Part-Time Cold Caller – Realtor Outreach for US Home Builder (20 hrs/week)

Type of work: Part-time

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during US Eastern Time business hours

Pay: $4–$5 USD per hour, depending on experience

About Us

We are a growing home building company in Florida. We build new homes and want to build strong relationships with local real estate agents.

The Job

You will call real estate agents (realtors) in Florida to introduce our company and our homes. Your goal is to start a friendly conversation, share who we are, and get the realtor interested in working with us.

What You Will Do

• Find realtors in Florida (online, on Zillow, ---------- , etc.) and call them
• Introduce our company and our available homes and lots
• Answer basic questions and collect the realtor's contact details
• Set up follow-up calls or meetings for our team when a realtor is interested
• Keep simple notes of every call in a spreadsheet or CRM
• Send short follow-up email s or call again when needed

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• At least 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience with US clients
• Real estate experience is a big plus
• Confident, friendly, and not afraid of hearing "no"
• Reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and a good headset
• Able to work US Eastern Time hours
