We're a leadership and performance company in Australia. Our founder MichaelMojo is the leader of global Self Leadership. We need someone to turn that footage into short form videos and, help long form editing (testimonials etc.) at times.

• 30+ published pieces a week, and that is not 30 fresh edits.
• 9 or so new clips, six re-cuts with a fresh hook on something that already worked, some quote graphics from transcripts, the rest reformats.

What matters most: a hook is what people hear, not text on the screen.
Clips get assembled, not trimmed.
Find the strongest line, lift it to the front as a cold open, let the setup follow.
If your instinct is to start where the sentence starts, this is not for you.

You will also keep our footage library transcribed, tagged and searchable, a few hours a week. Full time, Manila hours, and we are only a couple of hours ahead.
You will report to our Head of Content / General Manager and work alongside an existing long form expert already in the time. You will get briefed properly. Nothing we publish can look AI generated.
