// The work We make financial research videos. You build the data layer underneath them: pulling the numbers, cleaning them, and turning them into charts and information design that titles, thumbnails, and scripts get built on. Most of this job is code. You'll be scraping SEC filings, hitting APIs, wrangling messy financial data into something structured, and producing charts from it. If you can't write the prompt that gets the data, this role won't work. You don't need to be a finance expert. You need to be fluent with data and fast at learning. We teach you the rest. /// What you'll do Pull data from filings, APIs, and the web — write the scraper, handle the pagination, deal with the garbage formatting. Clean and structure it. Reconcile inconsistencies across sources and periods. Build charts and information design from it. Not screenshots of spreadsheets — designed visuals. Dig into a trend and figure out what's actually in the data. Come back with a finding, not a dump. Help shape the angle: what's the story, and why should anyone care. Chase answers on your own. Come back with progress, not just questions. /// What we need Python and pandas. Comfortable, not "I did a course." You've built things. Real scraping experience — requests/BeautifulSoup/Playwright, whatever you use. You've dealt with sites that don't want to be scraped. You can produce a chart in code (matplotlib, plotly, D3, Observable — your choice) and you have taste about how it looks. SQL is a plus. JavaScript is a plus. Working with financial data is a plus. High agency. You move without being told. You go one layer deeper than asked. Clear written English. We work async. We can teach the domain. We can't teach agency, and we're not teaching you to code. /// Not for you if Your data work stops at Excel. You need a BI tool to make a chart. You need every task fully specified. You go quiet when you get stuck. /// To apply Start with the word CADMIUM so we know you read this far. Then do this, it should take you under an hour: Pick any US-listed company. Pull its last 8 quarters of revenue from its SEC filings — by code, not by hand. Make one chart from it. Send us the code and the chart. We don't care if the chart is beautiful. We care that the data came out of a script you wrote, and that the chart makes one point clearly. Also tell us: one thing you taught yourself recently, and how. We read applications that follow these steps. We skip the ones that don't.

⚠️ READ THE FULL AD BEFORE APPLYING ⚠️ We are only considering candidates who: HAVE REAL COPYWRITING EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL BE INTERVIEWED BY OUR AI. If you can't get past a smart, well-prepared AI interviewer, you won't get past this filter — so come ready with real work to show. ABOUT US IMSOLD is an AI-first creative agency that rebuilds paid acquisition for brands running serious ad spend across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and Reddit. We don't chase awards — we chase sharp ideas that convert, shipped fast. Our teams produce dozens of tested creative variants every month (UGC scripts, statics, motion, landing pages) for D2C, SaaS, digital health, and subscription brands. If you like slow-moving, over-managed teams, this isn't for you. If you like fast feedback loops, real ownership, and getting judged on output instead of hours logged, keep reading. THE ROLE We need a Copywriter / AI Prompter who can write high-converting copy for our page projects — and who knows how to work WITH AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) rather than just asking them for a paragraph and pasting it in. You should understand marketing psychology well enough to know why a hook works, not just that it "sounds good." WHAT YOU'LL DO Write high-converting copy for landing pages, sales pages, and funnels Create and optimize AI prompts specifically for copy generation Edit and sharpen AI-generated content for clarity, tone, and conversions Write email sequences, ad copy, and short-form marketing content Do basic research on target audience, competitors, and offers Follow brand voice and marketing guidelines across projects Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE A university degree (non-negotiable) Proven copywriting experience, with a portfolio you can show us Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion copy (preferred) Real, hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) to produce and refine content — not just casual use Excellent English writing and grammar (this gets tested) The discipline to meet deadlines and work independently, remotely Sharp attention to detail and strong self-editing skills NICE TO HAVE Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar funnel builders Solid grasp of digital marketing and buyer psychology Experience writing for B2B or SaaS products WORKING DETAILS 100% remote Part-time or full-time — to be discussed based on fit Long-term opportunity for the right person, with room to grow as we scale HOW TO APPLY Only applicants with relevant experience and strong English skills will be considered — please don't apply "to try" if you don't meet the requirements above. To apply: 1. Put the word PUMPKIN somewhere in your application subject line. This is how we confirm you actually read the whole ad instead of mass-applying. Applications without it will be skipped. 2. Include a link to your copywriting portfolio or writing samples. 3. In 2-3 sentences, tell us about a time you used AI to speed up or improve a piece of copy — and what you changed before it was good enough to ship. Be prepared: shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by our AI before speaking to a human. Come with real examples, not just claims.

Deliver at least one script per week. Communicate consistently regarding progress, questions, and possible delays. REQUIREMENTS Previous long-form YouTube scriptwriting experience. Strong English writing and proofreading skills. Strong research and source-checking abilities. Experience writing documentary, gaming, history, or lore content. Good knowledge of Warhammer 40K, or strong experience researching fictional universes. Ability to humanize and improve AI-assisted writing. $600/month | ~20 hrs/week | remote Daily short-form video for Instagram and TikTok. Mostly a phone filming a computer screen - raw and unpolished, no transitions or music needed. You won't be on camera and your voice won't be used. ABOUT THE ROLE We run Klaudius, a tool that finds businesses with no website, builds them one automatically, and pitches the owner. Our Instagram is our best sales channel and we post far too rarely. We want one person producing short-form video daily. You can learn more about our product at: ---------- You get a free licence to the software and you record it in action. You don't need to run it constantly - a session here and there should give you material for several videos. You can see our existing instagram page ( ---------- v) to see what kind of reels have worked vs not worked for us in the past. Treat them as a floor rather than a ceiling. We want your ideas too. WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE Record the software in action (we give you a free licence and pay for your AI subscription). D ---------- what's interesting in the footage and what the angle is. Cut it into a vertical reel, add on-screen hook text. Post to both Instagram and TikTok (after a probation period). Set up and maintain the ManyChat automations - the comment-keyword triggers and the auto-DM that sends the link. The automation handles comment replies; you keep it working and add a new trigger whenever a video uses a new keyword. You won't handle DMs. Once someone replies to the automation, that conversation is mine - it's a sales conversation and I want to be the one having it. You own everything up to the point the DM lands. You won't be on camera and your voice won't be used. Where a video needs a face or spoken commentary, flag it and I'll record that part myself. So you don't need to be comfortable presenting - the work is behind the camera. WHAT THESE VIDEOS ARE FOR Not just views or followers. The goal is sales of the product. A video that gets 100,000 views and sells nothing has failed; one that gets 3,000 views and puts buyers in our DMs has worked. The mechanic that's worked best is a comment gate: the video asks people to comment a keyword, and an automation (ManyChat) then DMs them a link - either to the Klaudius website or to a blog post about the specific feature the video was about. So every video needs a reason for someone to comment, and the angle needs to appeal to someone who might actually buy, not just someone who'll watch. We'll likely lean on this further, but we're open to other ideas if you've seen things work elsewhere. TRIAL REELS Many posts go out as Instagram trial reels - these are shown only to non-followers, so we can distribute at volume without flooding our existing audience. SCHEDULE Daily, 7 days a week. How you schedule your own work is up to you - batch several in a day and schedule them out if you prefer. We care about what lands, not about you working weekends. Volume ramps: 1/day for the first two weeks, then 2/day, then 3/day. What's worked for us so far is a raw, phone-recorded aesthetic, so things like transitions, music beds and heavy polish are unlikely to be needed for these videos. REQUIREMENTS A computer with at least 8GB RAM. Windows or macOS both fine. Stable internet capable of uploading video daily. A (smartphone) camera good enough to shoot clear, crisp video - at least matching the quality of what's currently on ---------- v. A lot of our footage is a phone pointed at a screen, so the camera does real work even though the style is raw. You can cut a short vertical video that holds attention. We care more about consistency over time than about one impressive showreel piece. An eye for which few seconds of a longer recording are worth posting, and what to say about them. An understanding of what our product is, how it works, and why it is impressive. I am happy to explain this all to you, but hopefully after the explanation you genuinely appreciate the product for what it is and therefore realise how best to market it in these reels. A rough sense of how websites work. Roughly what a CMS is, why SEO matters, what "deploying" a site means. Not expert level - just enough that when something happens on screen you know why it's interesting. Happy to explain everything anyway it's pretty simple :) Good written English for on-screen text, writing post captions etc. Your own Facebook /Instagram account. We grant access through Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center, so you'll never need our passwords and you keep your own login. Able to keep a daily posting rhythm. NICE TO HAVE You've run comment-to-DM automations before (ManyChat or similar). We'll show you ours either way, but having done it before is a plus. WHAT WE PROVIDE A free licence to our software, plus your AI subscription and a CapCut subscription paid The formats that have worked so far, with the real numbers behind them A caption bank for the proven formats, and help writing copy for your own new ones A clear daily spec, no ambiguity about what "done" means PAY Paid two-week trial: $250 for 10 assets. This is the first two weeks of the job, not a separate audition - pass it and you carry straight on. Ongoing on success: $600/month. The rate reflects that this is a hybrid role - video skill plus product understanding - not straight editing work. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with the word BUILD so we know you read this. Then two things: 1) Go to ---------- v, pick the reel you think performed best, and in three sentences say why. We know the actual numbers, so this is a real test. 2) Pitch us one video idea we haven't made yet. One or two sentences. This is most of the job, so it counts for more than anything else you send us.

We are hiring a FULL-TIME (40 hours per week, 5 days a week) AI-first Video Editor to join our fast-growing Shopify e-commerce team. This is not a casual freelance position. We are looking for a serious performance editor who is highly skilled at generating video footage with AI and understands direct-response marketing well enough to create ads that convert. A large part of the work involves iterating on and recreating proven competitor-style video ads for our products — matching structure, beats, and pacing while changing visuals, characters, settings, and wording so the result is our own. You will be given reference videos, scripts, and detailed product specifications. You'll build the footage using a mix of AI generation and real footage, then assemble and finish the ad. If you are a traditional editor who is uncomfortable prompting AI video models, this role is not for you. AI is heavily emphasized, but real footage matters too. Some raw footage will be provided by us; the rest you will be expected to source yourself using stock libraries, our systems, and your own initiative. You must be able to blend AI-generated and real footage so the final video feels seamless. We provide the tool stack: Higgsfield (with access to current video models such as Seedance, Kling, and Veo) and ElevenLabs for voiceover. You must already be proficient with Higgsfield or comparable AI video platforms. Experience with Midjourney, Atria, Arcads, Heygen, Sora, and similar tools is a plus. You should be capable of generating realistic footage — a person naturally holding or using a product, lifestyle moments, product demonstrations — that looks real and does not appear artificial or overproduced. You must be able to keep a character, setting, and product consistent across multiple shots. Our products have locked physical shapes. You will receive product geometry specs and reference images, and the product must look identical in every shot of every video. A product that changes shape between scenes or a hand with six fingers is not acceptable in a delivered video. You will be working on company accounts with finite AI credits. We expect you to plan your shots before generating, write careful prompts, avoid spray-and-pray regeneration, and treat credits as money. Efficient credit use is a core part of this job and will be tracked. Every video must be reviewed by you before it is sent. This is a firm rule, not a suggestion. Watch your edit back-to-back against the reference video. Check product consistency, AI artifacts (hands, morphing, warped text, flickering), audio sync, pacing, and whether every line of the script is matched by the right visual. Work sent with obvious unreviewed errors will count against you during the trial period. Revisions are a normal part of the job. We expect minor revision notes to be turned around the same day and detailed feedback to be followed precisely. Following instructions accurately is one of the main things you will be evaluated on. Output expectations: 5–6 videos per day on average, ranging from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Workload varies with the season and will change throughout the year. At the end of the day, quality matters more than quantity — clean, reviewed, on-spec videos are always better than a larger number of sloppy ones. Beyond AI generation, you need solid editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro, including captions, sound design, basic motion graphics, and the ability to combine AI and real footage seamlessly. You should understand what makes a hook work in the first 3 seconds, how to pace for retention, and how to build emotional engagement. You should be aware of metrics like hook rate, CTR, and retention, and think like a marketer as well as an editor. Additional responsibilities include accurate labeling and organization of all video files, working within ---------- for structured reviews and feedback, and day-to-day communication on WhatsApp. You must be able to take a blueprint and not only execute it correctly but elevate it. Shortlisted candidates will complete a test that mirrors the real job: you'll receive a reference video, a script, and product references, and you'll recreate the ad using a mix of AI-generated and real footage. You'll also report how many credits you used and how you managed them. Successful candidates then move to a one-week trial to demonstrate consistency, quality, and reliability before the full-time offer. This is a long-term position with consistent workload and growth opportunities inside a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. To apply, submit: Your portfolio, including at least a few video ads made primarily with AI-generated footage (tell us which tools you used) and a few regular ads where AI has not been used. A Loom video introducing yourself and explaining your experience with AI video generation, ad editing and marketing. Written answers to these three questions: (a) Walk us through your Higgsfield or AI video workflow from script to finished shot. (b) How do you keep a product or character consistent across multiple generated shots? (c) How do you manage generation credits and avoid waste? Your WhatsApp contact information Confirmation of your availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) Include "CLOUDBASE" in your email subject line Applications that don't follow these instructions won't be reviewed.

Hi, we need one careful, consistent person to be with us long-term, not for a one-off project. If you do this well, the role grows and so does the pay. The work, honestly described It's repetitive. Some people hate that; some people find it satisfying. I need the second kind. Every week you will: Register accounts on platforms from a list I give you - sign up, verify the email , fill in the profile exactly as the SOP specifies, save the credentials in our password manager. Create content with AI - I give you the prompts and the standard operating procedure. You run them, then you check the output against the source data. If the AI invents something or the output doesn't match the SOP, you fix it or flag it. You never publish something you haven't checked. Update our Google Sheets - status, dates, URLs, notes, in the exact format the template uses Everything is documented. You'll never have to guess. But you do have to follow the document exactly the value of this whole database is that every row was done the same way. What I need from you Experience creating accounts or submitting listings/citations in bulk. You should know what to do when a site sends a verification code or blocks a signup. Experience following written SOPs, and comfort saying "the SOP doesn't cover this" instead of improvising Good Google Sheets skills - filters, sorting, data validation, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP You've used ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for work before, and you understand that AI output has to be checked Good written English - you don't need to be a writer, but you need to spot when a sentence is wrong Reliable schedule, with a few hours overlapping European (GMT+3) You tell me when you're stuck and something can be improved Nice to have: SEO knowledge, password manager experience, Loom, Airtable or Notion. What you get Steady, predictable, long-term work - I'm looking for someone to stay Clear documentation and a person who actually answers questions Salary review after 60 days, and a path to owning the process (and improving the SOPs) at a higher rate Paid on time, every time Hiring process You apply with the details below Short chat over Google Meet Paid trial task (about 2 hours, paid at your monthly rate pro-rata) - several registrations, 3 AI descriptions, one sheet update Offer How to apply Put EntityOn in your subject line. In your message, tell me: A repetitive process you've run before, and roughly what volume What you did the last time a platform blocked or flagged your registration What you do when AI output contradicts the source data you were given Your DISC profile if you have one, and your available hours in GMT+3 I read every application personally. I won't read applications without the subject line code. Thank you

I'm a content creator looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed editor to edit green-screen style Reels for me every single day. This is a consistency role, not a creative-freelancer role — your job is to follow my SOP exactly and deliver clean edits on time, every day. I have a full SOP for exactly how the job is done. IMPORTANT — read before applying: This role is one specific editing style: green screen, Green screen Style (I don't actually do UGC creator style. That is all you'll do, over and over, every day. The only thing I need from you is sheer repetitions of this one style — done cleanly and consistently. If you don't already have real experience editing green-screen style videos, please do not apply. I'm not looking for someone to learn this from scratch or bring their own creative spin. I need someone who can nail this exact style on repeat. What you'll do (daily): Use CapCut Pro to edit 2 green-screen style reels per day from the raw talking-head footage I provide. Vary clips, music, saturation, font size/style, and captions to keep each one unique. Add auto captions (with black & white outline), headings, and light trending background audio. Export at 1080p/60fps and send me the finished files. Follow my SOP exactly, and send me a short end-of-shift report of what you made. You MUST have: Real hands-on experience editing green-screen, creator-style videos (this is non-negotiable — show me a sample edit in this style). CapCut editing experience. A laptop and stable internet. Reliable daily availability to turn around 2 edits. You're a great fit if you: Are detail-oriented and follow instructions exactly — this job is about consistency, not creative freelancing. Can reproduce one editing style over and over without it drifting or getting sloppy. Communicate proactively: if something's unclear, you ask instead of guessing. What you get: Hourly pay, starting with a short paid trial on the editing task. A full SOP and Loom video walkthroughs for everything — no guesswork. Long-term role with raises for consistent performance. Direct work with me, fast feedback.
