Hi there! I run a small communications consultancy working with corporate and consumer brands, and I’m looking for an experienced PR & Communications Executive to work alongside me across client projects. This is a hands-on role covering communications, content and project management. I’m looking for someone who already has PR or communications experience, ideally within an agency or in-house communications team, so this isn’t a role where I’ll be teaching the basics from scratch. You don’t need to be senior, but you do need to understand the work. If I give you a client brief, background documents or even a slightly chaotic set of notes, I’d like you to be able to make sense of them, do the research, ask the right questions and get a strong first draft moving. Working hours: 2–10 PM Manila time, Monday–Friday You’ll need to be consistently available during these hours as you’ll be working alongside me on active client projects. What You’ll Help Me With PR & Content Drafting press releases, LinkedIn posts, internal communications, articles and other content Researching topics, companies, industries, media and potential story angles Turning briefs, notes and background materials into strong first drafts Proofreading and editing content Preparing briefing documents and other communications materials Supporting media relations activity and coordinating with external partners where needed Project Management Keeping track of multiple client projects, deadlines and deliverables Maintaining project trackers and content calendars Following up on outstanding actions, feedback and approvals Keeping briefs, files and working documents organised Helping coordinate designers, suppliers and other partners Spotting what needs to happen next and helping keep projects moving Presentations & General Support Creating and polishing PowerPoint and Canva presentations Supporting research and new-business proposals Helping prepare reports, meeting notes and other client materials General communications and project support when needed You’ll Do Well in This Role If You: Have at least 2 years of hands-on PR, communications, content or agency experience Have excellent written and spoken English Can write clear, natural copy and adapt your writing for different audiences Understand how press releases, corporate communications and social content work Are highly organised and comfortable managing several deadlines at once Have strong attention to detail Can work independently and use good judgement Ask questions when something isn’t clear Take initiative rather than waiting to be told every individual step Are reliable and follow through on what you say you’ll do You should also be comfortable using AI tools. I use them myself, so I have no problem with AI being part of your workflow. But I do need someone who can think, research, write and edit independently rather than simply submitting AI-generated copy. Bonus Points PR agency experience Corporate communications experience Experience working with international brands Media relations experience Strong PowerPoint or Canva skills Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects What You Can Expect Direct and supportive collaboration Interesting work across different clients and industries The opportunity to take on more ownership as we build trust Steady, long-term work with room to grow Competitive pay based on experience I’m hoping to find someone who can become a genuine long-term support to the business. Over time, I’d like to be able to hand over increasingly substantial pieces of work and trust you to get them moving. How to Apply Please send: A short introduction telling me about your PR/communications experience Your CV or LinkedIn profile 2–3 examples of content you have personally written, ideally including a press release or corporate communications piece Your expected monthly salary in USD Confirmation that you can consistently work 2–10 PM Manila time, Monday–Friday Please use this exact subject line: “Green + [your expected monthly salary in USD] + [Your Name]” Example: “Green + $500 + Ana Dela Cruz” And finally, tell me briefly about a time you were given an unclear or incomplete communications brief. How did you approach it and what did you do next? Please write this part in your own words. I’m much more interested in how you think than in a perfectly polished answer.

THIS IS NOT A BASIC "DO WHATEVER I SEND YOU" VA JOB. The $2 Bill Brand helps entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and experts become the recognized authority in their industry. Our founder, Brad Holcman, is building a business around a simple but powerful idea: Do not be the best. Be the ONLY. Brad has a lot of ideas, opportunities, commitments, projects, and responsibilities moving at once. He needs someone who is naturally organized and genuinely enjoys turning a messy stream of tasks, voice notes, meetings, and reminders into a calm, visible plan. You will work directly with Brad as his Executive Assistant and Founder Support VA. Your job is to help make sure important business and personal commitments do not disappear, priorities are clear, follow-ups happen, the calendar supports what matters, and Brad knows what deserves his attention today. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who is hungry to learn, takes ownership, communicates clearly, and wants to become an indispensable right hand over time. THE BASICS Type of work: Full time, 40 hours per week Pay: $500 USD per month Start date: As soon as the right person is found Location: Philippines English level: Fluent / Advanced Experience level: Intermediate to Advanced Schedule: Full-time remote. Required weekday overlap of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. Remaining hours are flexible around agreed deliverables. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Run the founder's daily operating system You will collect tasks and ideas from messages, meetings, voice notes, email , and conversations. You will put them into one organized task system, clarify deadlines and next actions, and keep a close eye on what is due, stuck, or forgotten. Each workday, you will prepare a short founder brief with the day's highest priorities, calendar, deadlines, follow-ups, and decisions needed. At the end of the day, you will close loops and prepare the next day so nothing important is lost. 2. Protect the calendar and inbox You will help organize Brad's Google Calendar, schedule and reschedule meetings, add preparation details, protect focused work time, avoid conflicts, and make sure important meetings have the right information attached. You will help organize email and messages under agreed rules. You will flag urgent items, draft simple replies when appropriate, track waiting-on responses, and make sure people are not left without an answer. You will never send sensitive communications or make commitments without clear approval rules. 3. Keep business projects and follow-ups moving You will track important priorities across our content, marketing, coaching, client, and team work. You will follow up with people, maintain simple status views, convert meeting notes into next actions, and alert Brad early when something needs a decision or is at risk of slipping. You are not expected to do every specialized job in the company. Your responsibility is to make sure requests, deadlines, and decisions do not get lost. 4. Support approved personal logistics With clear privacy boundaries, you may help research and coordinate personal appointments, travel options, family-calendar reminders, gifting, reservations, orders and returns, and other practical logistics that protect Brad's time. You will always ask before making purchases, sharing sensitive information, or doing anything outside pre-approved rules. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 30 days: You create one clean task/follow-up system, learn Brad's preferences, establish the daily brief, improve calendar habits, and begin reliably capturing actions from meetings and messages. Days 31-60: You run a consistent weekly priority review, keep a forward-looking calendar view, track key projects, and proactively close routine communication loops. Days 61-90: Brad trusts the system. He knows his priorities, important commitments are anticipated, and business and personal logistics are more organized with fewer reminders coming from him. WHO WILL DO WELL HERE You have at least one year of meaningful administrative, executive-support, operations-support, or project-coordination experience. You may have supported a founder, manager, small business owner, agency owner, or executive. You do not need to have been a Chief of Staff. But you must be able to explain the system you personally used to stay organized. You have excellent written and spoken English. You are highly reliable, calm under pressure, discreet, detail-oriented, comfortable using Google Workspace, and not afraid to ask a clear question when the next step is ambiguous. Experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello, Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, travel research, and AI productivity tools is helpful. Strong judgment, follow-through, and communication matter more than knowing every tool. SKILLS THAT MATTER FOR THIS ROLE Executive assistance, administrative support, calendar management, email management, task management, project coordination, personal assistance, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Gmail, meeting management, online research, documentation, written English, problem solving, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, travel planning, AI productivity tools. THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF Do not apply if you want a passive role where you simply wait for a written list of tasks. Do not apply if you cannot reliably work the required Eastern-Time overlap, have unstable internet without a backup plan, or are uncomfortable handling confidential business and personal information with maturity. We are not looking for someone to be on call 24/7, perform every specialized function in the company, or make financial or personal decisions without approval. We are looking for a proactive, reliable assistant who wants to grow into a true right-hand support role. HOW TO APPLY Start your application with this exact phrase: I am the Operating System. Applications without that phrase will not be considered. Please include ALL of the following: 1. Your resume or OnlineJobs profile and a short explanation of whom you supported in your most relevant role. 2. A two-minute Loom or video introduction. Tell us about the messiest workload you had to organize and the system you used. 3. In 250 words or fewer, answer this question: A founder sends scattered voice notes, three meeting requests, two personal reminders, and five urgent-looking email s. What do you do first, and what does your end-of-day update look like? 4. A redacted example of a tracker, agenda, calendar-preparation template, daily plan, or follow-up system you created. Never share confidential prior-employer information. 5. Your availability in Philippines Time, confirmation of the Eastern-Time overlap, internet backup plan, and expected monthly pay. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid US$20 practical exercise involving a fictional task dump and calendar. We will evaluate how you prioritize, ask questions, organize follow-ups, and communicate, not how fancy your design is. WHY JOIN US You will work directly with a founder who cares about growth, creativity, and building something that stands out. This is an opportunity to become a trusted part of a small, ambitious business and grow in responsibility as you prove yourself.

WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER SOCIAL-MEDIA POSTER. We need the person who knows what we should test next. The $2 Bill Brand helps entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and experts become impossible to compare by becoming the ONLY choice in their space. Our founder, Brad Holcman, brings a Hollywood-trained storytelling and positioning perspective to personal brands and businesses. We already have a team member who can produce and distribute content, and a GoHighLevel technical specialist who can build pages, funnels, automations, and related assets. What we need now is a sharp, hands-on marketing strategist who can connect the dots between our offers, content, paid advertising, lead magnets, email list, funnels, and actual results. This is a fractional strategy and performance role. At 10 hours per week, your job is to create clarity, prioritize the highest-leverage actions, manage or improve a limited number of important marketing tests, and direct our existing execution support. THE BASICS Type of work: Part time, 10 hours per week Pay: $500 USD per month Start date: As soon as the right person is found Location: Philippines English level: Fluent / Advanced Experience level: Expert. Four or more years hands-on. Schedule: 10 hours weekly, including one weekly strategy call and one weekly execution and measurement call during mutually agreed U.S. Eastern-Time hours. Remaining hours are flexible. WHAT YOU WILL OWN 1. One clear growth plan and scorecard You will audit our existing channels and customer journey, identify the largest growth constraints, and create a practical 90-day plan. You will define what we should measure, where the data is unreliable, what needs to be fixed first, and what we should stop wasting time on. Each week, you will provide a simple scorecard showing the most relevant information available: content performance, paid-media activity and spend, traffic, lead generation, funnel conversion signals, email and list growth, and the next action we are taking. You will explain what changed and why in plain English. 2. Paid-media strategy and focused optimization You have hands-on Meta Ads experience and understand campaign structure, audiences, retargeting, creative testing, landing-page alignment, budget pacing, Meta Pixel and Conversions API concepts, and conversion-event quality. You will not be expected to run unlimited campaigns or manage large budgets from day one. You will help us d ---------- what one or two paid-growth efforts are worth testing, set up or review the strategy, identify the right measurement, optimize what is live, and tell the team what should happen next. 3. Organic content and social-media strategy You will build a strategic view of our founder-led content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and email . You will recommend content pillars, formats, calls to action, distribution priorities, and posting rhythm based on the goal of each piece of content. Our content VA handles most publishing and distribution. You will supply the why: whom we are speaking to, what message we need to test, which format and channel makes sense, what call to action belongs with it, and what signal tells us it worked. 4. Email list, lead magnets, and funnel strategy You will recommend the highest-leverage ways to grow the email list, improve lead magnets, strengthen welcome and nurture sequences, and move people from content or ads into the right next step. You will create clear briefs for our GoHighLevel technical specialist. You are not expected to personally build every page or automation at this budget. You are expected to know what should be built, why, and how success should be measured. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 30 days: A concise audit, a measurement and tracking checklist, a 90-day priority plan, a first scorecard, one lead-magnet or funnel recommendation, and a focused paid and organic test plan. Days 31-60: Weekly scorecards, clearer content priorities, one or two well-defined paid or funnel tests, and implementation briefs that the team can execute. Days 61-90: A documented learning system. What is working, what is not, what should be scaled or stopped, and the next most valuable test. WHO WILL DO WELL HERE You have at least four years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, paid social, performance marketing, funnel strategy, email marketing, or a closely related role. Four years is the floor, not a suggestion. If you have two, this is not your role yet. You have personally worked in Meta Ads Manager and can show that you understand more than posting boosts or reporting likes. You understand how content, ads, lead magnets, landing pages, forms, CRM handoffs, email sequences, and tracking should work together. You have used GoHighLevel, ---------- , HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Webflow, or comparable tools. You know how to use Google Analytics and UTM tags, and you recognize when the data is insufficient to make a confident optimization decision. You write excellent English, are commercially minded, bring recommendations rather than vague opinions, and can coordinate with a small team without turning strategy into a complicated document no one uses. SKILLS THAT MATTER FOR THIS ROLE Growth marketing, marketing strategy, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, paid social, social media strategy, content strategy, email marketing, lead generation, funnel strategy, GoHighLevel, CRM, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, retargeting, A/B testing, copywriting. THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF Do not apply if your experience is only scheduling social-media posts or designing Canva graphics. We already have publishing support. Do not apply if you expect to be paid to make a generic strategy deck and then disappear. We need someone who will help turn the strategy into a weekly operating rhythm. At 10 hours per week, this is also not a request for you to edit every video, create every design, publish daily across every channel, build all technical funnels, write every email , or manage an unlimited number of ad campaigns. The scope is strategic direction, focused performance work, and excellent coordination with our existing execution team. HOW TO APPLY Start your application with this exact phrase: ONLY growth is measurable. Applications without that phrase will not be considered. Please include ALL of the following: 1. Your resume or OnlineJobs profile and a clear statement of your actual role in each campaign or client result. 2. A two-to-three-minute Loom or video introduction explaining one paid campaign, funnel, or email -growth project you personally improved. 3. One short case study that states the starting problem, your actions, the spend range if paid media was involved, the tracking approach, the result, and what you learned. Anonymized screenshots are welcome. Do not disclose confidential client information. 4. Your answer: What is the largest monthly Meta Ads budget you have personally managed, and what conversion event did you optimize for? 5. In 250 words or fewer, visit ---------- and share one audience, offer, content, or funnel hypothesis you would test first. This is how we evaluate your thinking. 6. Your hourly rate, confirmation you can work 10 hours weekly with two Eastern-Time calls, the CRM, funnel, and email tools you have used hands-on, and two references. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid US$30 practical exercise. We will provide a fictional campaign snapshot and a short funnel description. In 45 minutes, you will tell us what data you need, what you would investigate first, what two tests you would prioritize, and how you would measure the outcome. WHY JOIN US You will have real influence on the growth of a distinctive founder-led brand, but you will not be expected to do everything alone. You will work directly with Brad and coordinate with the content and GoHighLevel execution team. If you prove you can create measurable progress, this role can expand over time.

Head of Operations – Dubai Holiday Homes Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Dubai holiday-home business. This is a senior, hands-on operational role for someone who has already worked in Dubai's holiday-home industry and understands what it takes to run a short-term rental portfolio in practice. We are not looking for a VA, assistant, coordinator or someone who simply follows instructions. We are looking for someone who can take over the operational function, manage the people and resources available to them, make decisions independently, solve problems and continuously improve the way the business operates. The ideal candidate should be able to take the operation and say: "I'll handle it." About the Role You will be responsible for the complete operational side of the business. This means overseeing everything required to keep our properties running smoothly and ensuring that guests receive a good experience. You will work with our existing on-ground team, cleaners, technicians, managers and vendors, but you will also be expected to build additional resources whenever required. You will have the authority to make routine operational decisions and will be expected to use good judgment rather than waiting for approval for every small matter. The owner should not have to become involved in routine operational problems. If something needs to be done, you are expected to make sure it gets done. Your Responsibilities 1. Overall Operations You will have overall responsibility for the operational performance of the portfolio. This includes: Managing the day-to-day operation of all properties Making sure properties are ready for every check-in Managing check-outs and turnovers Coordinating cleaners and maintenance Managing the on-ground team Monitoring operational issues across properties Following up on outstanding tasks Handling urgent situations Managing vendors and contractors Ensuring operational standards are maintained Identifying problems before they become major issues Improving operational processes and procedures You should have a clear understanding at any given time of: What needs to be done, who is doing it, when it will be completed and whether it has actually been completed properly. 2. Housekeeping & Cleaning You will take responsibility for the housekeeping operation. This includes: Scheduling cleaners according to check-ins and check-outs Ensuring every property is cleaned on time Checking cleaning quality Handling cleaning complaints Organizing deep cleaning Managing cleaner performance Building a reliable pool of backup cleaners Managing linen and towel requirements Coordinating laundry Ensuring cleaning supplies are available Conducting quality-control checks Replacing cleaners who consistently underperform If we suddenly have more bookings and don't have enough cleaners, you are expected to solve the problem. For example, you may need to: Search Dubai cleaning groups on Facebook Contact individual cleaners Speak to cleaning companies Interview or screen cleaners Negotiate rates Arrange trial cleanings Build a backup pool You should not simply tell management: "We don't have enough cleaners." You should come back with: "I've found three additional cleaners and arranged their trial shifts." 3. Maintenance & Repairs You will oversee the entire maintenance function. This includes: AC issues Plumbing Electrical problems Appliances TVs and electronics Internet/Wi-Fi issues Furniture Locks and access systems Painting General handyman work Emergency repairs Preventive maintenance We have in-house technical resources, but you are not limited to them. If our technician cannot solve a problem, you are expected to find someone who can. For example, if an in-house technician cannot repair a television: You should be able to identify the problem, search for suitable Dubai vendors, contact them, compare availability and pricing, arrange the repair and follow up until the issue is resolved. The same applies to any other specialist service. If we don't currently have a suitable vendor, you find one. 4. Building & Managing Vendors A strong Operations Head should continuously build a reliable network of vendors. You will be expected to develop relationships with vendors for services such as: AC specialists Plumbers Electricians TV/electronics repair Appliance repair Locksmiths Pest control Painters Handymen Furniture repair Cleaning companies Laundry companies Emergency contractors Other specialist services You can source vendors through: Google Facebook groups Local business networks Recommendations Existing contacts Vendor referrals Other suitable channels You should also maintain information about reliable vendors, pricing, response times and quality. If a vendor repeatedly performs poorly, replace them. 5. Guest Support & Escalations You will not be expected to personally answer every routine guest message. However, when a guest has a serious or complicated operational issue, you are expected to take ownership. This may involve calling the guest directly. Examples include: Guest cannot access the property AC has stopped working Property has a serious maintenance problem Cleaning was not completed properly Guest is missing an essential item Guest has an urgent complaint A technician needs to be sent immediately A problem is not being resolved by the normal team You should be comfortable speaking directly with guests, understanding the problem, coordinating the appropriate resources and following the issue through to resolution. The objective is not simply to respond to the guest. The objective is to solve the problem. 6. On-Ground Team Management You will manage and coordinate the operational resources available to the business. This may include: Cleaners Technicians Property managers Inspectors Maintenance staff Laundry resources External contractors Other support staff You will be responsible for d ---------- how resources are deployed. For example: A property has a maintenance issue at 12 PM and another property has a turnover at 1 PM. You should be able to assess the situation, d ---------- which resource should go where, arrange the required support and make sure both issues are handled. You should not need management to coordinate every operational movement. 7. Procurement & Operational Purchases You will be responsible for ensuring the business has the supplies and equipment it needs. This can include: Cleaning supplies Towels Bed linen Toiletries Kitchen supplies Maintenance materials Replacement items Small appliances Property consumables Other operational requirements You will have access to company resources for legitimate operational purchases, subject to company policies and accounting procedures. If you notice that stock is running low, you should order it before it becomes an emergency. We want someone who thinks ahead rather than waiting until something is completely finished. 8. Property Inspections & Quality Control You will be responsible for maintaining standards across the portfolio. This includes ensuring: Properties are properly cleaned Furniture is in good condition Appliances are working AC is functioning properly Bathrooms and kitchens are maintained Linen is available and in good condition Consumables are stocked Maintenance issues are identified Properties are ready before guest arrival You should establish proper inspection and quality-control procedures rather than relying entirely on guest complaints to discover problems. 9. Preventive Maintenance We don't want an operation where we only repair things after guests complain. You will be expected to identify recurring problems and introduce preventive measures. For example: If an AC repeatedly develops an issue, you should investigate why. If the same appliance repeatedly fails, you should determine whether it needs replacement. If a particular property consistently has plumbing issues, you should investigate the underlying cause. The goal is to reduce recurring problems and emergency call-outs. 10. Recruitment & Building the Team As the business grows, you will be responsible for identifying operational staffing requirements. If we need more: Cleaners Technicians Handymen Inspectors Property staff Other operational resources you should be capable of finding and screening suitable people. You may use Facebook groups, referrals, recruitment platforms, agencies, local networks and other appropriate channels. You will also be expected to identify underperforming staff and make recommendations regarding replacement, training or restructuring. 11. SOPs & Operational Systems You will be expected to improve the way the company operates. This includes developing and maintaining SOPs for areas such as: Check-in preparation Check-out procedures Cleaning Inspections Maintenance Emergency situations Guest complaints Inventory Laundry Vendor management Staff responsibilities Property readiness If a process repeatedly creates problems, you should identify the reason and improve the process. Strategy Manager — Research & Marketing Strategy Remote — Philippines | Full-Time About the Role If you are the person who reads three sources when one would do—and cannot let a “because that's how it works in this industry” go unchecked, this role may be for you. Rohring Results is a US-based marketing agency providing SEO, Google & Meta Ads, social media, content, creative, email marketing, and web development for clients across multiple industries. We are hiring a Strategy Manager to own the strategic direction behind our client work. This is not a single-channel marketing role. You will connect research, positioning, SEO, paid advertising, social media, content, email , creative, and web strategy into one coherent plan. More importantly: This is a research job with a strategy title. Your job is to find out what is actually true about a market, a buyer, a competitive landscape, and a client's position—and then determine what the client should do about it. When the research is strong, everything downstream becomes stronger. When the research is shallow, every channel can end up confidently solving the wrong problem. What You'll Actually Do 1. Lead Client Strategy You will own the strategy for new clients, including: Developing the overall marketing strategy and direction Connecting multiple channels into one integrated plan Identifying the client's biggest growth opportunities Determining what should be prioritized and why Translating research into clear strategic recommendations Making sure SEO, paid, social, content, email , creative, and web efforts work toward the same objectives 2. Conduct Deep Marketing Research You will personally conduct or direct research involving: Buyer and audience research Customer personas Competitive analysis Industry and market research Brand positioning Audience research for paid campaigns Competitor messaging and offer analysis Market trends and opportunities We are looking for someone who actually does the research, not someone who simply delegates it. You should be able to take a research project, explain your methodology, show your sources, challenge your assumptions, and explain how you determined that your conclusions were reliable. 3. Build Brand Foundations Many of our clients do not have clearly defined brand guidelines or positioning. You will help establish: Brand positioning Differentiation Target audience Brand voice Key messaging Value propositions Messaging angles Our copywriters and designers will use these strategic foundations to create the actual deliverables. You don't need to be the person writing every headline. You need to know which headline should exist and why. 4. Review and Approve Content & Creative You will have real strategic authority over work before it reaches the client. You will: Review content and creative deliverables Identify when something does not align with strategy Give clear and actionable feedback Approve or reject work before client delivery Explain *why* something needs to change Ensure the final output reflects the research and strategy You should be comfortable telling someone, including someone who does not report to you, that their work is not ready—and giving them enough direction to fix it. 5. Direct Email Campaign Strategy You will determine: Target audience Campaign objective Offer Messaging angle Sequence Call to action Our copywriter will write the email s. You provide the strategic brief and approve the final work. 6. Analyze Client Performance You will produce and review client performance reports using AI-assisted tools. But generating a report is only the beginning. You will need to determine: What actually happened? Why did it happen? Which numbers matter? Which numbers are misleading? What changed from the previous period? What should we do next? Does the data actually support the story the report is telling? We need someone who can question the report, not just format it. --- AI Is a Major Part of This Role Every agency says it uses AI. Here's what we actually mean. Our teams already use AI to draft, research, brainstorm, and refine work. That is not what makes this position different. Your job is to be exceptionally good at getting reliable information out of AI tools—and knowing when the information is wrong. You will be expected to: Frame research questions that produce specific, useful answers rather than generic summaries Build effective prompts and research workflows Iterate instead of accepting the first response Cross-check AI-generated information Identify unsupported claims and hallucinations Understand what an AI model can and cannot reliably know Know when AI should not be used Use primary sources, customer reviews, forums, sales calls, interviews, analytics, and other sources when appropriate Turn research into documented, reusable strategic resources Anyone can get an answer from AI. We need someone who can determine whether the answer is actually true. During the hiring process, we may assess this skill directly. If you can describe a time when an AI tool gave you an answer that *looked correct but wasn't*—and explain how you caught it—we want to hear about it. --- What You'll Own Overall marketing strategy for new clients Integrated multi-channel strategy Market and industry research Buyer and audience research Competitive analysis Brand positioning and differentiation Customer personas Paid advertising audience strategy Content and creative direction Content and creative approval Email campaign strategy Client performance reporting Strategic recommendations based on performance data Ongoing independent research Documentation of research methods and strategic frameworks Dedicated Research Time A portion of every week will be protected for research that is not tied to a specific client. This is intentional. We want someone who actively studies markets, competitors, technology, consumer behavior, marketing trends, and emerging opportunities. Nobody will necessarily be waiting for the output. That's the point. You need to be the kind of person who can take unstructured time and turn it into something valuable. --- What We're Looking For Required Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy Experience You have experience setting direction across multiple channels, ideally including: SEO Google Ads Meta Ads Social Media Content Marketing Email Marketing Brand Strategy We are not looking for someone who specializes in one channel and simply coordinates the others. Strong Research Experience You have personally conducted work such as: Market research Competitive analysis Customer research Personas Brand positioning Audience research Industry analysis Be prepared to walk us through a real project in detail. Genuine Curiosity One of the strongest indicators of success in this role is curiosity. We want someone who has gone deep into a subject simply because they wanted to understand it. It does not have to be marketing. Strong AI Research Skills You understand AI as a research and reasoning instrument, not simply a faster way to write. You should be comfortable: Prompting Iterating Fact-checking Comparing sources Challenging AI outputs Building repeatable AI research workflows We may assess this skill live. Strong Critical Thinking You naturally ask: *How do we know this?* *What is the source?* *What assumption are we making?* *What would prove this wrong?* *Is there another explanation?* *What information are we missing?* Comfortable Giving Direct Feedback You will have authority over work produced by other team members. You need to be comfortable saying: “This isn't right yet.” More importantly, you need to explain exactly what needs to change and why. Self-Directed Some of the most important work in this position will not come with a deadline. You need to be able to identify valuable work, prioritize it, and execute without someone constantly telling you what to do next. Communication Excellent written English Strong analytical communication Comfortable working with US-based clients and colleagues Able to explain complex strategic ideas clearly Comfortable participating in client-facing discussions --- Nice to Have Experience with: Digital marketing agencies Google Ads Meta Ads Paid audience and targeting strategy Google Search Console GA4 SEO platforms and analytics Marketing dashboards and reporting Competitive intelligence Brand strategy Marketing automation AI research workflows Creating documented processes that another person can follow --- What This Job Is NOT This may not be the right role if you are primarily looking for: A content writing position An SEO specialist position A paid ads specialist position A social media manager position A role where someone else provides the strategy A position where you simply execute instructions A job where AI is used primarily to generate content faster Our copywriters write. Our designers design. Our specialists execute. You determine what should be done, why it should be done, who it should reach, and how we know it is working. --- About the Working Environment This is a senior individual contributor position There are no direct reports, but the role comes with real strategic authority. For example, you might spot that a candidate's experience is a strong match for a live vacancy even though their CV doesn't use the exact same wording, and know to shortlist them and explain why. You will receive full training on our systems and processes, but over time we want you to develop your own judgement and become excellent at identifying high-quality candidates. Why Join Us? You will be joining a friendly and ambitious UK team where your work directly contributes to the growth of the company. We work hard, move quickly and enjoy setting ambitious targets.
