video or reel aimed at getting someone to register for a free Etsy workshop. Pitch me one Instagram carousel concept, slide by slide, that could run this week. Then in your proposal: Link 2–3 YouTube videos you scripted (tell me which parts were yours) Link one carousel or content piece you designed Answer: what's the difference between content that gets views and content that gets signups? Start your proposal with CONTENT-NOW. No Loom, no keyword, no review. Start: paid trial — one YouTube script and one week of IG content, then ongoing if it's a fit.
