Loved by the Team – Rated 5 out of 5 stars on Glassdoor: ---------- ???????? The Skinnify Story Our founder Christian grew up in Frankfurt, Germany. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. They didn't have the time, the motivation, or the consistency to make the gym work. The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively — while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk? Fitness without the extra time or effort. The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym. He built Skinnify for women like her: busy, hardworking, often overlooked — so they could do something good for their bodies just by getting dressed. ????? Our Products What started with a single product — leggings with built-in resistance bands — has grown into a full collection of resistance-integrated clothing: leggings, sleeves, shoes, and more. We're on a mission to revolutionize how women do fitness by turning daily life into a workout. ???? Skinnify's Core Values ???? Innovation – We design groundbreaking clothing with built-in resistance to revolutionize fitness. ???? Effectiveness – Our products help people burn more calories and get fitter with every step. ???? Accessibility – We make fitness accessible to everyone, even the busiest and least motivated. ???? Fun – We make exercise feel effortless and enjoyable. ? Quality – Our products are built to last—high-quality, durable, and reliable. Ready to become the right hand behind a fast-growing global e-commerce brand? Apply now—we'd love to meet you!

We arrange corporate housing across Europe for companies relocating employee groups (construction, engineering, corporate teams, 5 to 25 people at a time). Inquiries come in daily. Your job is to own the case end to end: qualify the client, source the landlord, negotiate the terms, and close it. This is not an admin or coordination-only role. What we need is someone who can get on a call with a skeptical landlord or a hesitant client and actually move the deal forward without hand-holding. Pay is base plus 8% commission on every deal you personally close, paid monthly for the full length of the stay (a 6-month lease pays 6 months of commission). If you're looking for a flat hourly rate with no upside, this isn't the right fit. If we proceed, you have one week to show results, not excuses. Real cases, real deadlines, real client and landlord conversations from day one. If day one turns into stories about why nothing moved, this ends fast. Before you apply: record a 3-minute video of yourself doing this roleplay solo. You're calling a landlord in Amsterdam about a unit for a corporate client (3 people, 6 months). The landlord asks who the client is and what they're paying. Protect the client's identity, don't disclose your margin, and if the landlord quotes a high rate, push back using the long-term-tenancy angle. Attach the recording link with your application. Applications without one won't be reviewed.

Senior Video Editor (Long-Form VSLs & Meta Ads) – Full-Time We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on building high-converting video ads for Meta. [Briefly explain your company and product here.] Example: What product(s) do you sell? Who is your target audience? What makes your product unique? Why does your product work differently from competitors? What problem does it solve? ? What we’re really after (please read this carefully) This is the most important part of the role, so we’ll be direct about it. Our biggest growth opportunity sits at the very top of the funnel — with cold, “unaware” and “problem-aware” audiences. These are people who experience the problem every day but don’t yet understand the real cause behind it. They often haven’t connected the dots yet and may not even know a solution exists. That means our ads shouldn’t immediately mention diagnoses, product categories, or obvious solutions. Instead, our best-performing ads: Lead with a relatable symptom, frustration, or everyday situation. Reframe the problem by revealing a hidden cause the viewer never considered. Naturally bridge into the solution, proof, and offer. We’re specifically looking for an editor who can build long-form, top-of-funnel storytelling ads that educate and reframe—not just conversion edits for warm audiences. Our videos are getting longer, not shorter. The ability to keep a cold viewer engaged for 2–4+ minutes is the single most valuable skill you can bring. This is a senior role. We’re not looking for someone who’s still learning. We need someone who has already edited high-performing long-for ---------- ta ads and can prove it. ? What you’ll be doing Edit long-form VSL ads (2–4+ minutes) designed to move cold audiences from problem awareness to purchase. Build narrative arcs: Hook Problem Reframe Solution Proof CTA Edit with strong pacing for retention (cuts every 2–4 seconds, captions, motion graphics, B-roll layering). Work from structured creative briefs and customer avatars. Translate written scripts into emotionally engaging visual stories. ? What this role is NOT We’re not looking for someone who simply cuts clips together. We’re looking for someone who understands: Why a 3-minute Meta ad keeps a cold audience watching. How to layer B-roll, text, music and AI visuals to build narrative tension. Which first five seconds matter most. How pacing and visual rhythm influence retention. How editing differs between unaware audiences and audiences ready to buy. ? Requirements Senior-level experience editing long-form/VSL Meta ads. Proven experience with direct-response advertising. Please share examples. Strong AI image and AI video generation skills. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut Pro. Understanding of performance marketing. Ability to transform scripts into engaging visual stories. Experience with captions, motion graphics, color grading and B-roll. Ability to source stock footage, UGC and brand assets. Fluent English. Nice to have Experience editing for older demographics. Experience within health, wellness or similar consumer niches. ? What we offer Full-time position (8 hours per day). Long-term opportunity. Clear systems, customer avatars, scripts and creative briefs. Room to grow with the company. Direct collaboration with the creative strategist. ? How to apply If you’ve read this carefully, start your application with the word “Editing”. Applications without it will be skipped. Then send us: 1. Three (3) long-for ---------- ta ads you’ve edited that target unaware or problem-aware audiences (minimum 2 minutes each). 2. At least three realistic AI-generated scenes you’ve created for storytelling in video ads. 3. A few sentences explaining why you’re the right fit for this role. 4. Review our product: [Insert your product page here.] 5. Based on our product, briefly describe one long-form VSL concept (2–3 minutes) you would create, including the narrative arc and visual storytelling approach for a cold audience. 6. Tell us which editing and AI tools you use, and your typical turnaround time per video. Thank you. Best regards,
