AMAZON FBA & FBM VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

1. JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring one or more Amazon FBA & FBM Product Sourcing Virtual Assistants
This is NOT a beginner role

You should already understand Amazon OA (Online Arbitrage), product research, and sourcing

2. NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

You must be experienced with:

Manual product sourcing — not just relying on software or guessing
Storefront stalking
Deep and accurate product research
Keepa — price history, sales rank, trends, drops, averages, and Buy Box behavior
SellerAmp
Identifying profitable, low-risk products
Following instructions exactly
Working independently without hand-holding on the basics

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

💻 Good, reliable computer
🚫 No lag or freezing
🌐 Stable internet connection
🎙️ Working microphone
🖥️ Ability to screen-share when needed
📞 Ability to communicate when required

4. EXPECTATIONS

⏰ 40 hours per week
📦 Find at least 4 qualified product leads per day
Consistent and reliable availability
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and improve
Ability to work independently
Must be able to develop more advanced strategies after proving competency

5. PAY & BONUSES

$3–$7 per hour, depending on experience and performance
Bonus incentives may be given for strong product leads that I d ---------- to invest in
