SMS Virtual Assistant — Real Estate Wholesaling

We’re hiring 2 virtual assistants to manage seller leads inside our custom GoHighLevel CRM.

The system already handles a lot:

• Automated SMS campaigns + follow-ups
• Positive reply detection
• Working Replies automation
• Anti-ghosting follow-up
• Call tasks/reminders
• Missed-call texts
• Organized pipelines + lead stages

Your job is mainly:
Call positive replies first → if no answer, transition to text → work the conversation → update the CRM → follow the tasks.
We send around 50k–75k SMS/month, but you are not manually sending all of those. You’re managing the replies and opportunities generated.

Looking for someone who:

• Has strong English
• Sounds natural over text
• Is comfortable calling U.S. homeowners
• Is organized and reliable
• Can follow SOPs
• GHL/real estate experience is a plus

Compensation: base pay + 5% commission on closed deals generated from the leads you work.
