GTM Engineer

High Point International Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to build a fully automated, signal-based ABM pipeline that turns ICP job changes into warm, high-converting outreach without founder dependency.

Mission

Solve cold-outreach inefficiencies by engineering a technical, multi-channel GTM system that detects key prospect signals, automates targeted pre-outreach warming, and triggers personalized email sequences—delivering a predictable stream of recognized, high-intent SaaS leads.

What You'll Do

• Design and build an automated pipeline using workflow/automation tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier/Make, PhantomBuster, Instantly) to track ICP job-change signals.

• Integrate pre-outreach warming mechanisms across ad platforms and LinkedIn engagement before cold email sequences trigger.

• Chain multi-tool architectures and logic to ensure data flows reliably across signal identification, social engagement, and email delivery.

• Own the entire technical setup over a 3–4 month build while working independently in a fast-paced, async environment.

What Success Looks Like

• A fully operational, end-to-end automated GTM pipeline delivered within the target timeline.

• Increased cold outreach response rates resulting from prospects recognizing the brand across channels prior to email contact.

• Reduced manual sales-ops effort through seamless multi-tool trigger logic and data routing.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or complex, multi-touch B2B sales cycles.

• Sharable case studies or architecture diagrams of previously built automated GTM pipelines.
