Product & Market Feasibility Researcher

Confidential employer

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced market research and strategy consultant to lead a 4-to-6-week feasibility study for a stealth-mode B2B software venture. You will evaluate market demand, technical ingestion constraints, and distribution economics for an automated risk and operational compliance platform targeting high-friction small-and-medium business (SMB) verticals. Key Responsibilities ⚬ SMB Operational & Needs Analysis: Conduct 15–20 structured discovery interviews with SMB owners and operators in high-scrutiny service industries to validate regulatory friction, fine exposure, and willingness to pay for automated compliance tools. ⚬ Unstructured Data Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the technical parameters, cost, and reliability of ingesting, parsing, and structuring highly fragmented public-sector data feeds using modern LLMs, web scraping, and third-party APIs. ⚬ Competitive & Regulatory Mapping: Map the landscape of legacy software, point-solution tools, and tech-enabled service providers. Identify legal guardrails and licensing requirements for software-driven risk guidance. ⚬ Go-To-Market (GTM) & Distribution Modeling: Analyze customer acquisition channels (direct vs. partner/channel distribution) to model realistic CAC, pricing tiers, and top-of-funnel content wedge strategies. Qualifications ⚬ 4+ years in management consulting, venture building, startup product strategy, or market intelligence (experience in RegTech, LegalTech, HRTech, or B2B SaaS preferred). ⚬ Demonstrated experience designing technical feasibility studies for unstructured data pipelines and AI/LLM parsing workflows. ⚬ Strong primary research skills, including cold outreach, customer discovery interviews, and synthesizing qualitative data into actionable strategy. ⚬ Familiarity with B2B SaaS financial modeling, unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback periods), and channel partnership strategies. Deliverables ⚬ Market Feasibility & Competitor Matrix: Synthesized findings on current market gaps, target segment profiles, and competitive moats. ⚬ Technical Ingestion Blueprint: High-level feasibility assessment on public data availability, technical bottlenecks, and preliminary build-vs-buy data costs. ⚬ GTM & Product Roadmap Recommendation: Clear strategic report detailing validation metrics, pricing recommendations, and initial go-to-market execution risks. Engagement Details ⚬ Type: Contract / Project-Based (4–6 weeks) ⚬ Location: Remote

Customer Service Agent - Shopify Dropshipping Europe

Confidential employer

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - SHOPIFY DROPSHIPPING (EMAIL SUPPORT) We run several Shopify dropshipping stores in Europe and are looking for a reliable email support agent to join our team. This is an email support role. You handle customer email s, work from our templates and documented workflows, log refunds in Google Sheets, and escalate complex cases. You MUST already have experience doing customer service for dropshipping stores. Applications without it will not be considered. ===================================================== START NOW: BACKLOG WORK AVAILABLE ===================================================== We currently have a backlog of around 400 unanswered email s. Whoever starts with us clears this first. That means significantly more hours and more pay in your first week than in a normal week - as many hours per day as you can realistically handle at a good quality level. After the backlog is cleared, the role settles into the regular part-time schedule below. If you are available for long days this week, say so clearly in your application. It is the fastest way to start. ===================================================== WHAT YOU WILL DO ===================================================== Answer customer email s for our Shopify dropshipping stores Keep a steady pace of around 20 answered email s per hour Handle order questions, shipping updates, returns, refunds, lost packages and defective product claims Use DeepL to translate customer email s Use the correct template, and personalize the reply if needed Build and refine your own ChatGPT prompt so each email is written for that specific customer and situation Handle refund requests using our step-by-step compensation ladder Keep customers calm so cases do not turn into disputes or chargebacks Log refunds and important cases in Google Sheets Escalate unclear, aggressive or complex cases through Slack Coordinate with the other CS team member so work is divided properly Leave your assigned inbox cleared at the end of every session ===================================================== REFUNDS AND THE RESOLUTION LADDER ===================================================== Refunds hit our margin directly, so a real part of this role is solving problems properly instead of handing out money by default. We work with a fixed ladder and you always start at the lowest step: Step 1 - 20% partial refund (standard first offer). or return to supplier in china Step 2 - 40% partial refund (only if the customer declines step 1) or return to supplier in china Step 3 - 60% partial refund (final partial step, serious cases only) or return to supplier in china Do not skip steps. Never jump to a higher percentage because it is faster or easier. Our refund policy states they have to refund to China. They might be unhappy about this. Every offer must be explained in a friendly, personalized message so the customer feels heard and accepts the solution. Act like everything is fine. ===================================================== REQUIREMENTS ===================================================== Proven experience with CS for Shopify dropshipping stores Experience supporting multiple stores at the same time is a big plus Excellent written English Able to follow workflows and templates exactly Confident handling refund conversations and sticking to the ladder Able to work at a fast, consistent pace Calm and professional with angry customers Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, DeepL, Slack and ChatGPT Comfortable running Hubstaff during your shifts Reliable internet, available 6 days per week ===================================================== LANGUAGES ===================================================== You do NOT need to speak European languages We use DeepL, pre-written templates and documented workflows. You need strong English and the ability to correctly understand the customer's problem after translation. ===================================================== HOURS AND PAY ===================================================== Rate: $4 per hour First week: extended hours while clearing the backlog After that: around 2-3 hours per day, 6 days per week (12-18 hrs/week) More hours as the workload grows - we are adding new stores Rate review after your first month, based on speed and refund rate Paid weekly via Wise, based on hours tracked in Hubstaff The schedule is not fully flexible. You work alongside another CS team member, so hours are coordinated to avoid overlap and keep the inbox covered. ===================================================== HOW WE MEASURE PERFORMANCE ===================================================== Three things, in this order: 1. Quality - correct, personalized replies that actually close the case 2. Refund rate - how many cases you resolve at the lowest step of the ladder 3. Speed - around 20 email s per hour once you know the system Speed without the first two is worthless to us. A careless reply creates a second email , a dispute, or a chargeback. ===================================================== HOW TO APPLY ===================================================== Reply with the following. Applications that skip items will be ignored. 1. Put the word MERIDIAN at the top of your message 2. A short introduction about yourself 3. Your dropshipping CS experience: which stores did you support? Include store names and links. If you cannot share links, say why. 4. How many email s did you answer PER HOUR in your last role? Per hour, not per day. Also tell us which type of email took you the longest. 5. What was your average refund percentage, or the share of cases you closed at the first step? If you do not know, just say so - an honest "I never tracked that" is fine. 6. Which tools you have used: Gmail, Shopify, Google Sheets, Slack, DeepL, ChatGPT, Hubstaff, helpdesk software, etc. 7. Your time zone, how many hours per day you can work THIS WEEK, and how many per day long term 8. When you can start 9. A screenshot of your internet speed test from speedtest.net 10. Confirmation that you are comfortable with $4/hour and the 20 email s per hour target We are looking for someone reliable and long-term. If you do good work, there are more hours and more responsibility available as we grow.

Revenue Manager - Short Term Rentals

Confidential employer

TITLE: Revenue Manager — Short-Term Rentals | PriceLabs | 50+ Doors Company: LUXSTAYUSA Type: Independent contractor, long-term, part-time (4 hours/day, Mon–Fri) Location: Fully remote — must overlap at least 2 hours with US Eastern Time Salary: $500/month to start, reviewed at 90 days. Increases tied to portfolio performance. ABOUT US LUXSTAYUSA manages luxury short-term rentals across the Outer Banks (North Carolina), Snowshoe (West Virginia), Las Vegas and several other US markets. Our flagship is The Three Authors — three oceanfront estates in Corolla, NC. These are not $90-a-night listings. Peak weeks run into five figures, and pricing them badly is expensive in both directions. THE ROLE You own pricing. Not "help with pricing" — own it. You'll run PriceLabs across the portfolio, watch pacing against target, and be the person who explains every week why revenue is where it is. WHAT YOU'LL DO Configure and maintain PriceLabs across all properties: base rates, minimum stays, seasonal profiles, day-of-week adjustments, far-out premiums, last-minute discount curves, orphan-gap rules Monitor occupancy pacing against the same period last year and flag gaps early enough to act on them Track the comp set in each market and tell us when we're mispriced — in either direction Maintain rate parity across Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- and our direct site Protect rate integrity on the flagship properties — knowing when NOT to discount matters as much as knowing when to Send one weekly revenue report: what moved, why, what you changed, what you recommend Work with our operations and guest teams on minimum-stay and gap-night strategy WHAT WE NEED 2+ years of hands-on short-term rental revenue management (not hotel revenue management, not general VA work that touched pricing) Deep, daily PriceLabs experience. Wheelhouse or Beyond Pricing is a plus Comfort with OwnerRez (our PMS) or a comparable system — Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable Genuinely strong with numbers. You should be able to explain RevPAR, ADR and occupancy trade-offs without hedging Written English good enough to make a pricing recommendation that a US owner will act on Reliable internet and power, with a backup plan WHAT THIS ISN'T This is not a guest communication role and not an admin role. If you're looking for general VA work, this will frustrate you. HOW TO APPLY Send your application with the subject line "Revenue Manager — [Your Name]" and answer these three questions. Applications that don't answer all three won't be read. 1. A property is 40% booked for a peak holiday week at 21 days out. Walk me through what you change in PriceLabs and, just as importantly, what you deliberately leave alone. 2. Tell me about a time you recommended RAISING a rate. What did you see, and what happened? 3. How many listings have you personally managed pricing for, on which tools, and what were the results? Be specific — numbers, not adjectives. Please also include a link to any pricing report, dashboard or PriceLabs screenshot you've produced (redact client names).

Media Buyer

Confidential employer

About Us We run a high-ticket Done-For-You Airbnb Arbitrage Program that helps entrepreneurs launch and scale profitable Airbnb businesses without the trial and error. We're growing fast and need someone sharp, creative, and hungry to join our team full-time. The Role We're looking for a full stack direct response marketer who will own the execution of our entire marketing engine — paid ads, creative production, copywriting, and funnels. This isn't a "post on social media" VA job. You'll be inside Meta Ads Manager and our funnel builder every single day, producing 15–20 new ad creatives a week, writing the copy that goes with them, and building the pages that convert the traffic. I own the strategy — the angles, the offers, the budgets, and the decision on what runs. You own everything it takes to bring that to life and keep it running clean. You build it, you flag what you're seeing, I make the call. This is a long-term seat. The person who does this well ends up running channels of their own and managing people under them. Responsibilities: Produce 15–20 ad creatives per week from our templates — hook swaps, banner changes, resizing for placements. Write ad copy from our angles — primary text, headlines, and hook variations that we test against each other. Write and refine landing page, email , and SMS copy in our funnels. Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager to our naming convention, staged and ready for approval. Build landing pages and funnels (ClickFunnels, Typeform, OnceHub) from wireframes and Looms. Own funnel tech — forms, redirects, mobile layout, pixel and CAPI tracking. When it breaks, you fix it. QA every live funnel weekly, end to end, on mobile and desktop. Keep the creative library organized and maintain a swipe file of competitor ads from the Meta Ad Library. Proactively flag what's working and what's dying — treat the ad account like it's your own money. Requirements: 2+ years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager. You've built and launched campaigns yourself, not just pulled reports on someone else's. Real copywriting ability. You can write a hook that stops the scroll and a landing page that doesn't read like a template. Direct response, not brand fluff. Strong knowledge of a funnel builder — ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar. Comfortable editing video and static ads from templates (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent). Understand pixel and CAPI well enough to notice when tracking silently breaks. Extremely self-sufficient with a "figure it out" attitude. I don't have time to unblock you daily. Obsessive attention to detail — broken links and typos in live ads are unacceptable. Strong written English (you'll write copy that runs in front of paying customers). Experience in online coaching, agency, or high-ticket consulting businesses is a big plus. Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, 10 AM – 6 PM ET (10 PM – 6 AM Manila). This is a night shift — please only apply if that works for you long-term. Compensation: $3,000/month to start. Performance bonus up to $1,000/month to be discussed after 90 days in the role. Long-term role with real growth as we scale. How to Apply: Fill out this link → ---------- /to/Vz8DIVd5

Brand & Demand Manager — Luxury Vacation Rentals (Direct Bookings)

Confidential employer

TITLE: Brand & Demand Manager — Luxury Vacation Rentals (Direct Bookings) Company: LUXSTAYUSA Type: Independent contractor, long-term, full-time Location: Fully remote — must overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time Salary: $500/month to start, reviewed at 90 days, with increases tied to direct-booking growth. ABOUT US LUXSTAYUSA manages luxury short-term rentals across the Outer Banks (North Carolina), Snowshoe (West Virginia), Las Vegas and other US markets. Our flagship brand is The Three Authors — three oceanfront estates in Corolla, NC named The Fitzgerald, The Mark Twain and The Hemingway. We're building toward being a premier luxury and experiential hospitality brand: weddings, corporate retreats, wellness and artist retreats alongside the rental business. THE ROLE Right now most of our bookings come through Airbnb, VRBO and ---------- , and we pay for that. Your job is to build the direct channel so we depend on the OTAs less every quarter. You'll own the brand and the demand it creates — the content, the email , the paid social, and the numbers underneath all of it. You'll have real latitude and you'll be measured on real outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the content calendar and produce it: short-form vertical video, photography direction, property stories, seasonal campaigns Own email end to end — list growth, segmentation, campaigns, automated sequences (we use GoHighLevel) Run paid social on Meta with a small test budget, and tell us honestly when it isn't working Write and maintain listing copy across all OTA channels and our direct site Build the case for direct: why a guest should book with us instead of through a platform, and make that case everywhere Report monthly on direct-booking share, email list growth, cost per direct booking, and content performance WHAT WE NEED 3+ years in marketing with real ownership of a channel — not just scheduling posts for someone else You can actually produce: short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar), Canva or Figma, and you write well in English. Include work we can watch and read Hands-on email marketing experience. GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar Meta Ads Manager experience with your own budgets, however small You think in numbers. If you can't tell us what you measured in your last role, this isn't the seat Hospitality, travel or real estate experience is a strong plus but not required if the marketing craft is there WHAT THIS ISN'T This is not a graphic design role and not a "post three times a week" role. If you want a brief handed to you, this will be uncomfortable. HOW TO APPLY Subject line: "Brand & Demand — [Your Name]". Answer all three questions or we won't read it. 1. Send links to two things you made — one video, one piece of writing. Tell us what each was for and what happened after it went out. 2. We want more guests booking directly instead of through Airbnb. Give us the first three things you'd do, in order, and say why that order. 3. What would you measure in your first 90 days, and what would you deliberately ignore? Shortlisted candidates will be paid for a small test project before we make any offer.

Executive Assistant - Operations & Project Support - Real Estate Investment Company

Confidential employer

About the Role A fast-growing US real estate investment company is hiring a senior-level Executive Assistant to work directly with its founder, who closes 2 to 6 real estate deals a week and runs a lean, high-velocity operation. This is not an entry-level admin job. The founder is a hands-on, high-output entrepreneur managing more than any one person can track alone. You’ll start with inbox triage and task coordination, but that’s the floor, not the ceiling. The real opportunity here is identifying what should come off his plate and taking ownership of it, including, over time, responding on his behalf. This role has real room to grow into a true right-hand position for the right person. Email Triage - Sort incoming email s into existing inboxes and labels - Flag what needs the founder’s attention and what doesn’t - Send templated acknowledgment replies when appropriate Task and Project Coordination - Turn actionable email s into tasks in Teamwork - Assign tasks to the right team member - Send a daily report on task status - Follow up at end of day and log completion notes on each task Where This Goes - The exact mix of responsibilities is still being defined and will shift based on what you’re good at - Expect to uncover admin, operations, and communication work that isn’t listed here yet. The founder runs a tight operation, he’s simply doing more himself right now than one person can sustain, and part of this role is helping identify what should be handed off - Build and maintain SOPs as new recurring tasks come up - Handle ad hoc requests, both business and personal, as they arise - The long-term goal is for this person to take meaningful ownership of the founder’s workload, not just execute a task list What You Need Minimum 3-5 years of remote work experience, specifically working for US or other foreign clients (not just doing the task type, but doing it remotely for a foreign employer) Strong operations or project management background, ideally supporting a founder or executive directly A track record of identifying problems and fixing them without needing a detailed brief Experience using a project management tool (Teamwork experience is a plus, but any PM tool experience transfers) Sharp judgment: you can tell the difference between what needs the founder’s attention right now and what can wait or be handled without him. Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. This role won’t come with a fixed task list Work samples: examples like an email /inbox organization project, an SOP you’ve written, or similar operations work Three professional references. At least one to two must be a former supervisor or client willing to speak to specifics of your work Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with Superhuman (email tool) Transaction coordinator or project management experience in real estate, especially with real estate investors rather than realtors Any related certifications or degrees (helpful, not required) Schedule 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (subject to adjustment). You’ll need to be available and responsive during these hours, including for ad hoc requests Workload varies week to week. Some weeks will be lighter, some heavier. Pay stays consistent regardless Submit your application at this link: ----------

Affiliate Marketer

Confidential employer

Hello, I am looking for an experienced influencer / affiliate marketing manager. I have an Australian start-up health and wellness business called Remedy Lane Co. The business provides an online health assessment which identifies what areas in the body require support, through a clinically verifiable approach. After the assessment is complete, the customer is provided an overview of areas requiring support for free. After reviewing this the customer is provided the option to pursue treatment support. The treatment plan is $200 AUD, and it details which of their signs and symptoms correlate to the area identified, optional testing available for clarity, supplemental support and nutritional guidelines to rectify it. The supplements provided are the best on the market, and are available at wholesale purchase for $12 a month membership, it is important to note, that the supplements only ship Australia-Wide, so influencers / affiliates need to be Australia based (for now) What I need is someone to help me both source and build relationships with influencers and affiliates that have an audience in need of this and are interested in advocating this to their audience. The affiliate receives $30 - $70 per sale, depending on the discount they would like to offer their audience. As I am a startup, and have limited income to spend without return I am looking for someone with experience and who feels confident they can attract affiliate sales quickly. I would like to discuss hourly rates as it is dependant on experience, proof of that experience. Unlike a big company, I am only one person and I would like to build a good relationship with the person that comes onboard with me to help. I am open to incentive structures / commissions, I prefer to reward hard work rather than just expect it for nothing. Thank you and look forward to meeting you :) Shelea
