About the Role
We're hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of named client relationships, sitting at the center of everything between the dealership and our internal production teams (SEO, Web Development, Content, QA, and Design).

The goal of this role isn't just keeping clients around, it's moving them from "satisfied" to genuinely impressed with how they're taken care of.

What You Bring:
Core Strengths
→ Strong written and verbal communicator who can hold their own in daily client calls
→ Sharp attention to detail, nothing slips through on your watch → Naturally good with people, at ease leading conversations over phone, email , or video
→ Reliable follow-through, you close loops without being chased
→ Solid project management instincts across multiple moving accounts
→ Self-managed with strong time management and accountability
→ Curious and coachable, quick to pick up new tools and workflows

Communication
→ Can break down a technical or data-heavy topic into something a non-marketer immediately understands
→ Comfortable communicating both the strategy and the "why" behind traditional and digital marketing tactics
→ Works through problems methodically, using data and evidence rather than guesswork, to land on accurate answers

Technical Comfort
→ Confident working in Google Drive, especially Docs and Sheets
→ Familiar navigating major ad platforms such as Google, Bing, and Facebook
→ Comfortable running and joining meetings on Zoom or similar platforms

Analytical Ability
→ Uses ROI as a real decision-making lens, not just a reporting metric
→ Can read performance data and translate it into a clear next action

What You'll Own
→ Full retention responsibility for your accounts, from campaign setup review to ongoing management and day-to-day service
→ Monitoring and analyzing live marketing campaigns to keep performance aligned with what clients expect
→ Building genuine rapport with clients through consistent, timely communication that keeps trust high
→ Verifying that endorsed client requests were actually completed correctly before marking them closed
→ Running audits (site, campaign, or content) to catch problems before the client ever sees them
→ Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, keeping expectations, timelines, and deliverables aligned on both sides → Juggling multiple client accounts at once, prioritizing based on what's urgent versus what's important
→ Flagging at-risk accounts early, with context and a recommended path forward

Client Education & Performance

→ Walking clients through their campaign performance in a way that actually lands
→ Explaining results and ROI clearly, without jargon
→ Making sure every performance conversation leaves the client with a clear picture of where things stand

Qualifications

→ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or English preferred, not required
→ 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR, sales, customer service, or a related client-facing field
→ Automotive dealership industry experience is a strong plus, though not required
→ Stable internet connection and a proper home office setup for remote work
