Affiliate Marketer

Hello, I am looking for an experienced influencer / affiliate marketing manager.

I have an Australian start-up health and wellness business called Remedy Lane Co. The business provides an online health assessment which identifies what areas in the body require support, through a clinically verifiable approach.

After the assessment is complete, the customer is provided an overview of areas requiring support for free. After reviewing this the customer is provided the option to pursue treatment support. The treatment plan is $200 AUD, and it details which of their signs and symptoms correlate to the area identified, optional testing available for clarity, supplemental support and nutritional guidelines to rectify it. The supplements provided are the best on the market, and are available at wholesale purchase for $12 a month membership, it is important to note, that the supplements only ship Australia-Wide, so influencers / affiliates need to be Australia based (for now)

What I need is someone to help me both source and build relationships with influencers and affiliates that have an audience in need of this and are interested in advocating this to their audience. The affiliate receives $30 - $70 per sale, depending on the discount they would like to offer their audience.

As I am a startup, and have limited income to spend without return I am looking for someone with experience and who feels confident they can attract affiliate sales quickly. I would like to discuss hourly rates as it is dependant on experience, proof of that experience.

Unlike a big company, I am only one person and I would like to build a good relationship with the person that comes onboard with me to help. I am open to incentive structures / commissions, I prefer to reward hard work rather than just expect it for nothing.
