Amazon Virtual Account Manager – German Market Support

About Us:

We are a fast-growing marketing agency from Germany, managing and optimizing Amazon accounts for well-known brands across Europe. Our team is young, dynamic, and passionate about delivering results. As we expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Remote Amazon Account Manager to support our German-based Account Managers in handling client accounts.

Job Description:

You will work closely with our German Account Managers to help manage and grow Amazon Seller Central accounts. While our team in Germany handles direct client communication, your role will be more execution-focused – making sure all operational tasks on Amazon run smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and updating product listings (titles, bullet points, backend keywords)
• Uploading images and A+ content
• Communicating with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues
• Monitoring account health, stock levels, and resolving any account-related problems
• Assisting in daily account checks and routine maintenance
• Acting as the right hand of our German Account Managers

Training:

You’ll receive in-depth onboarding and documentation from our team to help you get familiar with our workflows, tools, and expectations. You'll be fully integrated into our team and supported throughout.

Trial Period:

The first week is a paid trial. You'll complete our training and a test task. If the quality and communication meet our standards, we’ll move forward with a long-term working relationship.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Ability to follow clear SOPs and work independently
• Comfortable communicating with Amazon Support in English
• Looking for full-time work (40 hours/week) and a long-term role (1+ years)
