Social Media VA

We're a US-based team looking for a sharp, extremely-online social media VA to join us full-time. You'll be managing multiple social media accounts end to end. Your job will be preparing and posting content with AI, writing captions, and maintaining a consistent schedule and routine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage and post to multiple social accounts across varying sectors. Starting on, this will be the brunt of the work
• Generate and edit images with AI tools, write captions that fit each account's voice
• Catch problems before they ship. This could be issues with a background, a typo, something out of character, etc.
• Attention to detail and reliability are the most important things we're looking for.

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:

• You've managed social media accounts before: for clients, a small business, or even just grown your own.
• You're familiar with AI tools: image generators, ChatGPT-style assistants, whatever gets the job done.
• You're very online and understand American internet culture: what's funny, what's dated, what reads as native
• Your written English is strong and natural and not out of a textbook.
• You have strong ownership and agency. When something is unclear you ask clarifying questions and figure things out.
• You will encounter a question called "Why are you a good fit for this job?". The answer is the emoji at the top of the Tally application form. Do not submit anything there besides that emoji.

PAY & GROWTH: $2.50/hr during a one-month paid trial → $3.00/hr after (~$500/mo full-time), with reviews and raises afterwards based on output. We are eager to reward intelligent high performers.
