Web Designer & Developer – Webflow, Figma & Beaver Builder

Ashoori Law is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer & Developer with strong experience in Webflow, Figma, and WordPress Beaver Builder.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing modern, professional, and conversion-focused websites in Figma and bringing those designs to life using Webflow and Beaver Builder. We are looking for someone who combines strong visual design skills with hands-on web development experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, visually engaging websites and landing pages in Figma

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Build responsive, high-quality websites using Webflow

Build, redesign, and maintain WordPress pages using Beaver Builder

Accurately translate Figma designs into polished, responsive websites

Create reusable components and maintain consistent design systems

Apply UX/UI and CRO best practices to improve user experience and conversions

Ensure websites are optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile

Optimize website speed, images, caching, lazy loading, and overall performance

Follow SEO best practices, including headings, metadata, schema, internal linking, and URL preservation

Collaborate with the Ashoori Law marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency

Troubleshoot design, responsiveness, and website performance issues

Continuously maintain and improve existing websites

Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and web design

Requirements

Proven professional experience with Webflow

Advanced skills in Figma, including complete website and landing page design

Hands-on experience with WordPress and Beaver Builder

Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive, and high-quality web designs

Strong understanding of UX/UI, typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design

Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into Webflow and Beaver Builder

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for custom styling and troubleshooting

Experience with website speed and performance optimization

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical website requirements

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Availability to work full-time during PST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and developing conversion-focused landing pages

Experience creating reusable components and design systems

Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

Familiarity with PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and WebPageTest

Experience creating subtle animations and interactive web elements

Understanding of CRO and A/B testing principles
