We are looking for an experienced e-commerce / dropshipping product researcher who can consistently find strong, data-backed products with potential to launch and scale in Japan. This is not a role for sending random trending products from a spy tool. You will research broadly, analyze the numbers behind opportunities, then aggressively filter them down to the strongest products worth testing. What you’ll do Use tools such as Trendtrack, AdSpy, Meta Ad Library, and competitor/store research tools. Find around 20 initial product opportunities per day; filter these to at least 5 highly qualified opportunities. What a strong opportunity looks like Existing market awareness and meaningful market potential. Approximately ¥12,000+ selling price and potential for 60–65% gross margin. Highly visual: clear demonstrations, before/after potential, obvious mechanism or benefits that work in video. High perceived value, not easily available locally, and enough creative/angle elasticity to scale. Evidence of traction: meaningful or growing traffic/revenue, multiple successful competitors, active ad spend, and substantial creative volume. You should have experience researching winning dropshipping/DTC products, evaluating stores (not just products), using ad/product spy tools, and making decisions from traffic, revenue, and advertising signals. You should be fast, thorough, and naturally ask: “What evidence tells me this product is actually working?” This can become a long-term role. When applying, briefly explain your prior dropshipping/e-commerce research experience, the tools you use, and examples of how you judge whether a product is worth testing.

Vibe Coder – Remote On-the-Job Training (OJT) Location: Remote (Philippines-based) Duration: 6-month OJT (potential full-time conversion) Hours: 40 hours/week Stipend: TBD (open for discussion based on experience) THE ROLE You'll be building the actual software that runs our ventures — and learning how real software gets shipped in a live, fast-moving business environment. We don't have time for slow sprints. We have more ideas than hands. Dashboards our clients demand. Internal tools our teams stitch together in spreadsheets. Client-facing portals that need to exist. Snap & Prospect automation pipelines. And someone needs to make them real. That someone is you — but we'll teach you how. What you'll actually do: Build real, shipped tools — not homework projects. CRM enrichment scripts, onboarding workflows, recruiter dashboards, automation glue between Gmail/Sheets/Telegram/Slack. You'll see your code running in production within weeks, not months. Learn by doing — We'll pair you with our team on live builds. You'll see what good code looks like (and what bad code looks like). You'll learn when an AI is being helpful vs. when it's confidently wrong. You'll ship messy v1s and iterate based on real feedback. Own the full loop — Spec (usually from a Slack message or voice note), build, deploy, iterate. We give direction; you ship. Treat AI as a co-builder, not a crutch — Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf — these are your tools. You'll learn to work with AI, not just at AI. Move fast — When someone says "what if we…", you'll prototype something demo-able in a day or two, not request a Gantt chart. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You don't need 5 years of experience. You need the right foundation and mindset. Must-have: -Technically capable — You've built something that ran. A side project. A class assignment you actually finished. A startup idea you coded. It doesn't need to be polished; it needs to be real. -AI-native — You think in AI. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor daily. You can articulate your actual workflow (not "I sometimes use Copilot"). You're comfortable asking an LLM for code and know how to spot when it's lying. Systems thinking — Either you're a CS/IT student or recent grad who understands databases, APIs, and deployment, OR you're a business/entrepreneurship student who's built a venture or prototype and understands how systems need to work to solve real problems. -Hunger to ship — You get frustrated by endless meetings. You want to see your work in the world. You're willing to learn in public. -Communication — Half our briefs come as voice notes. You're okay with ambiguity and can ask clarifying questions without needing a 30-page spec. Nice to have: -You've built something with Claude Code or Cursor and can talk about what worked/didn't -You're comfortable with: Next.js, React Native, FastAPI, Node, Supabase, Vercel -You've touched: Telegram bots, Gmail/Drive APIs, automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) -You understand business tools: CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive), recruiting ops, or SME workflows -You're based in the Philippines and understand SEA or Australian SME operations THE OJT ADVANTAGE This isn't a typical internship. You're not making coffee or organizing files. -You'll ship real code to real users within your first month -You'll learn modern development the way it's actually done in 2026 — with AI as a first-class teammate -You'll work across the full stack — no "frontend only" silos; you'll touch API design, database schemas, deployment, customer feedback loops -You'll build a portfolio of deployed projects you can show future employers -You'll earn a stipend (negotiable) + potential full-time offer at the end if it's a good fit -You'll be paid for your time — not exploited as free labor HOW TO APPLY Send us: 1. A short note (200 words max) on: The most interesting thing you've built (could be a hackathon project, class assignment, side project, startup idea) What it does What tools you used (especially if you used AI) What you'd do differently if you built it again 2. Show your work: GitHub links (even half-finished projects) Deployed apps or links to live projects Screenshots, demo videos, or Loom walkthroughs If you built something with Claude Code or Cursor, please include it 3. Optional but encouraged (60–90 minutes): Pick one and build it using Claude Code, Cursor, or your favorite AI-native tool. Don't polish it. Send us the messy version + a 2-minute Loom walkthrough explaining what you built and what you'd change. Option A: A CSV-to-personalized -email generator (upload contacts , generate personalized drafts) Option B: A Telegram bot that logs voice notes into a Google Sheet with auto-generated summaries Option C: A mini dashboard that pulls from a public API (weather, crypto prices, GitHub repos, whatever) and displays something useful Send your code + Loom to: ----------

The Role You'll be building the actual software that runs our ventures — and learning how real software gets shipped in a live, fast-moving business environment. We don't have time for slow sprints. We have more ideas than hands. Dashboards our clients demand. Internal tools our teams stitch together in spreadsheets. Client-facing portals that need to exist. Snap & Prospect automation pipelines. And someone needs to make them real. What you'll actually do: Build real, shipped tools. CRM enrichment scripts, onboarding workflows, recruiter dashboards, automation glue between Gmail/Sheets/Telegram/Slack. You'll see your code running in production within weeks, not months. Own the full loop — Spec (usually from a Slack message or voice note), build, deploy, iterate. Treat AI as a co-builder, not a crutch — Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf — these are your tools. Send the raw code + a 2-minute Loom walkthrough. Don't polish it: just show us how you think. We are hiring NOW. The sooner you hit send, the sooner we start building.

We're a leadership and performance company in Australia. Our founder MichaelMojo is the leader of global Self Leadership. We need someone to turn that footage into short form videos and, help long form editing (testimonials etc.) at times. 30+ published pieces a week, and that is not 30 fresh edits. 9 or so new clips, six re-cuts with a fresh hook on something that already worked, some quote graphics from transcripts, the rest reformats. What matters most: a hook is what people hear, not text on the screen. Clips get assembled, not trimmed. Find the strongest line, lift it to the front as a cold open, let the setup follow. If your instinct is to start where the sentence starts, this is not for you. You will also keep our footage library transcribed, tagged and searchable, a few hours a week. Full time, Manila hours, and we are only a couple of hours ahead. You will report to our Head of Content / General Manager and work alongside an existing long form expert already in the time. You will get briefed properly. Nothing we publish can look AI generated. To apply, send three clips you cut from long form footage and tell us in a line why you chose each opening moment.

READ THIS FIRST Most jobs on this site are about tasks. This one is about people. Momentum is a habit-coaching service. Our members pay a monthly subscription for exactly one thing: a real human being who notices whether they did what they said they would do. Not an app. Not a chatbot. A person who reads their week and writes to them like they matter. We are hiring the people who do the noticing. If you are the person your friends message when things are hard, and you write kind, clear English, keep reading. WE ARE EARLY, AND THAT IS THE POINT We are a growing startup, not a big company with a call centre. You would be one of our first coaches. That means two honest things. First, the roster grows as we grow — new members arrive through campaigns our influencer partners are running, so your numbers build over the coming months rather than landing on day one. Second, the people who join at this stage are the people who shape how this works. Our best coaches become Trusted, then Senior, then Lead — mentoring a small group of coaches, carrying fewer members, and earning an override on every member in their group. Those roles will be filled from this intake. If you want a finished, fixed job with a fixed number on it, this is not that. If you want to be early in something and grow with it, it is. Have a look at mymomentum.coach before you apply — the method, the science and the FAQ pages. That is the actual product you would be delivering, and if it does not appeal to you, this job will not either. PART-TIME, AND GENUINELY SO Six to ten hours a week at a full roster, spread across the week rather than sat in one block. You choose your own hours inside one daily window (see TIMING below). Most of our coaches will be doing this alongside study, family, or other client work, and that is completely fine — it is designed to fit around a life rather than replace one. EXAMPLE OF A TUESDAY, START TO FINISH It is 4pm your time. You open your coaching desk. There is one queue. At the top: Grace has marked nothing for three days. The system already knows this matters, tells you why, explains what a good coach does here, and offers you five draft messages. You read her file first — at intake she wrote she wants to "walk 10,000 steps and sleep properly" — then make one of the drafts your own: short, warm, no lecture, asking what got in the way. Tap through to WhatsApp. Send. Mark it done. NEXT: Daniel's birthday is tomorrow. One line, no habit talk, no ask. Next: Priya has hit 7 of 7 days sealed for the first time. You name it specifically and attach nothing to it. Four more people are in your queue. Eleven are not, because the app already nudged them today and nothing has changed. You are done in forty minutes. The system does the watching, the sorting and the first draft. You do the judgement and the warmth. That is why this takes forty minutes and not four hours. THE REST OF THE WEEK EVERY SUNDAY (1-2 hours at a full roster) Read each member's whole week. Find the one true thing to celebrate and the one thing to gently address. Adjust their plan if it needs it — most weeks it does not. Write a short coach note. Send every member a warm, personal check-in. Every member, every week, without fail. WHEN SOMEONE NEW JOINS (60-90 minutes, once) Read their intake twice. Send a warm welcome the same day. Design three small, specific habits around their real week. Publish the plan and explain it on WhatsApp within 48 hours. TIMING: our members are in the UK, the US and elsewhere. You are matched to ONE region, so you keep one steady window rather than being on call around the clock. UK/Europe roster: be at your desk once between 3pm and 8pm Philippine time (their morning). US roster: once between 8am and 12pm Philippine time (their evening), or 9pm and midnight (their morning). Tell us in the task which of those you could genuinely hold. You do not need to be available at 3am, and we do not want you to be. Anything urgent outside your window goes to a monitored escalation inbox covering your members' hours, not to you. WHAT YOU NEVER DO Never mark a member's day for them. That belongs to them alone. Never shame a missed day. A miss is information, not a crime. Never pretend to be a therapist, doctor or crisis service. When something is bigger than habits you say so kindly and escalate the same day. Never put a member's information into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other AI tool. Not to draft, not to summarise, not ever. Your lead reads your messages, and flat, templated writing is obvious. This is a firing matter. Never repeat what a member told you. Confidentiality is absolute. TRAINING, AND SKILLS YOU KEEP Full training is provided. You work through our coach training programme — assessed modules covering the method, the voice, habit design, the rules that d ---------- when a coach speaks up, the weekly check-in, and where a coach's job ends. You need 80% to pass each module, with unlimited retakes, and you finish with a certification. Then a practice fortnight. For your first two weeks you are paired with the other new coaches and you coach each other for real: you design their habits, they design yours, you both log honestly every day and run a proper weekly check-in. Nobody touches a real member until that fortnight is done. It is the fastest way to learn the job, and it means the first person you write to as a coach is someone who can tell you exactly how it landed. Training and the practice fortnight are unpaid. You are paid from your first real member. What you take away, whatever happens next: behaviour-change coaching, written client communication, difficult conversations, knowing where a duty of care ends and when to escalate. Those transfer to almost any client-facing role, and very few remote jobs on this site teach them. The unusual part: every Momentum coach stays a Momentum member. You keep running your own habits on the same dashboard, logged honestly, coached by your lead exactly as your members are coached by you. We do not prescribe anything we do not live. PAY $10 USD per member, per month. 5 members = $50. 10 = $100. 15 = $150. 20 = $200. (You can earn more than $200 if you become a Lead Coach or based on your performance and reviews we feel you can handle more capacity without compromising quality) Paid monthly by mobile payment (GCash) on the 1st, for the month before. Member cancels mid-month? You are paid the full month for them. Joins mid-month? Same. It evens out. You are paid from your first real member. Training and the practice fortnight are unpaid. Your roster grows as members arrive from partner campaigns. We add to it as fast as you can hold people well. If you need to leave, we ask for two weeks' notice so we can move your members properly. Disappearing on people who trusted you is the one thing we cannot forgive. WHAT YOU NEED A laptop or desktop computer. The coaching desk is not a phone tool. A smartphone with WhatsApp that you actually use daily. Fast, reliable internet. You will send us a speed test screenshot with your task. Excellent written English that sounds like a person. The single most important requirement, and not the same as perfect grammar. Warm, plain, short sentences. If you write "kindly ensure compliance", this is not for you. If you write "let's not let it become three days, what got in the way?", it might be. Genuine care. You will hear about drinking, debt, weight, grief and failure. You must receive that with total calm and zero judgement, every time. Reliability. A member left in silence quits. Sunday cannot be optional. Judgement. Half this job is knowing when to say nothing. Discretion. Nothing a member tells you ever leaves the system. No psychology degree, coaching certification or technical skill required. Backgrounds that transfer well: customer support, community management, teaching, nursing, care, counselling. Not for you if you want to run this on AI, are juggling five other clients who will make Sunday slip, or find other people's setbacks irritating. *IMPORTANT* PAID SCREENING TASK — REQUIRED!!! Applications without it will not be read. About 20 minutes. We pay $1 USD for a properly completed task — every part answered, in your own words — to the first 60 submissions, hired or not. Follow the instructions exactly. That is half of what we are testing. Put the word SEALED as the first line of your document, and on the line under it write the region window you are applying for: UK/EUROPE or US. PART 1 — Did you read this advert? (4 mins) Answer in one short line each. The answers are all above. 1. How much do you earn per member, per month? 2. What is the one thing you must never put a member's information into? 3. How much notice do we ask for if you leave? 4. How many days in a row without a mark does it take before Grace appears at the top of the queue? 5. What are the two things the system does for you, and the two things you do yourself? PART 2 — Judgement (6 mins) Choose A, B or C for each, then give ONE sentence saying why. The reason matters more to us than the letter. Scenario 1. A member has kept every habit for 21 days straight and says nothing to you all week. A) Message them to celebrate the 21 days. B) Say nothing — they are doing fine and do not need interrupting. C) Message them to suggest adding a harder habit while they have momentum. Scenario 2. A member missed one day yesterday. Before that, three solid weeks. A) Check in today so it does not become a pattern. B) Leave it. One miss is normal. C) Ask them to explain what happened. Scenario 3. A member has marked nothing at all for four days. They were doing well before that. A) Wait a few more days — chasing people pushes them away. B) Message today, warmly, with no lecture. C) Message asking why they have stopped and reminding them what they are paying for. PART 3 — Think for yourself (5 mins) Answer both, in 3-4 sentences each.
