About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and resourceful Operations & Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is an operations-focused role that requires someone who enjoys solving problems, conducting research, improving processes, and supporting strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. You are comfortable working independently, investigating complex issues, and turning information into clear recommendations and action plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on business, financial, and operational topics.
Analyze data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Investigate operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
Improve and document business processes and workflows.
Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Support financial analysis, budgeting, and business case development.
Coordinate projects and ensure action items are completed on time.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Business Operation, Finance, Consulting, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (Excel or Google Sheets required).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have

Experience with financial modeling or budgeting.
Experience working with international or remote teams.
Background in management consulting, investment, finance, or business operations.
